Claims (1)

  1. &Ggr; 133
    AUE/LA O3 1990-02-06
    Patentansprüche
    1. Retraktorvorrichtung zur Verwendung beim Freilegen einer Brustdrüsenarterie in der Herz-Bypass-Chirurgie, aufweisend:
    ein längliches Bauteil;
    ein erstes Hebelarmteil, das betätigbar an dem länglichen Bauteil angebracht ist und sich im allgemeinen quer zum länglichen Bauteil erstreckt;
    Mittel, die betätigbar am ersten Hebelarmteil zum Halten einer Seite eines Schnittes im Thorax eines Patienten angebracht sind;
    ein zweites Hebelarmteil, das im allgemeinen quer zum länglichen Bauteil angeordnet ist;
    Mittel zum beweglichen Betätigen des zweiten Hebelarmteiles an dem länglichen Bauteil, sodaß der Abstand des zweiten Hebelarmteiles vom ersten Hebelarmteil verstellt werden kann;
    Hakenretraktormittel, die betätigbar an dem zweiten Stab zum Greifen der anderen Seite eines
    Schnittes im Thorax eines Patienten angebracht sind, wobei die Hakenretraktormittel im wesentlichen langer sind als die Haltemittel;
    einen Gegendruckstab, der entlang, aber beabstandet vom Rand der anderen Seite des Schnittes am Thorax eines Patienten, angeordnet ist; und
    Verstellmittel, die betätigbar am länglichen Bauteil zum Verstellen der Position des Gegendruckstabes zum länglichen Bauteil angebracht sind, wobei die andere Seite des Schnittes im Thorax eines Patienten unter Einsatz des Betätigungsmittels zur Bewegung der Hakenretraktoren von innen nach außen gebracht wird, wodurch das andere Ende des Schnittes um den Gegendruckstab gezogen wird und hierdurch die Brustdrüsenarterie in das Blickfeld des Herzchirurgen gebracht wird.
    Vorichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellmittel ein erstes Mittel zum Schwenken des Gegendruckstabes um eine erste Achse und ein zweites Mittel zum Verstellen der Position des ersten Mittels entlang des länglichen Bauteils einschließt.
    Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegendruckstab etwa L-förmig zu einem seiner Schenkel ist, den eines seiner Enden aufweist, das mit dem Schwenkmittel verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende des einen Schenkels mit dem anderen Schenkel des L-förmigen Gegendruckstabes verbunden ist und die Längsachse des anderen Schenkels im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Achse ist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet church Einschließen von Mitteln zum Verstellen der Position des ersten Armhebelteils zum länglichen Bauteil.
