-C-OR"

a-Damascon, d.h. l-(2,6,6-Trimethylcyclohex-2-en-lyl)-but-2-en-l-on
und Iso-damascon, d.h. 1-(2,4,4-Trimethyl-cyclohex-2-en-1
-yl)-but-2-en-1 -on sind bekannte Verbindungen.
Erfindung.
Iso-damascon besitzt einen weniger gut ausgebildeten Geruch sowie einen weniger natürlichen Charakter;

Weise behandelt. So erhielt man nach Destillation 88 g (63%ige Ausbeute) 3,4,4-TrimethyIcyclohexanon; Kp.
80-85°C/12Torr.
in gestoßenes Eis gegossen.
809 627/252
7,7 g Ketoäther erhielt man 6,6 g Hydroxyäther.
erhielt man 2,7 g l-Fom.yl-33,4-TrimethylcycIohex-6-en.
