Description

  • FUNKTIONSSCHEHA EINER VENTILLOSEN, PERISTALTISCHEN HERZFULIE : Da alle gängigen künstlichen Herzen mit Hlappen arbeiten, die das slut stark schädigen, schlage sich Versuche mit einer peristaltischen pumpe vor, die ohne solche Klappen auskommt.
  • Das pumpprinzip ist in Abb. II dargestellt T1-T3 bed. fortlaufende Zeit.
  • Die peristaltischen Wellen werden in fortlaufender weise durch Druck u. Log an der äußeren oberfläche eines iilil;onschlauch;s erzeugt.
  • Abb. I zeigt das frinzip durch welches abwechselnd eine hydraulische Flüssigkeit durch die ffnungen in einem ärßeren Metallrohr Abb. III a-b (c ist die fertige pumpe von außen) eingepumpt u. abgesaunt wird.
  • Der ilikonschlauch wird dabei ähnlich wie bei einer ollpuuye in in pumprichtung fort- laufenden Wellen komprimiert.
  • Die Ventile α, die entweder über oder Unterdruck durch die Öffnungen lassen werden nach folgendem Zeitplan elcktrisch gesteuert : Ziffer= Nr des Ventils (Abb I) Urandete Ziffer= offen für ö.Druck Einfache Ziffer= offen für u.Druck Der venöse u. arterielle Schenkel des Herzens werden nach Abb.IV gebaut, pumprichtungen u.Zeitvolumen sind in Abhängigkeit neben dem schema angegeben.
  • probleme, die nur experimentell gelöst werden können sind die Größe der l'umpen sowie das Laterial des Innenschlauches (Blutgerinnung u. überwachsen von Zellen)

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch zu P. 24 23 673.5 Vertilklappenlose peristaltische Herzpumpe.
    Dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Flüssigkeit durch peristaltikähnliche Wellen, ciie auf einem Schlauch aus elastischem Material durch alternierendes an u. absaugen einer diesen Schlauch umgebenden hydraulischen Flüßigkeit hervorgerufen werden, in einer Richtung gepumpt werden kann.
