- 2) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, 15 daß die Verschweißtemperatur zwischen der Glasübergangs- und der Schmelztemperatur des lichthärtbaren Materials eingestellt wird.

- 4) Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zu verbindenden Kanten benachbarten Plattenbereiche vor dem Verschweißen auf der Rückseite gegeneinander ; und gegenüber einer formstabilen Unterlage fest- igelegt werden,- beispielsweise mittels einer doppelseitigen Klebefolie. :
- 5) Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, da- jdurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den nicht zu verbindenden Seiten der Druckplatte über das Formatdes herzustellenden Reliefs hinausgehende Randbereiche vorgesehen sind, die vor dem Verbinden der Kanten an den nicht zu verbindenden Seiten mit Ultraviolettstrahlen belichtet werden.
- 6) Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zu verbindenden Kanten benachbarten Plattenbereiche zum Verschweißen ohne Materialzugabe zwischen formsta-8098/. 7/0518Dipl.-Phys. - 7) Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den formstabilen geheizten Preßelementen und der lichthärtbaren Schicht eine Abdeckfolie aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweiseaus Polyester eingelegt wird.
- 8) Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zu verbindenden Kanten benachbarten Plattenbereiche zum Verschweißen ohne Materialzugabe einer mehrfachenKalandrierwirkung unter erhöhter Temperatur mit einer im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu den zu verbindenden Kanten liegender Kalandriervorrichtung unterworfen werden.
- 9) Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, zur Herstellung eines mit einer lichthärtbaren Druckplatte nahtlos belegten Rotationsdruckzylinders, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine, an der Rückseite mit einer dünnen Trägerfolie aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyester, belegte lichthärtbare Druckplatte vor der bildmäßigen Belichtung entsprechend dem Umfang des herzustellenden Druckzylinders an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Kanten genau zuge-809JU7/0 5 18Dipl.-Phys. - 10) Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalandrierdruck durch nachgiebiges, vorzugsweise federndes Anpressen der beheiztenWalze an die mit der Druckplatte belegte Umfangsfläche des Zylinders oder Zylindermantels erfolgt.
- 11) Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugung des Kalandrierdruckesdurch das Eigengewicht des auf einer um eine horizontale Achse rotierenden, beheizten Walze und ggfs. mindestens einer zusätzlichen Führungs walze laufenden, mit der Druckplatte belegten8098^7/0518272239SDipl.-Phys. - 12) Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit einer lichthärtbaren [ Druckplatte belegter Zylindermantel mittelsj 5 Führung, beispielsweise mindestens einer zu-sätzlichen Führungswalze, drehbar auf eine um! eine horizontale Achse rotierende, beheizte' Walze aufgelegt wird, wobei man entsprechenddem gewünschten Kalanderdruck in den Zylinder-10 mantel Gewichte einsetzt und zugleich mit demKalandrieren ein zylindrisches Kalibrieren der auf den Zylindermantel aufgelegten lichthärtbaren Druckplatte vornimmt.809847/0518
