Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gelenkbremse für künstliche Füße, die dazu dienen soll, der
Fußbewegung einen ständig gleichmäßigen Widerstand entgegenzusetzen. Gemäß der Er-5/
findung ist am Unterschenkel eine Stange gelenkig befestigt, welche zwischen zwei im Fuß
angeordnete nachspannbare Bremsbacken hindurchgeführt ist. Bei den Bewegungen des
Fußes wird die Stange somit zwischen den
ίο Spannbacken hin und her gezogen und dadurch
ein genau bestimmbarer und leicht veränderlicher Widerstand hervorgerufen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform des Fußes dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt des Fußes in einer anderen Stellung des Unterschenkels im Profil,
Fig. 3 einen senkrechten Schnitt nach der Linie A-B von Fig. 1 im Aufriß.
An dem Unterschenkel α ist mittels des
Bolzens b die Stange c gelenkig befestigt, die durch die in der Ferse d des Fußes e angeordneten
Klemmplatten f. g hindurchführt. Durch den Schlitz h der Stange c führt der
Bolzen i, welcher die beiden Klemmplatten f, g, die Feder k und die Mutter I trägt. Durch
das Anspannen der Feder k mittels der Mutter wird der Bremsdruck bestimmt. Der vordere
Teil des Fußes enthält in bekannter Weise ein mit Feder m versehenes Gelenk n, so daß er
sich durchbiegen kann. Bei entsprechendem Bremsdruck der Klemmplatten f, g wird dieses
Durchbiegen und das damit verbundene Anheben der Ferse schon beginnen, bevor der
Unterschenkel in die vordere Endlage gelangt ist.
Claims (2)
1. Künstlicher Fuß mit Gelenkbremse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkbremse
aus einer mit dem Unterschenkel (a) gelenkig verbundenen Stange (c) besteht,
welche zwischen zweckmäßig nachspannbaren Bremsplatten (f, g) des Fußes hindurchführt.
2. Künstlicher Fuß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Unterschenkel
gelenkig befestigte Stange (c) einen Schlitz (A) enthält, durch welchen der in der Ferse (d)y angeordnete, die Bremsplatten
(f, g) und eine deren Reibungsdruck regelnde Feder (k) tragende Bolzen (i)
mit Mutter (I) hindurchführt.
