  1. Patent-AnspRucη :
    Zur Mitverwendung der Krautstrünke bei der Sauerkrautbereitung eine Krautstrunk-Schneidemaschine, gekennzeichnet durch die Combination von rotirenden, einen Kegelstumpf bildenden Kreissägen (s) mit einer vertical verschiebbaren Console (D), auf welcher die Krauthaupthälfte, mit ihrer Fläche den Sägen zugekehrt, den letzteren zur Theilung des Strunkes in Scheiben vor dem Fadenschneiden entgegengeführt wird.
