Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stahlspannglied zur Verwendung bei vorgespanntem Beton, bei dem der Stahlstab von einer Schicht aus schmiermittelhaltigem, oleophobem, thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit öl als Schmiermittel umgeben ist, welches fein und gleichförmig als getrennte Partikeln im Kunststoff verteilt ist, und bei dem zwischen der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht und dem Stahlstab eine dünne Schmiermittelschicht ausgebildet ist. Ein solches Stahlspannglied ist nach der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift 59 205 bekannt. Die Schmiermittelschicht ermöglicht ein Gleiten des Stahlstabes gegenüber der umhüllenden Kunststoffschicht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Spannglied dieser Art dadurch zu verbessern, daß sichergestellt wird, daß das öl aus der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht nicht nach außen abfließen kann, ϊ und damit die Korrosionsfestigkeit des Stahlstabes zu erhöhen.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht darin, daß die 3 bis 15Gew.-% öl enthaltende Kunststoffschicht von einer weiteren thermoplastischen Kunststoffschicht
ίο umgeben ist, deren Material einen gegenüber dem Material der inneren Kunststoffschicht niedrigeren Schmelzpunkt hat.
Vorzugsweise ist das oleophobe, thermoplastische, schmiermittelhaltige Kunststoffmaterial ein Polyamid
ι τ oder ein P'olyacetal.
Bei dem Stahlspannglied nach der Erfindung wird durch die zusätzlich angeordnete thermoplastische Kunststoffschicht verhindert, daß das öl aus der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht nach außen
2» abfließt und in den Beton wandert. Darüber hinaus wird durch die weitere thermoplastische Kunststoffschicht und die Verhinderung des Abfließens des Öls aus der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht nach außen die Korrosionsfestigkeit des Stahlstabes erhöht, was von besonderer Bedeutung ist, wenn der vorgespannte Beton für Bauwerke, die im Meer errichtet werden, eingeset2:t wird.
Dadurch, daß die weitere thermoplastische Kunststoffschicht aus einem Material besteht, welches
jo gegenüber dem Material der inneren Kunststoffschicht einen niedrigeren Schmelzpunkt hat, wird die Herstellung des Stahlspanngliedes nach der Erfindung erleichtert, weil die äußere Kunststoffschicht auf den mit der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht umgebenen
ii Stahlstab aufextrudiert werden kann unter Aufschmelzen des Kunststoffes mit dem niedrigeren Schmelzpunkt, ohne daß ein Schmelzen der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht eintritt.

Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Stahlspannglied zur Verwendung bei vorgespanntem Beton, bei dem der Stahlstab von einer Schicht aus schmiermittelhaltigem, oleophobem, thermiplastischem Kunststoff mit öl als Schmiermittel umgeben ist, welches fein und gleichförmig als getrennte Partikeln im Kunststoff verteilt ist, und bei dem zwischen der schmiermittelhaltigen Kunststoffschicht und dem Stahlstab eine dünne Schmiermittelschicht ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die 3 bis 15 Gew.-% öl enthaltende Kunststoffschicht von einer weiteren thermoplastischen Kunststoffschicht umgeben ist, deren Material einen gegenüber dem Material der inneren Kunststoffschicht niedrigeren Schmelzpunkt hat.
2. Stahlspannglied nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oleophobe, thermoplastische, schmiermittelhaltige Kunststoffmaterial ein Polyamid oder ein Polyacetal ist.
