Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Koch- und Backherd, welcher für Gas- und Kohlenfeuerung eingerichtet ist.
Derartige Kochherde sind bereits bekannt. Die Neuerung bildet ein kreisrunder Rost, in dessen Mitte ein Gasbrenner eingebaut ist; durch eine Kurbel, die außerhalb der Feuerung angebracht ist,, wird der Rost gedreht und dabei das Feuer geschürt.
ίο Auf der Zeichnung ist in Abb. ι der Koch- und Backherd, in Abb. 2 der Rost ersichtlich. In der Feuerung befindet sich der Gaskocher a, dessen Gasrohr von außen mit Schamotte isoliert ist. Er durchdringt den kreisrunden. Rost b in einer mittleren Öffnung. Innerhalb des äußeren Auflagestreifens des Rostes ist dieser mit einem Zahnkranz f versehen, in welchem ein Zahnrads eingreift.

Beim Drehen der außerhalb des Ofens angebrachten Kurbel c wird der Rost in Umdrehung ao versetzt. Damit aber das Feuer sich nicht mit dem Roste dreht, sind inmitten der Feuerung über dem Roste zwei Schüreisen e eingesetzt, · welche das Feuer bei der Rostumdrehung wenden und die Asche auf diese Weise durch den as Rost schieben.

Claims (1)

  1. Patent-Anspruch :
    Koch- und Backherd mit Kohlen- und Gasfeuer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gasbrenner (α) inmitten eines kreisrunden Rostes (b) eingebaut ist, der mittels eines unteren Zahnkranzes (/) durch Kurbel (c) ttnd Zahnrad (d) drehbar ist und durch obere feste Schüreisen (e) gereinigt wird.
