zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Nematizide,
Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 0-Alkyl(Alkenyl)-N-monoalkyl(alkenyl)-S-(N·-monoalkyl(alkenyl)carbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide,
welche nematizide, insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen sowie ein
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt (vgl. UDSSR-Patentschrift 183.205 sowie
USA-Patentschrift 3.007.845), daß O-Alkyl-N^-dialkyl-S-(N'-monoalkylcarbamylmethyli-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide,
z.B. das O-Äthyl-N^-dimethyl-S-iN'-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramid,
sowie 0,0-Dialkyl-S-(N-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thiolphosphorsäureester,
wie der 0,0-Dimethyl-S-(N-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thiolphosphorsäureester,
eine pestizide, insbesondere insektizide, akarizide
und nematizide Wirkung aufweisen. Weiterhin ist bekannt (vgl. veröffentl. Japanische Patentanmeldung 15.800/69),
daß gewisse 0-Alkyl-N-monoalkyl-S-(N·-monoalkylcarbamylmethyl)
thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide, nämlich solche mit n-Propyl- oder höheren Alkylgruppen am phosphorständigen
Stickstoffatom, ζ.B.das O-Äthyl-N-mono-n-propylamido-S-(N'-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramid,
eine insektizide Wirksamkeit zeigen.

Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen O-Alkyl(Alkenyl)-N-mono»
alkyl(alkenyl)-S-(N'-monoalkyl(alkenyl)carbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide

erhält, wenn man O-Alkyl(Alkenyl)-N-monoalkyl(alkenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide
der allgemeinen Formel (II)

Überraschenderweise zeigen die neuen O-Alkyl(Alkenyl)-N-monoalkyl{alkenyl)-S-(N'-monoalkyl(alkenyl)carbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide
der Formel (I) eine bemerkenswert bessere nematozide, insektizide und akarizide
Wirkung als die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten 0-Alkyl-N,N-dialkyl-
bzw. -N-monoalkyl-S-CN'-monoalkylcarbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide
und 0,0-Dialkyl-S-(N-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thiophosphorsäureester,
welche die nächstvergleichbaren Wirkstoffe gleicher Wirkungsart sind. Insbesondere ist die im Vergleich zu den bekannten
Stoffen überraschende nematizide Wirkung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen hervorzuheben. Die neuen Stoffe stellen
somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen
z.B. das Natriumsalz des 0-Äthyl-N-monomethyl-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramids
und Bromessigsäuremonomethyl amid als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch
das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III)
2 eindeutig allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen R und R darin jedoch für geradkettige oder verzweigte niedere Alkylreste
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z.B. Methyl, Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl, n-, iso- see- und tert.-Butyl oder
Allyl: R , bedeutet insbesondere Methyl, iso-Propyl oder

Allyl,^vorzugsweise Methyl, Äthyl, Isopropyl oder Allyl.
Hal bedeutet vorzugsweise ein Chlor- oder Bromatom.

Als Beispiele für verwendbare Ausgangsprodukte der Formel (II) seien im einzelnen genannt die Kalium-, Natrium- oder
Ammoniumsalze der O-Methyl-N-methyl-, o-Methyl-N-äthyl-,
O-Methyl-N-isopropyl-, O-Äthyl-N-methyl-, O-Äthyl-N-äthyl-,
O-Äthyl-N-iso-propyl-, O-n-Propyl-N-methyl-, Q-n-Propyl-N-äthyl-,
O-n-Propyl-N-iso-propyl-s, O-iso-Propyl-N-methyl-,
O-iso-Propyl-N-äthyl-, O-iso-Propyl-N-iso-propyl-, O-n-Butyl-N-methyl-,
O-n-Butyl-N-äthyl-, O-n-Butyl-N-iso-propyl-,
O-iso-Butyl-N-iso-propyl—thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramide.
Als Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei Durchführung des Verfahrens alle inerten organischen Lösungs™ bzw.
ψ Verdünnungsmittel infrage. Hierzu gehören aliphatische und
aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, wie Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, wie
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methyl!sopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon,
außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril,sowie Wasser und Alkohole wie z.B. Methanol und Äthanol.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und
1000C, vorzugsweise bei 20° bis 400C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Bei Durchführung des Herstellungsverfahrens werden die Salze der Konstitution (II) und die 2~Halogencarbonsäureamide
meist in äquimolaren Verhältnissen eingesetzt. Ein Überschuß der einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine
wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Umsetzung erfolgt bevorzugt in einem der oben genannten Lösungsmittel bei 20° bis 400C.

Die Reaktionslösung wird meist einige Stunden nachgerührt,
um dann nach üblichen Methoden aufgearbeitet zu werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen zumeist in Form farbloser bis schwach gelb gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher
Öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch
längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte
Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer
Charakterisierung dient vor allem der Brechungsindex.
Die kristallin anfallenden Verbindungen werden durch ihren Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen neuen Stoffe durch hervorragende nematizide, insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aus. Sie besitzen
dabei eine gute Wirksamkeit sowohl gegen saugende als auch
beißende Insekten, Dipteren, Milben sowie eine systemische Wirkung. Daher werden die Produkte mit Erfolg im Pflanzen-
und Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor gegen die verschiedensten
tierischen Schädlinge eingesetzt.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsicfrblattläus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer™ (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartofellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Gryptomyaus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Goccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus); Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wanzen,
beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner
Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Lei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule
(Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Prostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta
padella), Mehl- (Ephestia klihniella) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)

und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z.B. Drahtv/ürmer (Agriotes spec.) und
Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (.Blatella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana),
Madeira- (Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia madeirae), Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze
Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus);
Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise
(Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen»-(Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die
Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Yorratsschädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die
üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe
mit Streckmitteln, d.h. flüssigen Lösungsmitteln und/ oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln also Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z.B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel
gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten (z.B. Xylol,
Benzol), Chlorierte Aromaten (z.B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z.B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Butanol),
stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche
Gesteinsmehle (z.B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z.B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure,
Silikate); als Emulgiermittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-.
Fettalkohol-Äther., z.B. Alkylarylpolyglykoläther, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin,
Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen können in einem größeren Bereich
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen verwendet man Konzentrationen von 0,0005 bis 20 $, vorzugsweise von 0,005 bis
5 *. ■
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierun- .
gen oder der daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsio- ,
nen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche. Pulver., Stäubemittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung
geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Gießen, Verspritzen, Vernebeln, Vergasen, Verräuchern, Verstreuen, Verstäuben usw.
Überraschenderweise zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte im Vergleich zu den bisher aus der Literatur bekannten Wirkstoffen
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung durch eine wesentlich bessere Wirksamkeit bei erheblich geringerer
Warmblütertoxizität aus. Sie stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar. Diese unerwartete Überlegenheit
sowie die hervorragende Wirkung der verfahrensgemäß herstellbaren Verbindungen geht aus den folgenden Versuchsergebnissen
hervor:

Myzus-Test (Kontakt-Wirkung)
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.

Doralis-Test (systemische Wirkung)
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile. Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteile Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba), die stark von der schwarzen Bohnenlaus (Doralis fabae) befallen
sind, angegossen, so daß die Wirkstoffzubereitung in den Boden eindringt, ohne die Blätter der Bohnenpflanzen zu benetzen.
Der Wirkstoff wird von den Bohnenpflanzen aus dem Boden aufgenommen und gelangt so zu den befallenen Blättern.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in $>
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 fi, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden, 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration, ■
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnass
besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen Entwicklungsstadien
der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoffzubereitung bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der
so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in i<
> angegeben. 100 i° bedeutet, dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 # bedeutet, dass
keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung ver*·
mischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt
das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit Boden vermischt} der
mit den Testnematoden stark verseucht ist. Dabei spielt die
Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffmenge pro
Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm angegeben wird. Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe, sät Salat ein und hält die Töpfe bei einer
Gewächshaus-Temperatur von 270C Nach 4 Wochen werden die Salatwurzeln
auf Sieraatodenbefall untersucht und der Wirkungsgrad
des Wirkstoffs in $ bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100 #
wenn der Befall vollständig vermieden wird, er ist 0 #, wenn
der Befall genau so hoch ist wie bei den Kontrollpflanzen in unbehandeltem, aber in gleicher Weise verseuchtem Boden.

212,5 g (1,1 Mol) Natriumaalz des Q-Äthyl-N-monoroethyl-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramids
in 600 ecm Acetonitril werden "bei Raumtemperatur langsam mit 152,0 g (1,0 Mol)
Bromessigsäuremonomethylamid in 200 ecm Acetonitril versetzt. Man läßt die Mischung über Nacht "bei Raumtemperatur naehrühren,
gießt sie in Wasser, nimmt sie in Benaol auf, wäscht
die organische Phase mit Wasser neutral, trocknet sie über Natriumsulfat, filtriert ab, engt das Piltrat ein und
kristallisiert aus Benzol-Petroläther um. Man erhält 182,0 g
(75 i° der Theorie) O-Äthyl-N-monomethyl-ö-iN'-methylcarbamylmethyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureesteramid
als gelbliches Kristallisat vom Schmelzpunkt 550C. Bei 400C verläuft die
Reaktion in kürzerer Zeit.

- 5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von nematiziden, Insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt,
