Description

  • Schalter für zwei umsteuerbare Elektromotoren zum Verstellen
  • eines Autospiegels.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fünfstellungs-Kreuzschalter mit Schwenkbedienungschebel für zwei umsteuerbare Elektromotoren zum Verstellen des mit zwei Schwenkfreiheitagraden versehenen Trägers der Spiegelscheibe einen Autospiegels.
  • Der Erfinder stellte sich die Aufgabe ein solches Schaltersystem zu entwickeln, wobei vom Erfindungsgegenstand gefordert ist, daß er klein und billig aber auch blind bedichber ist.
  • Die erfinderische Lösung di@@er Aufgabe sieht vor, daß der Schwen-kbsdienungshebel kugel- bzw. kreuzgelenkig auf dem Boden des Schalters gelagert und mit einem parallel zum Boden und parallel zu zwei T-förmigen Kontaktgeberzwillingen verschiebbaren Schwenkschalthebel mit zum Boden senkrechter Schwenkachse gekuppelt ist, so daß der Schwenkschalthebel neben dem Schwenkbedienungshebel zwecks Einschaltens beider Elektromotoren in deren vier Arbeitsstellungen schwenkend oder schiebend rückbar ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäß Besondere besteht darin, daß der Schwenkschalthebel (Schwenkschalterhebel) vom Schwenkbedienungshebel (Handhebel) getrennt ist0 Dies ergibt ein extrem einfaches Gestänge mit dem Folgevorteil, handelsübliche Schalter (Schnappschalter, mit vertikal stehenden Kontaktgeberblattfedern) verwenden zu können.
  • Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel.
  • Es zeigen die Fig 1 den Schalter mittels eines Querschnittes und die Fig 2 diesen Schalter in der Draufsicht (Gehäuse 1 bzw.
  • Deckel abgenommen). Die Fig :3 bis 7 veranschaulichen die fünf Schaltbilder, also die Sig 3 die Grundstellung (beide Motoren M 1 und M 2 außer Betrieb), die Fig 4 beide Motoren im Betrieb gleichsinnig vorwärts, die Fig 5 beide Motoren im Betrieb gleichsinnig rückwürts, die Fig 6 beide Motoren im Betrieb gegensinnig und die Fig 7 beide Motoren im Betrieb umgesteuert gegensinnig.
  • Der Fünfstellungs-Kreuzschalter mit dem Schwenkbedienungs-@ebel 3 für zwei umsteuerbare Elektromotoren M 1, M 2 eient konstruktiv (nicht dargestellt, da an sich bekannt) zum Verstellen des mit zwei Schwenkfreiheitsgraden versehenen Trägers der Spiegelscheibe des Autospiegels.
  • Der Schwenkbedienungshebel 3 ist kugelgelenkig auf dem Boden 2 des Schalters gelagert und mit einem parallel zum Boden und parallel zu den zwei T-förmigen Kontaktgeberzwillingen Sch 1, Sch 2, Sch 5, Sch 4 verschiebbaren Schwenkschalthebel 4 mit zum Boden senkrechter Schwenkachse A gekuppelt, so daß der Schwenkschalthebel 4 neben dem Schwenkbedienungshebel 3 zwecks Einschaltens bedier Elektromotoren M 1, 14 2 wahlweise in deren vier Arbeitszustände (Fig 4 bis 7) schwenkend bzw. schiebend rückbar ist0 Diese vier Arbeitszustände sind (natürlich jeweils nur einer davon) in die Spiegeltriebwerke eingesteuert, wenn der Schwenkschalthebel 4 in einer der Richtungen B, C, D, B mittels Finger der menschlichen Hand gerückt ist.
  • Das Teil 5 ist der Lagerbock für den verschiebbaren Schwenkschalthebel 4.

Claims (1)

  1. Anspruch: Fünfstellungs-Kreuzschalter mit Schwenkbedienungshebel für zwei umsteuerbare Elektromotoren zum Verstellen des mit zwei Schwenkfreiheitsgraden verschenen Trägers der spiegelscheibe eines Autospiegels, d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, daß der Schwensbedienungshebel (3) kugel- bzw. kreuzgelenkig auf den Boden (2) des Schalters gelagert und mit einem parallel zum Boden und parallel zu zwei T-förmigen Kontaktgeberzwillingen (Sch 1, Sch 2, Sch 3, Sch 4) verschiobbaren Schwenkschalthebel (4) mit zum Boden senkrechter Schwenkachse (A) gekuppelt ist, so daß der Schwenkschalthebel (4) neben dem Schwenkbedienungshebel (3) zwecks Einschaltens beider Elektromotoren (M 1, M 2) in deren vier Arbeitsstellungen schwenkend oder schiebend rückbar ist.
