Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Phosphor-(on)-säureester,
ihre Herstellung sowie Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, die diese Verbindungen als Wirkitoffe
enthalten.
Die neuen Verbindungen entsprechen der allgemeinen Formel I

oder Äthoxy. R3 Benzyl, C,-C4-Alkyl, 2-Mcthylbutyl,
2-Methoxyäthyl, 2-(2-Mcthoxyäthoxy)-äthyl, Allyl oder Cyanäthyl und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel
bedeutet mit der Maßgabe, d-iß R2 Methyl oder
Ätbvl bedeutet, falls R, für C,-C4-Alkyl steht.
worin R1. R2 und X die angegebene Bedeutung haben,
und Hai für Halogen, insbesondere Chlor oder Brom, steht, umsetzt. Die Umsetzung enolgt bei Temperaturen
zwischen O und 1500C, vorzugsweise zwischen
10 und 80 C, in An- oder Abwesenheit eines Lösungsmittels.
Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind vorzugsweise inerte organische Lösungsmittel, wie z. B. Benzol
Toluol. Xylole. Mono- oder Polychlorbenzole, Aceto nitril oder Ketone (Aceton, Methylethylketon).
Die Verbindungen der Formel I haben eine pestizid< Wirkung und können zur Bekämpfung der verschie
denartigsten Schädlinge des Tier- und Pflanzenreiche: eingesetzt werden. Besonders zu erwähnen ist ihn
insektizide und akarizidc Wirkung.
Sie wirken beispielsweise gegen saugende um
beißende Insekten, wie Dipteren und Vertreter de Ordnung Acarina. wie z. B. Zecken und Milben. 'L·
den saugenden Insekten gehören zur Hauptsach Blattläuse (Aphidae). z. B. Myzus pcrsicac, Dorali
fabae, Rhopalosiphum padi, Macrosiphum pisi Macrosiphum solanifolli, Cryptomyzus korschelti, Sappapbis malt, Hyalopterus arundinis, Myzus cerasi; dann
weiter Schild- und WoHäuse (Coccina), z. B, Aspidiotus bcderae, Lecanium hesperidum, Pseudococcus mari- s
tirous; Thripsarten (Thysanoptera), z. B. Hercinothrips
femoralis; Wanzen, z.B. Piesma quadrata, Rhodnius
prolixus, Tratoma infestans; Zikaden, z.B. Euscelis bilobratus Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Unter den beißenden Insekten seien beispielsweise ι ο erwähnt: Plutella maculipennis, Lymantria dispar,
Käfer, wie Sitophilus granarius, Kartoffelkäfer (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Blattkäfer (Aulacophora femoralis), im Boden lebende Sorten wie Drahtwürmer
(Agriotes sp.), Engerlinge, z.B. Melolontha melolontha, Orthopteren, z. B. Acheta domesticus, Termiten. z.B. Leucotermes reticulitermes sp.; Hymenopteren usf., dann ostländische Arten wie Prodenia
litura, die Mehlmotte (Ephestia kühniella), die große

Die Wirkstoffe der Formel 1 können für sich ^

und Zuschlagstoffe können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formiiiierunptechnik üblichen
Stoffen, wie z. B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen. <>■■>

Aufschlämmungen in üblicher Formulierung, die in der Applikalionstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehört.
verarbeitet werden. Ferner sind Viehbäder und Sprühgänge, in denen wäßrige Zubereitungen verwendet
werden, zu erwähnen.
Die Herstellung erfindungsgemäßer Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen
und/oder Vermählen von Wirkstoffen der Formel I mit den geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter
Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispergier- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in
den folgenden Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen und angewendet werden:
Stäubemittel, Streumittel, Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate und
Homogengranuiate.
Flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen:
a) In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkostoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver, Pasten, Emulsionen.
b) Lösungen.
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel, Streumittel) werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen
Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen z. B. Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus, Löß. Kreide, Kalkstein.
Kalkgrieß, Ataclay, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate. Natrium- und Kaliumaluminiumsilikate
(Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene
Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat. Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat. Harnstoff, gemahlene
pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl. Baumrindemehl, Holzmehl. Nußschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver,
Rückstände von Pflanzenextraktionen. Aktivkohle usw., je für sich oder als Mischungen
untereinander in Frage.
Granulate lassen sich sehr einfach herstellen, indem
man einen Wirkstoff der Formel I in einem organischen Lösungsmittel löst und die so erhaltene Lösung
auf ein granuliertes Mineral, z. B. Attapulgit, SiO2. Granicalcium. Bentonit usw. aufbringt und dann das
organische Lösungsmittel wieder verdampft.
Es können auch Polymerengranulate dadurch hergestellt werden, daß die Wirkstoffe der Formel ί
mit polymerisierbaren Verbindungen vermischt werden (Harnstoff Formaldehyd; Dicyandiamid Formaldehyd:
Melamin Formaldehyd oder andere), worauf eine schonende Polymerisation durchgeführt wird, von
der die Aktivsubstanzen unberührt bleiben, und wobei noch während der Gelbildung die Granulierung vorgenommen
wird. Günstiger ist es. fertige, poröse Polymerengranulate (Harnstoff Formaldehyd. Polyacrylnitril.
Polyester und andere) mit bestimmter Oberfläche und günstigem voraus bestimmbaren Adsorptions
Desorptionsverhältnis mit den Wirkstoffen 7. B. in Form ihrer Lösungen (in einem niedrigsiedenden
Lösungsmittel) /u imprägnieren und das Lösungsmittel zu entfernen. Derartige Polymerengranulate können
in Form von Mikrogranulalen mit Schütlgcwicht von vor/.ugsw'cise 300 bis 6(X) g 1 auch mit Hilfe
von Zerstäubern ausgebracht werden. Das Zerstäuben kann über ausgedehnte Flächen von Nutzpflanzenkulturen
mit Hilfe von Flugzeugen durchgeführt werden.
Granulate sind auch durch Kontaktieren des Trägermaterial mit den Wirk- und Zusatzstoffen und
anschließendem Zerkleinern erhältlich.
Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zusätze und oder nichtionische.
»nionaktive und kationaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe
auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen verbessern (Huft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit
(Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit (Dispergatoren) $ gewährleisten.
Beispielsweise kommen folgende Stoffe in Frage: Olein-Kalk-Mischung, Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylenglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen mit ,0
5 bis 15Äthylenox'idresten pro Molekül und 8 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäure,
deren Alkali- und Erdalkalisalze, Polyälhylenglykoläther (Carbowachs), Fettalkoholpolyglykoläther mit
5 bis 20 Äthylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8 bis ,5
18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil, Kondensationsprodukte von Äthylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte von Hamstoff-Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate, d. h.
Spritzpulver, Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate, stellen Mittel dar, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte
Konzentration verdünnt werden können. S'e bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Trägerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirk- ^5
stoff stabilisierenden Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischaummitteln und gegebenenfalls
Lösungsmitteln.
Die Spritzpulver und Pasten werden erhalten, indem man die Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermitteln und w
pulverformigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt.
Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend für die festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage.
In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen ver- ^
schiedencr Trägerstoffe zu verwenden. Als Dispergatoren können beispielsweise verwendet werden:
Kondensationsprodukte von sulvoniertem Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd,
Kondfiisationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw.
der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mn Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-. Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze
von Ligninsulfonsäure. weiter Alkylarylsulfonate. Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure.
Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze sulfa- ^ tierter Hexadecanole. Heptadecanole. Octadecanole
und Salze von sulfaticrlem Fettalkoholglykoläther. das Natriumsalz von Olcylmethyltaurid. ditertiäre
Acctylcnglykole. Dialkyldilaurylammoniurr.chlond
und fettsaure Alkali- und Hrdalkalisalze. <.·,
Als Antischaummittel kommen /.. B. Silicone in Frage.
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusätzen so vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert.
daß bei den Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korn- ^ größe von 0.02 bis 0.04 und bei den Pasten von
0,03 mm nicht überschreitet. Zur Herstellung von Fmulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden Dispergiermittel,
wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel und (,0
Wasser verwendet. Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise Alkohole. Benzol. Xylole. Toluol. Dimethylsulfoxid
und im Bereich von 120 bis 350 C siedende Mincralölfraktioncn in Frage. Die Lösungsmittel
müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch <.<.
und den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert sein.
Ferner können die eriindungsgemäßen Mittel in Form von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird
der Wirkstoff bzv.. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der
allgemeinen Formel I in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser
gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren
chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet
werden.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95%, dabei ist zu erwähnen, daß bei der Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder
mittels anderer geeigneter Applikationsgeräte Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5% oder sogar reiner Wirkstoff eingesetzt werden.
Die Wirkstoffe der Formel I können beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden:

Zur Herstellung eines 5%igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet:

3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol,
91 Teile Kaolin (Korngröße 0,3 bis 0,8 mm).

Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Iipichlorhydrin vermischt und mit 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird
Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykoläther zugesetzt.
Die so erhaltene Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschließend das Aceton im Vakuum verdampft.

Emulgierbare Konzentrate
Zur Herstellung eines a) 10%igcn und b) 25'Oigcn emulgierbaren Konzentrates werden folgende Stoffe
verwendet:

Zur Herstellung eines a) 5"nigen und b) 2%igen Sprühmittcls werden die folgenden Bestandteile verwendet:

A. 21.4g Natriumsalz, des Formylpropionsäurcbcnzylestcrs.
dessen Herstellung unter B. beschrieber wird, wurden in 100 ml Acetonitril auf 40 bis 50"C
erhitzt. Man ließ in etwa 15 Minuten 17 g Dimethylthiochlorphosphat
zutropfen und hielt die Tempcratui noch während 4 Stunden bei 40 bis 500C. Dann
nutschte man die Salze ab. entfernte das Lösungsmittc im Vakuum und nahm den Rückstand in 100 m
Mcthylenchlorid auf. Man wusch die Mcthylenchlorid· löciing zweimal mit je 30 ml normaler Natronlaugt
aus und entfernte das Methylchlorid in Vakuum bc 50C Badtemperatur. Als Rückstand erhielt mar
22.5 g eines gelben Öles (;?-" 1.4932) der Formel

1. Der Test mit Mückenlarven wurde wie oben unter I durchgeführt.
2. Versuch mit Orgya gonostigma.
Junge Malva silvestris-Pflanzen, die sechs Blätter
aufSen wurden in eine wäßrige Zubereitung des Werkstoffes getaucht, hergestellt aus einem Emulsionskonzentiat. Die für die Prüfung verwendeten
