Gelenkomni bus
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gelenkombnibus der
im Gatttungsbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 bezeichneten Art.
Ein solcher Gelenkomni-bus kann wahlweise auf einer Strecke
mit elektrischer Oberleitung betrieben werden, jedoch auch dort verkehren, wo kein Oberleitungsnetz vorhanden
ist, d. h. z. B. in Außenbezirken von Städten. Bei einer bekanntgewordenen Ausführung eines vorgenannten Omnibusses ist die Nachläuferachse als einzige Triebachse ausgebildet
und es ist der Elektromotor ebenfalls im Nachläufer eingebaut. Demnach muß der einachsige Nachläufer
also den Dieselmotor, die Antriebsachse, den Elektromotor als auch die Einrichtungen für Stromabnahme aus
einem Oberleitungsnetz tragen und weist deshalb ein beträchtliches
Leergewicht auf gegenüber dem zweiachsigen Vorderwagen, der mit keinerlei Antriebsmittel belastet
ist. Durch dieses hohe Gewicht des Nachläufers und durch den Antrieb der Nachläuferachse ist die Fahrstabilität
eines solchen Gelenkomnibusses nur begrenzt, so daß Sicherungseinrichtungen wie z. B. eine Einrichtung gegen
übermäßiges Einknicken kaum vermeidbar sind. Solche Einrichtungen sind aufwendig und teuer. Schließlich ist die
Nutzlastkapazität des Nachläufers aufgrund der einen
Achse begrenzt, so daß der Nachläufer nur verhältnismäßig kurz ausgebildet sein kann.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen gattungsgemäßen Gelenkomnibus zu schaffen, der eine günstige Gewichtsaufteilung
zwischen Vorderwagen und Nachläufer aufweist, hohe Fahrstabilität besitzt und mit relativ geringem
Bauaufwand herstellbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöstj, daß die
Triebachse die Hinterachse des Vorderwagens ist und der Elektromotor unterflur im Vorderwagen angeordnet ist»
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung wird zunächst die
Last der Antriebsmittel besser auf die beiden Fahrzeugteile aufgeteilt, indem der Nachläufer nur mehr das Gewicht
des Dieselmotors zu tragen hat, während die Antriebsachse und das Gewicht des Elektromotors in den
Vorderwagen verlegt sind. Durch den im Vorderwagen installieren Antrieb sowie die Belastung des Vorderwagens
mit dem Elektromotor und die relative Entlastung des Nachläufers wird ausreichend große Fahrstabilität des Gelenkomnibusses
erreicht, so daß Knickschutzeinrichtungen überflüssig werden. Schließlich sind die Herstellkosten
für einen erfindungsgemäßen Gelenkomnibus niedrig, weil
aus Serienfahrzeugen vorbekannte Baugruppen verwendet werden können.
Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht, darin,
daß die vom Elektromotor zur Triebachse führende Antriebswelle über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe geführt ist. Durch
diese Ausbildung kann für beide Antriebsmaschinen dieselbe

Triebachse mit demselben Achsantrieb verwendet werden und dennoch dem höheren Drehzahlniveau eines Elektromotors
gegenüber dem niedrigen Drehzahlniveau eines Dieselmotors Rechnung getragen werden. Schließlich ist
es vorteilhaft, wenn der Verbrennungsmotor und/oder der Elektromotor jeweils über eine schaltbare Kupplung an die
Triebachse angeschlossen sind, wobei beide Kupplungen gegenläufig zu schalten sind, d. h. wenn eine Kupplung
offen ist muß die andere geschlossen werden und umgekehrt.
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel
eines erfindungsgemäßen Omnibusses dargestellt. Die Zeichnung zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht auf einen
Gelenkomnibus. Der Gelenkomnibus besteht aus einem zweiachsigen Vorderwagen 1 und einem einachsigen Nachläufer
Die Hinterachse des zweiachsigen Vorderwagens .1 ist eine Triebachse 10. Die Triebachse 10 ist wahlweise von einem
im Vorderwagen 1 unterflur angeordneten Elektromotor 3 über eine Antriebswelle und eine, schaltbare Kupplung
sowie ein Untersetzungsgetriebe 14 antreibbar oder von einem im Heck des Nachläufers 2 angeordneten Verbrennungsmotor
4 über eine Antriebswelle 23 und eine schaltbare Kupplung 18. Beide Antriebe wirken mechanisch auf dasselbe
Achsdifferential der Triebachse 10, was dadurch möglich ist, daß die Drehzahl des Elektromotors 3 durch
das Untersetzungsgetriebe 14 reduziert wird. Der Gelenkbereich
des Omnibusses ist mit 12 bezeichnet.

- Patentansprüche
- Gelenkomnibus mit einem zweiachsigen Vorderwagen und einem einachsigen Nachläufer und mit einer Triebachse, die wahlweise von einem im Heck des Nachläufers angeordneten Verbrennungsmotor und von einem aus einem' Netz gespeisten, bezüglich der Fahrtrichtung vor der Triebachse angeordneten Elektromotor antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Triebachse (10) die Hinterachse des Vorderwagens (1) ist und der Elektromotor (3) unterflur im Vorderwagen (1) angeordnet ist.
- Gelenkomnibus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Elektromotor (3) zur Triebachse (10) führende Antriebswelle (13) über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (1) geführt ist.
- Gelenkomnibus nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbrennungsmotor (4) und/oder der Elektromotor (3) jeweils über eine schaltbare Kupplung (16 und 18) an die Triebachse (10) angeschlossen ist.
