Description

  • Verwendung von Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikeln.
  • Im Hauptpatent ..... (Patentanmeldung P 30 19 550.7) ist die Verwendung von Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikeln zum Aufsaugen von Basen, Säuren, Alkoholen und radioaktiven Flüssigkeiten vorgeschlagen worden.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung geht von der Aufgabe aus, die Anwendung von Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikeln weiterhin zu verbessern und zu vereinfachen.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird bei der Verwendung von Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikeln zum Aufsaugen von Basen, Säuren, Alkoholen und radioaktiven Flüssigkeiten erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß die vorgenannten Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel als Verpackungsmaterial verwendet werden bzw.
  • Verpackungsmaterial sind.
  • In weiterer erfindungsgemäßer Ausgestaltung sind die Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel in Gestalt von Pulver oder Flocken in flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Kissen angeordnet, die aus einem Kunststoffgewebe, insbesondere Nylongewebe oder aus einem Faservlies bestehen.
  • Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung beispielhaft dargestellt.
  • Es zeigen: Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung ein Kissen, Fig. 2 im vertikalen Schnitt und schematisch eine Verpackung, Fig. 3 im vertikalen Schnitt eine weitere Verpackung.
  • Nach Fig. 1 besteht das Kissen 10 aus zwei Lagen eines Nylongewebes oder eines Vlieses, das um die Kante 11 umgeschlagen ist, deren Ränder 12, 13 und 14 verbunden sind. Sofern es sich um ein Gewebe aus Kunststoff handelt, erfolgt vorteilhaft die Verbindung durch Anwendung von Druck und Hitze. Sofern es sich um ein Vlies handelt, erfolgt die Verbindung vorzugsweise durch Klebung. Innerhalb dieser zwei Lagen ist ein gemahlener oder flockenförmiger Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff vorhanden.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt einen Behälter 15 mit einer Flasche 16, in der beispielsweise Fluß säure angeordnet ist. Innerhalb des Behälters 15 ist die Flasche 16 verpackt und abgesichert durch eine Vielzahl von Kissen 10, 10a mit dem abgebundenen Phenol-Derivat.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt, daß die Flasche, die beispielsweise ein Pflanzenschutzmittel enthält, verpackt und gesichert istdurch Partikel q aus dem Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff.

Claims (11)

  1. Patentansprüche Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel zum Aufsaugen von Basen, Säuren, Alkoholen und radioaktiven Flüssigkeiten, Zusatz zu Patent ... (Patentanmeldung P 30 19 550.7), d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß sie Verpackungsmaterial sind bzw. als Verpackungsmaterial verwendet werden.
  2. 2. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß sie in Gestalt von Pulver oder Flocken in Flüssigkeit durchlässigen Kissen (10) angeordnet sind.
  3. 3. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel nach Anspruch 2, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß das Kissen (10) aus einem Kunststoffgewebe, insbesondere Nylqngewebe besteht.
  4. 4. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel nach Anspruch 2, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c. h n e t , daß das Kissen (10) aus einem Faservlies besteht.
  5. 5. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel nach Anspruch 2, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß nur die dem zu verpackenden Gut zugewandte Seite des Kissens flüssigkeitsdurchlässig, die andere Seite jedoch nicht flüssigkeitsdurchlässig ist.
  6. 6. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff-Partikel nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß sie unter Verwendung eines Bindemittels, insbesondere Phenolharz, zu beliebigen Formkörpern gepreßt werden.
  7. 7. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß er in Form von Platten, Blöcken, Würfeln, Tabletten, Kugeln oder Brocken als Verpackungsmaterial verwendet wird.
  8. 8. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß er als Formkörper in seiner Gestalt dem zu verpackenden Gut angepaßt ist.
  9. 9. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß er von einem flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Kunststoffgewebe oder Faservlies ummantelt ist.
  10. 10. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff nach Anspruch 1, d a d u r C h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß er in einer Zwischenwand der Verpackung angeordnet ist.
  11. 11. Phenolharz-Schaumkunststoff nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 10, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß die dem zu verpackenden Gut zugewandte Seite der Verpackungszwischenwand flüssigkeitsdurchlässig ist.
