Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur örtlichen Behandlung eines Patienten und ist insbesondere anwendbar bei der
.Akupunktur oder bei der Aurikulartherapie (z.B. Auripunktur).
Bei der üblichen Akupunktur werden an ausgewählten Stellen
des Körpers des Patienten eingesetzte Spitzen oder Nadeln verwendet, um bestimmte Arten von Krankheiten zu behandeln
und/oder zu heilen. Die Aurikulartherapie ist davon eine Abart, bei der die Nadeln am Ohr eingesetzt werden, da beobachtet worden
ist, daß eine eindeutige Übereinstimmung in beiden Richtungen zwischen den Punkten am Ohr und den inneren Organen
des gesamten Körpers des Patienten besteht.

Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine auf Nadeln verzichtende
Vorrichtung für derartige Behandlungsmethoden zu schaffen.
Die Erfindung gibt eine Vorrichtung zur Behandlung an, bei der das Einsetzen einer Nadel durch eine Zufuhr lokalisierte
oder örtliche Energie ersetzt ist. Dazu enthält die erfindungsgemässe
Behandlungsvorrichtung im allgemeinen einen Behandlungskopf, der mit einer Laserdiode versehen ist und der mit einer
Versorgungseinrichtung verbunden ist.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist der Behandlungskopf als länglicher
Körper ausgebildet, der in einer Behandlungsöffnung endet,
tung und enthält eine Laserdiodeneinricn-/, deren leuchtendes Ende
in Wirkverbindung oder -beziehung mit der Behandlungsöffnung
befestigt ist. Die Versorgungseinrichtung enthält Glieder, um in rücklaufender und gesteuerter Weise die Laserdiodeneinrichtung
zu versorgen.
Die Laserdiode sendet vorzugsweise in einem Wellenlängenbereich, der im Infrarotgebiet liegt,vorzugsweise um 9ooo Angström.
Es ist mitunter für bestimmte Anwend.ungsfälle vorteilhaft, mehrere Laserdioden zu verwenden. In diesem Fall ist dem Behandlungskopf
ein Ansatz hinzugefügt, der an der Seite der Behandlungsöffnung befestigt ist. Dieser Ansatz trägt seinerseits
mehrere Laserdioden. Deren Versorgungsdrähte oder -leitungen treten durch die Öffnung am Ende des Behandlungskopfes.
Um mehrere Laserdioden geeignet zu versorgen, genügt es, die Kapazität des Kondensators einfach zu erhöhen, der sich über
diese entlädt in einer transistorgesteuerten Weise.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In den Fig. 1-6 ist ein Behandlungskopf 1 gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt. Er besteht aus einem aligemein zylindrisch ausgebildeten
Körper, der in einem kegelstumpfförmigen Teil 3 und schließlich in einem kurzen zylindrischen Teil 4 mit geringem
Durchmesser endet, an dessen. Ende eine Behandlungsöffnung
5 vorgesehen ist. Am anderen Ende ist eine weitere axiale Öffnung 6 vorgesehen für den Durchtritt einer mehradrigen Verbindungsleitung
7 zu einer Behandlungsanordnung 9. Der Behandlungskopf 1 besteht aus zwei Hälften, deren obere Hälfte
in Fig. 1 abgehoben oder abgenommen ist. Die beiden Hälften sind durch Schrauben 2 miteinander verbunden.
In Fig. 1 ist eine Laserdiode Io dargestellt, die im kegelstumpf
förmigen Teil 3 des Behandlungskopfes 1 enthalten bzw. aufgenommen ist. Das leuchtende Ende der Laserdiode Io ist

in Betriebsverbindung mit der Behandlungsöffnung 5 angeordnet.
Die Laserdiode Io sendet im Infrarotbereich, vorzugsweise
mit einer Wellenlänge von 9ooo Angström. An den Klemmen der Laserdiode Io ist in Gegenrichtung eine Schutzdiode
11 angeschlossen. Eine der Klemmen dieser Anordnung ist mit dem gemeinsamen Leiter 2o verbunden, während die andere Klemme
mit der Kathode eines Thyristors 12 verbunden ist. Der
Steueranschluß dieses Thyristors 12nist direkt mit einem Lei-
leitung
ter 24 verbunden, der in der Verbindungs-7 mündet. Die Anode
des Thyristors 12 ist einerseits mit einer Anordnung von drei parallel geschalteten Dioden 14 an deren Kathodenseite angeschlossen.
Die Anoden dieser Dioden 14 sind zusammengefaßt mit einer Klemme eines Kondensators 16 verbunden, sowie mit einem
in der Verbindungsleitung 7 mündenden Leiter 26. Der andere Anschluß des Kondensators 16 ist mit dem gemeinsamen Leiter
2o verbunden. Schließlich ist die Anode des Thyristors 12 auch direkt mit einem Leiter 25 verbunden, der in der Verbindungsleitung
7 mündet.
Diese Anordnung bildet eine Laserdiodeneinrichtung. Der Kondensator
16 wird normalerweise mit einer positiven Spannung aufgeladen, wie das weiter unten näher erläutert wird. Mittels
der Dioden 24 kann diese Spannung der Anode des Thyristors 12 zugeführt werden. Wenn dessen Steueranschluß betätigt ist,
schaltet der Thyristor 12 die Laserdiode Io in den Kreis ein, wodurch eine plötzliche Entladung des Kondensators 16 erzeugt
wird und somit das Auftreten eines Laserlicht-Impulses,der über die Behandlungsöffnung 5 abgegeben oder gesendet wird.
Die Fig. 2D und 2E zeigen einen Steuerimpuls des Steueranschlusses des Thyristors 12 bzw. die Lichtantwort der Laserdiode Io
auf diesen Impuls. Es ist festzustellen, daß für einen Steuerimpuls am Steueranschluß von 5 u s die Laserimpulsdauer bei
halber Amplitude etwa 2oo ns beträgt.

Gemäß einer besonderen Weiterbildung des bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispieles
der Erfindung trägt der Behandlungskopf 1 drei Druckknopf-Unterbrecher oder -Schalter 13, 15 und 17.
Wie weiter unten näher erläutert wird, ermöglicht der Druckknopf-Schalter
13 das Anlegen eines Steuerimpulses in vorgegebener Weise an den Steueranschluß des Thyristors 12 und
damit die Betätigung der Laserdiode lo. Der Druckknopf-Schalter 15 erreicht eine schrittweise Steuerung der Frequenz unter
einem Satz von 8 vorgegebenen Werten. Und . der Druckknopf-Schalter
17 erreicht eine schrittweise Steuerung der Korrektur der Frequenz, wobei die Frequenz entweder genau der voreingestellte
Wert sein kann oder ein Wert, der um 2oS höher als dieser ist oder ein ' Wert, der um 2o% niedriger ist.
Die Versorgungsanordnung ." enthält ihrerseits zunächst eine Gleichspannungsversorgung 3o, die beispielsweise am Wechselstromnetz
angeschlossen ist. Diese Gleichspannungsversorgung ist mit einem Hauptschalter 41 für Ein- und Ausschalten versehen.
Deren Masse ist mit dem gemeinsamen Leiter 2o des Behandlungskopfes 1 verbunden und selbstverständlich auch mit
der Hasse aller anderen Bauteile der Versorgungsanordnung.
Außer der Versorgung dieser Bauteile gibt die Gleichspannungsversorgung 3o einerseits eine Spannung + 12 V und anderseits
eine Spannung von + loo V ab. Ein Kommutator oder Umschalter 42 ermöglicht die Auswahl einer dieser beiden Spannungen zu
deren Anlage an eine Konstantstromgeneratorschaltung 31. Diese ist in an sich bekannter Weise aus zwei Transistoren 31o, 311
aufgebaut, die in Kollektorfolgaschaltung geschaltet sind. Die Wirkungsweise ist folgende: Wenn der Thyristor 12 des
Behandlungskopfes 1 leitend ist, liegt dessen Anode auf einem
relativ niedrigen Potential, wodurch der Transistor 31o und folglich der Transistor 311 gesperrt werden. In allen anderen
Fällen ist die Anodenspannung des Thyristors 12 nur durch den Widerstand belastet, der die Basis des Transistors 31o mit der
Gleichspannungsversorgung 3o verbindet. Die Transistoren 31o, 311 sind nun leitend, um den Kondensator 16 mittels eines im wesentlichen
konstanten Stroms aufzuladen. Folglich wird im

Normalzustand der Kondensator 16 ständig aufgeladen. Und
dieses Aufladen wird in Augenblicken unterbrochen, in denen der Thyristor 12 leitend ist, was über dessen Steueranschluß
gesteuert wird in einer weiter unten näher erläuterten Weise.
Der Leiter 24 verbindet diesen Steueranschluß des Thyristors
12 mit einem Impulsfolgengenerator 34. Dieser wird von einem
monostabilen Kippglied 33 angesteuert,und bei jedem Impuls
vom monostabilen Kippglied 33 gibt er eine Impulsfolge ab, die beispielsweise entweder 4 oder 2o Impulse enthält, was
durch einen Umschalter 43 gesteuert wird. Dieses monostabile Kippglied 33 steht unter Einwirkung vom Druckknopf-Schalter
13 zur Steuerung des Lichtbündels. Das monostabile Kippglied 33 ist somit normalerweise inhibiert oder gesperrt. Wenn der
Druckknopf-Schalter 13 betätigt ist, ist nun das monostabile Kippglied 33 freigegeben ' und wirkt dabei auf den Impulsfolgögenerator
34 ein und zündet bzw. schaltet eine Laserbetrieb-Anzeigelampe 5o ein.
Das monostabile Kippglied 33 steht dabei im übrigen unter Einfluß von einem Oszillator 32, der das Kernstück der Versorgungsanordnung
bildet. Der Oszillator 32 ist spannungsgesteuert und besitzt bei dem dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel
drei unterschiedlich abgestimmte oder eingestellte Kondensatoren 4ol, 4o2 und 4o3.
Im Folgenden wird zunächst dessen Steuerung durch eine Spannung erläutert. Diese wird durch den Druckknopf-Schalter 15
überwacht bzw. gesteuert, der über den Leiter 22 ein monostabiles
Kippglied 35 auslöst. Jedes Drücken auf den Druckknopf-Schalter 15 erzeugt einen Impuls am Ausgang des monostabilen
Kippglieds 35, wodurch ein Acht-Ringzähler 36 . inkrementiert oder weitergeschaltet bzw. -gezählt wird. Durch Betätigen
des Druckknopf-Schalters 15 kann daher hintereinander jede der acht Stufen des Acht-Ringzählers '36 betätigt werden.

Diese acht Stufen sind jeweils mit Steuertransistoren 37 verbunden oder gekoppelt, die jeweils zugeordnete einstellbare
Widerstände 37o steuern. Auf diese Weise entspricht jeder Stellung des Acht-Ringzählers 36 einem Einschalten eines der
Widerstände 37o in die Schaltung oder in den Kreis, wodurch eine ganz bestimmte Steuerspannung für den Oszillator 32
vorgegeben ist und wodurch folglich eine Frequenz für diesen definiert ist. Die Ausgänge der Steuertransistoren 37 steuern
auch eine Gruppe von Leuchtanzeigen 51, die anzeigen, welche der Frequenzen gerade angesteuert ist.
Der letzte Druckknopf-Schalter 17 des Behandlungskopfes 1 wirkt seinerseits auf ein weiteres monostabiles Kippglied 38
ein, das mit einem dreistufigen Ringzähler 39 verbunden ist. Die drei Stufen des Ringzählers 39 sind jeweils mit drei Analogunterbrechern
4o verbunden, die selektiv einen der Kondensatoren 4ol, 4o2 bzw. 4o3 in. die Schaltung einschalten, unter
gleichzeitigem Zünden oder Einschalten einer Leuchtanzeige 52.
Folglich definiert einer der Widerstände 37o die Grundfrequenz, bei der der Oszillator 23o arbeitet,und definiert derjenige
der Kondensatoren 4ol bis 4o3, der eingeschaltet ist, den genauen Wert dieser Frequenz, d.h. ob die Frequenz genau
genommen ist oder um 2o % erhöht ist oder um 2o % verringert
ist.
Das Ausgangssignal des Oszillators 32 ist rechteckförmig und
besitzt den in Fig. 2A dargestellten Signalverlauf. Unter diesen
Bedingungen ist die Frequenz des Oszillators 32 tatsächlich ein sich wiederholendes Verhältnis und ist umgekehrt
zur Periode T des Ausgangssignals. Diese Periode T ist in Fig. 2 dargestellt und bildet das Zeitintervall zwischen den
Anstiegsflanken zweier aufeinanderfolgender Rechtecksignale.
Fig. 2B zeigt das Ausgangssignal des monostabilen Kippglieds

33. Dieses Ausgangssignal wird durch Signale der gleichen
Periode T wie die des Oszillators 32 gebildet, jedoch mit einer Impulsdauer, die etwas kürzer ist. Wie bereits erwähnt,
tritt dieses Ausgangssignal des monostabilen Kippgliedes 33 nur auf, wenn der Druckknopf-Schalter 13 zur Steuerung des
Lichtbündels betätigt ist. Auf diese Weise gibt für jedes Signal des monostabilen Kippglieds 33 der ImpulsefolgeTijenerator
34 vier oder zwanzig Impulse einer Dauer von etwa 5 us ab, abhängig von der Lage des Umschalters 43. Und, wie in Fig. 2D
und 2E dargestellt, entspricht jedem dieser Impulse die Erzeugung eines Lichtimpulses durch die Laserdiode lo.
Im Folgenden wird kurz die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen
Vorrichtung unter Bezugnahme auf Fig. 3 näher erläutert.
Die Vorrichtung wird durch Betätigen des Hauptschalters 41 in Betrieb gesetzt. Der Umschalter 43 wird je nachdem positioniert,
ob es sich um eine Stimulation (Anregung) oder eine Dispersion handelt, wobei ersteres 2o Impulsen pro Folge
und letzteres 4 Impulsen pro Folge entspricht. Die Begriffe Stimulation und Dispersion sind auf dem Gebiet der Akupunktur
und der Aurikulantherapie üblich. In einer ersten Phase wird der Umschalter 42 in eine Erfassungsstellung gebracht, um
eine geringe Spannung von 12 V der Laserdiode Io zuzuführen. Dadurch wird lediglich ein sehr schwacher Lichtimpuls erzeugt,
wodurch das Feststellen oder Erfassen der Akupunktur Punkte oder -Stellen möglich ist. Wenn diese Erfassung durchgeführt
ist, wird der Umschalter 42 dann in die Behandlungsstellung oder -lage gebracht, zum Anlegen der gesamten Energie
an die Akupunktur-Punkte oder Aurikulartherapie-Punkte,
die bestimmt oder festgelegt worden sind.
Beim bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel werden als Basisfrequenzen
die Frequenzen IHz, 2,5Hz, 5Hz, loHz, 2oHz, 4oHz, 8oHz
und 16oHz verwendet. Es wurde festgestellt, daß diese Frequenzen

jeweils bestimmten lebenden Geweben entsprechen, denen sie genau zugeordnet sind. Die Wahl der Frequenz erfolgt auf
schrittweise Steuerung durch Betätigung des Druckknopf-Schalters 15. Es ist auch festgestellt worden, daß bestimmte Behandlungen
eine etwas unterschiedliche Frequenz erfordern. Eine Korrektur um + 2o% oder - 2o% ist möglich durch Betätigen
des Druckknopf-Schalters 17. Die gewählte Frequenz und deren gegebenenfalls notwendige Korrektur werden durch
die leuchtenden Lichtanzeigen 51 und 52 dargestellt.
Nun muß lediglich der Druckknopf-Schalter 13 zur Steuerung des Lichtbündels betätigt werden, wodurch die Erzeugung von
Lichtimpulsen ausgelöst wird sowie das simultane Leuchten der Lichtbündel-Lichtanzeige 5o.
Wie bereits erwähnt,kann nach Verwendung zur Diagnose der
Akupunktur- oder Aurikulaitherapie-Punkte eine Behandlung an den gleichen Punkten durchgeführt werden nach Umschalten
des Umschalters 42.
Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist vorteilhaft verwendbar bei Behandlungen, die üblicherweise mittels der Nadel-Therapie
durchgeführt werden. Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf das ausführlich erläuterte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt.
Es genügt, daß die Versorgungsanordnung Glieder aufweist zum rücklaufenden und gesteuerten Versorgen der Laserdioden-Einrichtung·
Die Laserdiodeneinrichtung enthält im wesentlichen
die Laserdiode lo, den Thyristor 12 und einen Kondensator 16. Für ausreichend hohe Versorgungsspannungen kann
eine Laserauslösung erreicht werden. Die Zeitkonstante der Schaltung ist so gewählt, daß sich eine kurze Laserauslösung

ergibt nach Aufladung des Kondensators 16 durch eine ausreichend hohe Gleichspannung und nach dem Auslösen bzw.
Ansteuern der Steuerelektrode des Thyristors 12.
Im übrigen enthält die Versorgungsanordnung einen ersten Generator zur Abgabe eines Basisrücklaufsignals
gewählter Frequenz. Beim beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel befindet sich dieser erste Generatgr im wesentlichen im
Bereich des Oszillators 32. Weiter ist auch ein zweiter Generator vorgesehen, der durch diese rücklaufende Frequenz
gesteuert oder geführt ist und für jedes Basisrück-'laufsignal eine Impulsfolge erzeugt. Und diese Impulsfolgen
werden in gesteuerter Weise dem Steueranschluß des Thyristors 12 zugeführt.
Selbstverständlich sind weitere Ausbildungen der erfindungsgemässen
Vorrichtung sowohl auf elektrischem, als auch auf mechanischem Gebiet möglich. Beispielsweise genügt es, für
bestimmte Anwendungsfälle an die Behandlungsöffnung eine kurze Lichtleitfaser anzuschließen. Das ist insbesondere
bei Zahnbehandlungen der Fall.
Gemäß einem besonderen Ausführungsbeispiel enthält der Behandlungskopf
1 drei Laserdioden, wobei die Kapazität des Kondensators 16 geeignet erhöht ist, um alle Dioden des
Behandlungskopfes 1 versorgen zu können. Dieses Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der Fig. 4 bis 6 näher erläutert.
Wie in den Fig. 4 bis 6 dargestellt, ist der Behandlungskopf 1 mit einem Ansatz 6o versehen, der ein großes zylindrisches
Teil 61 aufweist, das durch einen kegelstumpfförmigen Teil 62 verlängert ist. In diesem kegelstumpfförmigen Teil
62 ist ein Innenraum 63 ausgebildet, der an einer Seite

offen ist, um einklemmend das zylindrische Ende 4 des Behandlungskopfes
1 aufzunehmen. Dieser Innenraum 63 setzt sich durch einen größeren Innenraum 64 und dann durch einen zylindrischen
Innenraum 65 fort, der in Höhe des zylindrischen
Teils 61 des Ansatzes 6o gebildet ist. Die Wände des Innenraums 65 besitzen eine Ringnut 66, in der eine Leiterscheibe
64 aufgenommen ist. Diese Leiter scheite 61 besitzt auGerdem
einen Kontaktanschluß 71. Außerdem weist sie drei Öffnungen auf, in denen drei Laserdioden 68, 69, la befestigt sind.
Die Laserdioden 68, 69, 7o sind so befestigt, daß einer deren

Ausgangsanschlüsse in Kontakt mit der Leiterscheibe ,und damit
mit dem Kontaktanschluß 71 ist.
Aus Fig. 6 ergibt sich, daß die drei Laserdioden 68, 69, 7o
in einem Dreieck angeordnet sind und zwar im wesentlichen symmetrisch gegenüber der Mitte der Leiterscheibe 67.
Im elektrischen Bereich erfolgt die Massenverbindung der
Laserdioden 68, 69, 7o über den Kontaktanschluß 71,der mit der
Anode der Diode 11 verbunden ist, die im Behandlungskopf 1 angeordnet ist. Die Kathode dieser Diode 11 ist mit jeder der
anderen Ausgangsklemmen der Laserdioden 68, 69, 7o verbunden.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss den Fig. 1 bis 3 wurde ausgeführt,
daß die Versorgungsanordnung einerseits zum Laden des Kondensators 16 und andererseits zum Anlegen von Steuerimpulsen
an den Thyristor 12 wirkt. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss den Fig. 4 bis 6 werden bei jedem Steuerimpuls die
drei Laserdioden 68, 69, 7o simultan erleuchtet oder gezündet, wobei die erhöhte Kapazität des Kondensators 16 einen geeigneten
Betrieb ermöglicht.

Während der Behandlungskopf 1 gemäss dem Ausführungsbeispiel
der Fig. 1 bis 3 sehr gut für punktförmige Behandlung geeig-,
net ist, ist der Behandlungskopf 1 des Ausführungsbeispiels
gemäss den Fig. 4 bis 6 besonders dann geeignet, wenn eine Zonenbehandlung erwünscht ist. Dies ist insbesondere der
Fall bei Zerrungen, Luxationen und zwar insbesondere am
Knöchel oder am Knie. Das trifft auch für kutane und subkutane
Behandlungen zu sowie für Verletzungen und Verbrennungen. Die Vorrichtung mit mehreren oder Mehrfach-Dioden ist. auch
besonders vorteilhaft für die Behandlung von knochigen Geschwülsten .

Claims (13)
- AnsprücheVorrichtung zur örtlichen Behandlung eines Patienten durch Akupunktur oder Aurikulartherapie mittels eines Behandlungskopfes, der mit einer zugeordneten Versorgungsanordnung verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Behandlungskopf (l) durch einen länglichen Körper gebildet ist, der in einer Behandlungsöffnung (5) endet, daß er eine Einrichtung mit Laserdioden (lo, 68, 69, 7o) enthält, deren leuchtende Enden in Betriebsverbindung mit der Behandlungsöffnung (5) angeordnet sind, daß dessen Versorgungsanordnung Glieder zum rücklaufenden und gesteuerten Versorgen der Laserdioden einrichtung enthält. - 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behandlungskopf (l) einen im allgemeinen zylindrischen Körper enthält, der in einem kegelstumpfförmigen Teil (3) und schließlich in einem zylindrischen Teil (4) geringen Durchmessers endet, wobei dessen Ende mit der Behandlungsöffnung (5) versehen ist, während die Laserdiode (lo) in dem kegelstumpfförmigen Teil angeordnet ist.
- 3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laserdiodeneinrichtung aufweist, die Laserdiode (lo) selbst,eine dazu antiparallel geschaltete Schutzdiode (ll) , und einen Thyristor (12) , dessen Stromweg einerseits mit den beiden Dioden (lo, 11) reihengeschaltet ist und andererseits mit einem Kondensator (16) reihengeschaltet ist über rückstromsperrende ■ Dioden (14) , wobei die Zeitkonstante dieser Vorrichtung so gewählt ist, daß eine kurze Laserauslösung der8098A7/089-0-wr-2Laserdiode (lo) erreicht wird, wenn der Kondensator (16) geladen ist und wenn die Steuerelektrode des Thyristors (12) betätigt ist.
- 4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versorgungsanordnung so ausgebildet ist, daß der Laserdioden einrichtung zwei unterschiedliche Gleichspannungen zugeführt werden können, wobei die niedrigere Spannung zu Erfassungszwecken ohne wesentliche Laserstimulation dient, während die höhere Spannung für Behandlungsanwendungen mit Laserimpulsen dient.
- 5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß die Versorgungsanordnung darüberhinaus einen ersten Generator aufweist, der ein Basisrücklaufsignal gewählter Frequenz abgibt, sowie einen zweiten Generator, der mit dem ersten gekoppelt ist, um für jedes Basisrück-' laufsignal eine Impulsfolge zu erzeugen, wobei dieser zweite Generator mit der Steuerelektrode des Thyristors (12) verbunden ist.
- 6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die . BasisrücklauJfrequenz des ersten Generators unter mehreren ausgewählten Frequenzen umschaltbar ist.
- 7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein schrittweise umschaltender Umschalter vorgesehen ist, um diese Umschaltung der Basisrücklauffrequenz zu erreichen.
- 8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß die ' Basisrücklauf frequenz einstellbar ist ent-809847/08 9-0weder auf deren genauen Wert oder auf einen etwas höheren Wert oder auf einen etwas niedrigeren Wert und daß weitere Steuerglieder vorgesehen sind zum schrittweisen Steuern dieser Frequenzkorrektur.
- 9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß der Behandlungskopf (l) aufweist einen auf den zweiten Generator einwirkenden Druckknopf-Schalter (13) zur Steuerung des Lichtbündels, einen auf die schrittweise Auswahl unter mehreren vorgegebenen Frequenzen einwirkenden Druckknopf-Schalter (15)zur Frequenzsteuerung undeinen auf die weitere schrittweise Steuerung der Korrektur der Frequenz einwirkenden Druckknopf-Schalter (17)zur Steuerung der Frequenzkorrektur.
- 10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß die Anzahl der Impulse jeder Impulsfolge unter zumindest zwei vorgegebenen Werten wählbar ist.
- 11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche l-lo, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,daß der Behandlungskopf (l) mehrere Laserdioden (68, 69, 7o) enthält.
- 12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behandlungskopf (l) mit einem Ansatz (6o)versehen ist, der an das Ende des Behandlungskopfes (l) angepaßt ist und daß dieser einen Träger, wie eine Scheibe (67) besitzt, auf der die Laserdioden (68, 69, 7o) .verteilt sind.
- 13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei im Dreieck befestigte Laserdioden (68, 69, 7o) vorgesehen sind (Fig. 6).809847/0890
