Abstract
Description
In einer Baggerrohrleitung, die eine Saugleitung und eine Speiseleitung umfaßt, und wie sie zum Baggern im Fluß oder Meer verwendet wird, wird rvischen Rohrstücke aus Eisen, die das Hauptmaterial darstellen, zur Erzielung einer Flexibilität der Leitung auch ein Gummirohr mit verhältnismäßig großem Durchmesser eingesetzt. Werden die Arbeiten jedoch an einem Korallenriff oder in der See oder einem Fluß mit gebrochenen Steinen, die scharfe Endkanten aufweisen, durchgeführt, so stoßen solche Korallenbruchstücke und festen Teile, wie gebrochene Steine, die in dem unter hohem Druck in der Rohrleitung transportierten Materialstrom aus Sand und Erde mitlaufen, heftig an die Innenfläche des Gummirohrs. Die Innenschicht des Gummirohrs wird also durch die Teile zerschnitten, gerissen und abgerissen, so daß das Gummirohr bald abgenützt ist. Der Stand der Technik kennt Versuche, durch entsprechende Verbesserungen die von den Bruchstücken verursachten Schäden zu verhindern.
