Abstract
Katheter, aufweisend:einen proximalen Abschnitt;einen distalen Abschnitt;einen Schaft, der zwischen dem proximalen Abschnitt und dem distalen Abschnitt angeschlossen ist; undoptische Fasern, die sich durch den Schaft bis zum distalen Abschnitt des Katheters erstrecken, wobei der distale Abschnitt aufweist:eine Halterungsstruktur, aufweisend:ein proximales Ende mit Ausrichtaufnahmen, wobei jede der optischen Fasern in eine entsprechende der Ausrichtaufnahmen eingesetzt ist und die Ausrichtaufnahmen geformt sind, um die optischen Fasern in der Halterungsstruktur gestreckt zu halten; undein distales Ende mit Öffnungen, die in verschiedene Richtungen weisen;reflektierende Elemente;Linsen, wobei jede der optischen Fasern mit entsprechenden der Linsen, reflektierenden Elemente und Öffnungen optisch so ausgerichtet ist, dass die optischen Fasern in der Halterungsstruktur gestreckt sind und über die Öffnungen einen optischen Zugang zum Außenbereich des Katheters haben; undeine Kappe, die über einem Teilbereich des distalen Endes der Halterungsstruktur angeordnet ist, wobei die Kappe optische Durchlässe aufweist, die mit den Öffnungen ausgerichtet sind.
Claims (7)
- Katheter, aufweisend: einen proximalen Abschnitt; einen distalen Abschnitt; einen Schaft, der zwischen dem proximalen Abschnitt und dem distalen Abschnitt angeschlossen ist; und optische Fasern, die sich durch den Schaft bis zum distalen Abschnitt des Katheters erstrecken, wobei der distale Abschnitt aufweist: eine Halterungsstruktur, aufweisend: ein proximales Ende mit Ausrichtaufnahmen, wobei jede der optischen Fasern in eine entsprechende der Ausrichtaufnahmen eingesetzt ist und die Ausrichtaufnahmen geformt sind, um die optischen Fasern in der Halterungsstruktur gestreckt zu halten; und ein distales Ende mit Öffnungen, die in verschiedene Richtungen weisen; reflektierende Elemente; Linsen, wobei jede der optischen Fasern mit entsprechenden der Linsen, reflektierenden Elemente und Öffnungen optisch so ausgerichtet ist, dass die optischen Fasern in der Halterungsstruktur gestreckt sind und über die Öffnungen einen optischen Zugang zum Außenbereich des Katheters haben; und eine Kappe, die über einem Teilbereich des distalen Endes der Halterungsstruktur angeordnet ist, wobei die Kappe optische Durchlässe aufweist, die mit den Öffnungen ausgerichtet sind.
- Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die optischen Fasern an der Halterungsstruktur mittels eines Klebstoffs befestigt sind, der an jeder Ausrichtaufnahme im distalen Ende der Halterungsstruktur aufgetragen ist. - Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei sich die Ausrichtöffnungen an unterschiedlichen radialen Stellen im distalen Ende der Halterungsstruktur befinden. - Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die Öffnungen und die optischen Durchlässe so ausgelegt sind, dass jede entsprechende Linse in eine andere Richtung und/oder einen anderen Winkel weist. - Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die Halterungsstruktur einstückig ist. - Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei die Halterungsstruktur zwei Bauteile aufweist, die zusammengesetzt sind. - Katheter nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei es sich bei den reflektierenden Elementen um facettierte Oberflächen handelt, die in einen Korpus der Halterungsstruktur integriert sind.
