Description

  • Titel: Platte oder profiliertes Element für Bauzwecke Die Erfindung betrifft eine Platte, bzw. ein profiliertes Element (weiterhin beide als Platte bezeichhet) aus Pflanzenabfall, insbesondere für Bauzwecke.
  • Es sind Platten und profilierte Bauelemente fUr Bauzwecke bekannt; die aus Pflanzenabfällen, wie z. B. aus Holz, Spänen,entkörnten Maiskolben hergestellt werden Ferner sind aus Schdummaterial auf chemischem Wege hergestellte Platten und profilierte Elemente bekannt, die vorwiegend zur Wurmeisolation verwendet werden Sowohl Pflanzenabfall- als auch Schaummaterialplcttteri werden vor der Verwendung als Außenwände mit Blech, Holz oder ähnlichem Material ummantelt.
  • Zur gegenseitigen Verbindung der Grundstoff-Einzelteile, wie z.B.
  • Holzspäne, Sägespäne, 'Granulate aus entkörnten Maiskolben, Fasern, werden Bindemittel auf der Basis von .Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Kleb stoff, und als Versteifungsmittel Ammoniumchlorid benutzt.
  • Ein Nachteil der bisher bekannten Platten und profilierten Elemente besteht darin, daß sie nur als Scheidewände in Bauten oder als Außenwondfüllung, und zwar nur nach Oberflächenaufbereitung, verwendbar sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine verbesserte Platte zu schaffen, die die bekannten Nachteile nicht mehr aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsmdßig bei einer aus Pflanzenabfall und Bindemittel hergestellten Platte dadurch gelöst, daß die Platte aus granuliertem Pflanzenabfall, Gummigronalien und Bindemittel auf der Basis von Harnstoff-Formaldehyd hergestellt wird, wobei das Bindemittel Bariumsalze oder Bleierzeugungsabfälle, und zwar in der Menge von 15 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent, enthält.
  • Ein Vorteil der erfindungsmäßigen Platte ist darin zu sehen, daß die Platte infolge der Verbindung von Pflanzenabfall und von durch beliebig durchgefuhrtes Zerkleinern von Gummiabfall entstandene granalien eine sehr gute Homogenitdt und dadurch eine verhtiltnismäßig hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen mechanische Beschådigung åbfweist, sa daß sie als Bautragteil verwendet werden kahn, wobei sie kugelsicher ist.
  • Enthält das Bindemittel Bariumsalze oder Bleierzeugungsabfall, dann schützt die Platte auch gegen IonisierungsstrahlungO Eine solche erfindungsgemäße Platte besteht aus je einem Drittel aus granuliertem Pflanzenabfall, z. B. granulierten entkörnten Maiskolben, aus granuliertem Gummiabfall und aus Harnstoff-Formaldehydbindemittel mit Beimischung von Bariumsalzen oder Bleierzeugungsabfall in der Menge von 17 Gewichtsprozent. Der granulierte Gummiabfall wird aus Gummiabfall beliebiger Form durch Reissen, Schneiden usw. vorbereitet.
  • Das auf diese Weise hergestellte Gemisch wird in einer Preßform bei einer Temperatur von 140 bis 150°C und unter einem Druck von 2 8 bis 15 kp/cm2 gepreßt.
  • Zur Steigerung der Festigkeit und der Lebensdauer der Platte ist es empfehlenswert, diese mit einem Umfangsrahmen, mit Rostet, Sieben oder dergleichen zu versehen und gegebenenfalls ihre Oberfläche mit einem Isolier- oder Dekorationsuberzug zu versehen.

  1. P AT EN TAN S P R UC H:
    Aus Pflanzenabfällen und BindeXmittel hergestellte Platte, bzw. profiliertes Element, insbesondere für Bauzwecke, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß sie aus einem Gemisch von Granalien aus Pflanzenabfällen, aus Gummigranalien und einem Bindemittel, insbesondere auf der Basis von Harnstoff-Formaldehyd, besteht, wobei das Bindemittel vorteilhaft Barlumsalze bzw. Bleierzeugungsabfall, und zwar in der Menge von 15 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent, enthält.
