Gegenstand der Erfindung sind neue Phosphorsäurederivate, das Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
mit diesen Phosphor-säurederivaten als Wirkstoff.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Phosphorsäurederivate sind Ester und haben
die allgemeine Formel I

Geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylgruppen für die Symbole R und.
R in Formel I sind Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, die Butyl'-*
Pentyl- und Hexylreste; Alkylgruppen für R2 und R^ sind Methyl,
Äthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl; geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkyloxygruppen
für R·5 sind beispielsweise Methoxy, Äthoxy, Propoxy, Iacpropoxy,
Butoxy, Hexoxy; Methylthio, Äthylthio, Propylthio, Isopropylthio,
Butylthio, Hexylthio, Propenylthio, Buten-(2)-thio, Hexen-(2)-thio, Propin-(2)-thio, Butin-(2)-thio können beispifls-

weise die Thiosubstituenten Rr sein; der Phenylrest kann beispielsweise
noch eine Nitrogruppe oder Chlor als Substituent enthalten; als Alkyl- und Dialkylaminoreste seien beispielsweise
Methyl- und Dimethylamin, Äthyl- und Diäthylamin, Isopropylamin,
Butyl- und Dibutylamin genannt.
Bevorzugte Substituenten für R und R sind Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl

Man erhält die neuen Phosphorsäurederivate, indem man Salze von Phosphorsäurederivaten der Formel II mit Isoxazolderivaten der
Formel III zu den erfindungsgemäßen Phosphorsäurederivaten der allgemeinen Formel I umsetzt:

Dabei haben die Reste R , R , R^, R und X die oben angegebenen
Bedeutungen, Hai steht für ein Halogenatom und Z für ein Alkali-, ein Äquivalent' Erdalkali- oder ein gegebenenfalls durch
Alkylreste substituiertes Ammoniumion.
Als Halogen kommen Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Jod in Betracht, bevorzugt
sind Chlor und Brom. Als Alkaliionen sind Natrium und Kalium, als Erdalkaliionen Magnesium und Kalzium und als Ammoniumion das unsubstituierte Ion^Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Dimethyl-,
Diäthyl-, Trimethyl-, Triäthyl-, Tetramethyl- oder Tetraäthylammonium bevorzugt.

Die Anwendung der Wirkstoffe erfolgt z.B. in Form von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Pulvern, Suspensionen oder Dispersionen,
Emulsionen, öldispersionen, Pasten, Stäubemitteln, Streumitteln, Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen
oder Gießen. Die Anwendungsformen richten sich ganz nach den
Verwendungszwecken; sie sollten in jedem Fall möglichst die feinste Verteilung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen, Emulsionen, Pasten und öldispersionen kommen Mineralölfraktionen von mittlerem
bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Dieselöl, ferner Kohlenteeröle usw., sowie öle pflanzlichen oder tierischen Ursprungs

stoffe, z.B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin,
alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate, z.B. Methanol, Äthanol, Propanol, Butanol, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexanon, Chlorbenzol, Isophoron usw., stark polare Lösungsmittel, z.B. Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid,
N-Methylpyrrolidon, Wasser usw. in Betracht.
Wäßrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten,
Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern), öldispersionen durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von
Emulsionen, Pasten oder öldispersionen können die Substanzen als solche oder in einem öl oder Lösungsmittel gelöst, mittels
Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel in Wasser homo·*
genisiert werden. Es können aber auch aus wirksamer Substanz, Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel oder öl bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden,
die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.
An oberflächenaktiven Stoffen sind zu nennen:
Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammoniumsalze von Ligninsulfonsäure, Naphthalinsulfonsäuren,
Phenolsulfonsäuren, Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Alkylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze der
Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Lauryläthersulfat, Fettalkoholsulfate,
fettsaure Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Salze sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole, Salze von sulfatiertem
Pettalkoholglykoläther, Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniert tem Naphthalin und Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte
des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd, Polyoxyäthylenoctylphenoläther,
äthoxyliertes Isooctylphenol, Octylphenol, Nonylphetiol, Alkylr
phenolpolyglykoläther, Tributylphenylpolyglykoläther, Alkylarylpolyätheralkohole,
Isotridecylalkohol, Fettalkoholäthylenoxid-Kondensate, äthoxyliertes Rizinusöl, Polyoxyäthylenalkyläther,
äthoxyliertes Polyoxypropylen, Laurylalkoholpolyglykolätheracetal,
Sorbitester, Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.

Pulver, Streu- und Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames
Vermählen der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägerstoff hergestellt werden.
Granulate, z.B. Umhüllungs-, Imprägnierungs- und Homogengranulate,
können durch Bindung der Wirkstoffe an feste Trägerstoffe hergestellt werden. Feste Trägerstoffe sind z.B. Mineralerden, wie
Silicagel, Kieselsäuren, Kieselgele, Silikate, Talkum, Kaolin, Attaclay, Kalkstein, Kalk, Kreide, Bolus, Löß, Ton, Dolomit,
Diatomeenerde, Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfat, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie z.B. Ammoniumsulfat,
Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe und pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehle, Baumrinden-, Holz- und Nußschalenmehl,
Cellulosepulver und andere feste Trägerstoffe.
Die Formulierungen enthalten zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gewichtsprozent.
Zu den Mischungen oder Einzelwirkstoffen können öle verschiedenen
Typs, Herbizide, Fungizide, Insektizide, Bakterizide, gegebenenfalls auch erst unmittelbar vor der Anwendung (Tankmix), zugesetzt
werden.
Die Zumischung dieser Mittel zu den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln kann im Gewichtsverhältnis 1 : 10 bis 10 : 1 erfolgen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen>beispielsweise
saugender und beißender Insekten, Dipteren und Milben eingesetzt werden:
Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Mysus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi.), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomysus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen- "
(Hyalopterus arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), und Wanzen beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrate),

Bei den beißenden Insekten sind vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlings*
raupen (Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis)
der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrboea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), weiterhin
die Kohl- (Maestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta
padella), Mehl- (Ephestia Kühniella) und große Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella). -
Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)
z.Bo Korn- (Sitophilus granarius - Calandra granaria), Kartoffel-(Leptinotarsa
decemlineata), Speck- (Dermestes frischi), rotbrauner
Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehlkäfer
(Tenebrio molitor), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z,B,
Drahtwürmer (Agriotes spec») und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (Blattella germanica),
Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana), Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze Riesenschabe
(Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. die Heimchen (Acheta domesticus), Termiten
wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenoptern wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Cerantitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Pannia
canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora
erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans);
ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles
stephensi).
Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetra*-
nychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe

Frisch geschnittene Maisblätter werden für 3 Sekunden in die
wäßrige Wirkstoffaufbereitung getaucht. Nach kurzem Abtrocknen
legt man die Blätter in Petrischalen (0 10 cm) auf einen Rundfilter und besetzt sie mit 5 Raupen von ca. 1,5 cm Länge,
Die Wirkung wird nach 48 Stunden festgestellt. Vergleichsmittel wie in Beispiel 6.
Ergebnis: Mortalität %

in der R und R die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen haben und Hai ein Halogenatom bedeutet, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungsmittels bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 1500C umsetzt. - 6. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, enthaltend ein Phosphorsäure*· derivat der allgemeinen Formel I als Wirkstoff.
