Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine thermoplastische
Mischung, die bevorzugt als Baumaterial und Verpackungsprodukt Verwendung findet.

Es ist bereits bekannt, hierfür geschäumte synthetische Harze, synthetische Harze mit winzigen Hohlelementen,

hydrierte Polyester, synthetische Harze mit Pigment angereichert und dergleichen zu verwenden. Alle diese Materialien
befriedigen wegen ihrer geringen mechanischen Festigkeit, Elastizität bzw. Verarbeitbarkeit nicht vollends. Andere
Nachteile dieser bekannten Materialien bestehen darin, daß ihre Verarbeitung zu Müll Schwierigkeiten bereitet,
sie schlecht aufgearbeitet werden können und ihrer Herstellungskosten hoch sind.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein demgegenüber verbessertes Material zu schaffen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine
Mischung, bestehend aus 100 Gewichtsteilen eines thermoplastischen
Harzes, 10 - 500 insbesondere 50 - 200 Trockengewichtsteilen
Holzmaterial und 2 - 200 insbesondere 2 - 100, insbesondere 10 - 30 Gewichtsteilen eines synthetischen,
anorganischen oder regenerierten Fasermaterials.
Ein solches Material ist billig in der Herstellung und hat hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften, wie Zerreißfestigkeit,
Haltbarkeit, Elastizität, Kriechfestigkeit, Vernagelbarkeit und Sägbarkeit. Außerdem ist es ein guter
Wärmeisolator und gut verbrennbar, also vernichtbar.
Weiterentwicklungen der Erfindung bestehen im folgenden:
Die Mischung enthält bis zu 30 insbesondere 1-20 Gewichtsteile
natürliches oder synthetisches gummiartiges Material.
Das thermoplastische Material besteht bevorzugt aus Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Polystyren, Polyvinylchlorid, ABS
Harz, deren Copolymere oder Mischungen daraus.

Als Holzmaterial wird bevorzugt Sägemehl, Rindenmehl,
Papiermühlenabfall (Abfallklümpchen, abgesetzter Abfall,
feine Pulpe, Drainage-Produkte, Zellulose, Pulver u.dgl.) verwendet.
Das synthetische Fasermaterial besteht aus Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacryl und/oder dergleichen.
Das anorganische Fasermaterial besteht aus Glas, Asbest,
Aluminiumsilikon und/oder dergleichen.
Als regeneriertes Fasermaterial \tfird bevorzugt Kunstseide
-od. dgl, verwendet.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß es gerade das Holzmaterial ist, welches die Herstellungskosten senkt und die Eigenschaften:
Sägbarkeit, Vernagelbarkeit, Wärmeisolation und Verbrennbarkeit
verbessert.
100 Gewichtsteile hochdichtes Polyäthylen (HDPE) mit einem Schmelzindex von 5,0 und einer Dichte von 0,96 wurden bei
e-iner Rollentemperatur von 160 - 17O0C in Mischungen gemäß
Tabelle I behandelt. Die Mischung wurde zu Platten bei 180 C mit einem Druck von 200 kg/cm gepreßt. Die Eigenschaften
der verschiedenen Produkte ergeben sich aus Tabelle I. Die Werte zeigen die hohe mechanische Festigkeit
und Elastizität, die vergleichsweise geringe Dehnbarkeit, die gute Versägbarkeit, Nagelbarkeit und Verbrennbarkeit.
Die Nylonerzeugnisse, die verwendet wurden, sind aus Nylon mit 3 den. gemacht worden. Die Fadenlänge betrug 10 mm.
Das Polyestermaterial war hergestellt aus Polyäthylen, Terephthalat mit 2 den. und einer Fadenlänge von 7 mm. Im

Beispiel I wurde außerdem SBR hinzugefügt, was gute Ergebnisse
brachte. Auch die Hinzufügung von natürlichem Gummi wirkte sich positiv aus.
Beispiel V-.- -
100 Gewichtsteile hochdichtes Polyäthylen (HDPE) mit einem Schmelzindex von 5»0 und einer Dichte von 0,96 wurden
gemischt mit einer trockenen Mischung aus Zellulose insbesondere Holzpulver (passierbar durch ein 10-Maschenfilter)
und Glasfaser (6 mm lang, behandelt mit einem Verbindungs- bzw. Verhakungsmittel). Die Mischung wurde zu
Platten extrudiert.
100 Gewichtsteile Polypropylen (PP) mit einem Schmelzindex von 5»0 wurden gemäß den Angaben der Tabelle II mit anderen
Zutaten vermischt und bei einer Eollentemperatur von 1800C
verarbeitet. Die Mischung wurde zu Platten bei einer Temperatur von 2000C und mit 200 kg/cm gepreßt. Die Eigenschaften
ergeben sich aus Tabelle II. Vergleichswerte . liefert das Beispiel IV der Tabelle II.
100 Gewichtsteile Polystyren (PST) wurden behandelt wie in
Tabelle II angegeben bei einer Eollentemperatur von 150 - 1600C. Die Mischung wurde zu Platten bei 1800C und
einem Druck von 200 kg/cm gepreßt. Aus der Tabelle II
ergeben sich die Eigenschaften. Beispiel V stellt einen Vergleichsfall dazu dar.
100 Gewichtsteile Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) wurden vermischt wie aus Tabelle II ersichtlich bei einer Rollentemperatur
von 190 - 2000C. Die Mischung wurde zu Platten gepreßt
bei 2000C und 200 kg/cm". Die Tabelle II veranschaulicht

die Eigenschaften. Beispiel VI ist ein Vergleichsfall hierzu.
100 Gewichtsteile eines hochdichten Polyäthylens mit einem
Schmelzindex von 5»O und einer Dichte von 0,96 wurden mit
Holzpulver und Kunstseide und weiteren Zutaten gemäß Tabelle II bei einer Rollentemperatur von 160 - 170°0 vermischt.
Die Kunstseide hatte 2 den. und bestand aus Fäden von 10 mm Länge. Die Mischung wurde zu Platten bei 180 C
und 200. kg/cm gepreßt. Die Eigenschaften ergeben sich aus
Tabelle II.

Claims (7)
- Patentansprüche :1 . Thermoplastische Mischling, gekennzeichnet durch 100 Gewichtsteile eines thermoplastischen Harzes, 10 - 500 insbesondere 50 - 200 Trockengewichtsteile Holzmaterial und 2 - 200 insbesondere 2 - 100, insbesondere 10 - 30 Gewichtsteile eines synthetischen, anorganischen oder regenerierten Fasermaterials.
- 2. Thermoplastische Mischung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch bis zu 30 insbesondere 1-20 Gewichtsteile natürliches oder synthetisches gummiartiges Material.
- 3. Thermoplastische Mischung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das thermoplastische Material der Gruppe angehört, zu der Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Polystyren, Polyvinylchlorid, ABS-Harz, deren Copolymere oder Mischungen davon zählen.
- 4. Thermoplastische Mischung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Holzmaterial Sägemehl, Rindenmehl, Papiermühlenabfall u./ o.dgl. ist.
- 5. Thermoplastische Mischung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das synthetische Fasermaterial aus Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacryl u./ο.dgl. besteht.
- 6. Thermoplastische Mischung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5j dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anorganische Fasermaterial aus Glas, Asbest, Aluminium-Silikon_ 9 _ 309885/U23DlPL-INq. DIETER JANDER DR.-INQ. MANFRED BONlNQPATENTANWÄLTEu./o.dgl. besteht.
- 7. Thermoplastische Mischung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennz eichnet , daß das regenerierte Ipasermaterial aus Kunstseide (Rayon) u./o.dgl, besteht.DJ .'DG-309885/1423
