Phosphoramidbasis, die ein Epoxid mit gegebenenfalls einem aromatischen Amin oder heterocyclischen Aminen
enthalten, und insbesondere funktionelle J1IUssigkeitszubereitungen,
die im wesentlichen aus Flüssigkeiten auf Phosphoramidatbasis beruhen und die ein organisches
Epoxid und gegebenenfalls organische Diarylamine oder diheterocyclische Amine enthalten, wobei diese Flüssigkeiten
verringerte Neigung zur Ablagerung an Metallteilen, P mit denen sie in Kontakt kommen, haben.
Es ist bekannt, daß die Amide der verschiedenen Säuren von Phosphor als funktionelle Flüssigkeiten und im besonderen
als feuerhemmende bzw. -sichere hydraulische Flüssigkeiten geeignet sind· Biese funktioneilen Flüssigkeiten
auf Phosphoramidbasis haben den Nachteil, daß wenn sie in
bestimmten Systemen verwendet werden, sie gegenüber Metallen korrosiv sind und sie hinterlassen in bestimmten Fällen zäh
haftende Ablagerungen und entwickeln Schlama an Ventilen und verschiedenen Pumpenteilen, was den Ersatz von Pumpen
und Ventilen häufig notwendig macht, wodurch die Kosten der Erhaltung von hydraulischen Systemen erhöht werden, wenn
solche funktionelle Flüssigkeiten auf Phosphoramidbasis als hydraulische Flüssigkeit verwendet werden.

Es ist im Bereich dieser Erfindung vorgesehen, daß bei den voraus bezeichneten Resten wie den Alkyl-, Aralkyl-,
Alkoxyalkyl-, Aroxyalkyl-, Aryl-, Aroxyaryl-, Alkoxyaryl-
und Alkarylresten der gesamte oder ein Teil des Wasserstoffs durch Halogenatome wie Fluor, Chlor oder Brom ersetzt
sind.
Die in der Zubereitung dieser Erfindung verwendeten bevor-

zugten Phosphoramide werden allgemein als Amide von
Phosphor bezeichnet und zu ihnen gehören Phosphoramidate, Phosphordiamidate und Phosphortriamidate, sowie deren
Gemische. Die bevorzugten Arten der Mono-, Di- und Triphosphoramidaten
sind die Diaryl- und/oder substituierten Aryl-N.N-dialkylphosphoramidate, Aryl- und/oder substituierten
Aryl-N.N-dialkyl-N1.N'-dialkylphosphordiamidate
und die N.N-Dialkyl-N1.Nt-dialkyl-N".N"-dialkylphosphortriamidate.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Phosphordxalkylamxde, bei denen die mit dem Stickstoff verbundenen Alkylgruppen
verschieden sind, d.h. eine eine gerade Alkylgruppe und die andere eine isomere Alkylgruppe, zum Beispiel sekundäre
oder tertiäre Alkylgruppe oder eine Gruppe mit einer unterschiedlichen Anzahl von Kohlenstoffatomen ist· Zu den
mit dem Arylrest verbundenen Substituenten gehören beispielsweise Halogenatome, Alkyl-, Halogenalkyl- und
Aroxygruppen. Die bevorzugten Substituenten an der Arylgruppe
sind Halogenatome, Alkyl- und Halogenalkylgruppen und im Hinblick auf das Halogenatom wird es bevorzugt,
daß ein derartiges Halogenatom Chlor oder Brom ist und die meta-Stellung einnimmt. Es wird weiterhin bevorzugt,
daß die Alkylgruppen in den Mono-, Di- und Triphosphoramidaten ungefähr 1 bis ungefähr 18 Kohlenstoffatome,
vorzugsweise ungefähr 1 bis ungefähr 8 Kohlenstoffatome haben und im Hinblick auf die Anzahl der in der Aryl-
und substituierten Arylgruppe vorhandenen Kohlenstoffatome

Als Epoxidverbindung können in der Zubereitung dieser Erfindung
beispielsweise verwendet werden die Mono-, Di- und Polyepoxide und sie können weitere funktioneile Gruppen
verschiedener Arten enthalten.
Beispiele für Epoxidverbindungen, die in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung wirksam sind sind epoxidierte ungesättigte
Fette, zum Beispiel epoxidierte !"arböle, Glycidyläther,
Epoxykohlenwasserstoffe und ändere epoxidierte Ester. Die Epoxide können ebenso aromatische Gruppen enthalten.
Glydicyläther sind beispielsweise Glycidylmethyläther,
Glycidyläthyläther, Glycidylphenyläther, Allylglycidyläther,
1.2-Epoxy-octyloxypropan, Λ.2-Epoxyhexoxypropan
und dergleichen.
Beispiele für epoxidierte Jette, die in den Zubereitungen
dieser Erfindung verwendet werden können, sind die Epoxid-

derivate von Triglyceriden verschiedener Kombinationen
von gesättigten und ungesättigten Säuren, wobei die üblichsten Säuren Olein-, Rizinussöl-, Linol-, Palmitol-,
Linolen-, Eläostearin- und Licansäuren sind. Beispiele derartiger epoxidierter Fette sind epoxidiertes Soja—
bohnenöl, epoxidiertes Leinöl und dergleichen.
Die epoxidierten Monoester, wie Butylepoxystearat, Iso-
f octylepoxystearat und dergleichen können ebenso in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung verwendet werden.
Zu den Epoxiden, die in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung verwendet werden können, gehören die Kohlenwasserstoffepoxide
wie Äthylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid, Epoxyhexan,
Epoxyoctan, Epoxydecan, 1.2-Epoxydodecan, 1.2-Epoxyhexadecan,
Epoxyeicosan, Epoxyheneicosan, Epoxytricosan.
Verzweigte Materialien können ebenso verwendet werden. Zu diesen gehören epoxidierte Polyalkene wie Propylen-
und Butylenpolymerisate, usw. Wie bereits festgestellt,
können die Materialien aromatische oder nicht aromatische Kerne enthalten, sodaß Verbindungen verwendet werden können,
die aromatische oder nicht aromatische Kerne aufweisen, die mit den epoxidierten Alkenylgruppen der verschiedenen
Arten verbunden sind. Beispiele derartiger Materialien sind i^-Epoxy-J-phenylpropan, 1,2-Epoxy-1.2-phenyldodecan,
Epoxyvinylcyclohexan, 3.4·-Vinyl-cyclohexendioxid,

Zu anderen geeigneten Epoxidverbindungen gehören Cyclohexenoxid,
Cyclopentenoxid, Butadienmonoxid, Butadiendioxid, 3 .^-Epoxycyclohexylniethyl-J .^-epoxycyclohexancarboxylat
und weitere Epoxide, wie sie in der Ü.S.Patentschrift
2 716 123 beschrieben sind.
Weitere Epoxid-enthaltende Verbindungen, die in den Zubereitungen
dieser Erfindung verwendet werden können, sind Polymerisate und Mischpolymerisate wie beispielsweise
Poly(alkyl-2.3-epoxypropyläther), Poly(2.3-epoxypropylcrotonat),
Allyl-2.3-epoxypropyläther-Styrolmischpolymerisat,
Methallyl-3.4-epoxybutyläther-Allylbenzoatinischpolymerisat,
/-Po±y{-^w~W und dergleichen.
Eiir die Verwendung in den Zubereitungen der Erfindung geeignete Diarylamine sind solche, worin zwei Hydrocarbylgruppen,
die aromatische Reste enthalten, unmittelbar mit
einem Aminostickstoffatom verbunden sind. Die Arylgruppen
können gleich oder verschieden sein und sie können besonders Phenyl- und Naphthylreste, sowie ihre Alkyl- oder
Alkylenanalogen und -homologen sein. Es wird bevorzugt,
daß solche Diarylamine von 6 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome in
der Hydrocarbylgruppe, die mit dem Stickstoffatom verbunden
ist, enthalten. Nachfolgend einige typische Beispiele solcher Amine: Phenyl-alpha-naphthylamin, Phenyl-beta-

naphthylamin, Diphenylamin, Di-alpha-naphthylamin, Dibeta-naphthylamin,
P.P'-Dioctyldiphenylamin, Ditolylamint
Dixylylamin und dergleichen.
Die heterocyclischen Amine, die zur Verwendung in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindunggeeignet sind, sind die
Dipyridylamine der Formel
E6 - (G5H5N) IN- (C5H5N) - R7
worin die Reste R^ und Rn jeder Wasserstoff oder AlkyX-gruppen
mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen sind. Beispiele
für Dipyridylatnin sind 2.2' -Dipyridylamin, 5.3 ·-Dipyridylamin,
4.4'-Dipyridylamin, Bis(2.2'-dimethyl—^.^'-dipyridyl)-amin,
(G2H5-C5H5N)2-NH, (C10H25-C5H5N)2-NH, (C4H9-C5H5N)2-NH,
(C5Hr7-C5H5N)2-NH und dergleichen.
Es wurde ebenso festgestellt, daß heterocyclische Amine,
die als Seitenketten angeordnete Aminogruppen enthalten, vorteilhaft in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung zusammen
mit den vorausgehend erwähnten Diaminen verwendet werden können, um die. Eigenschaften dieser Flüssigkeiten zu verbessern.
Derartige heterocyclische Amine sind beispielsweise Aminopyrimidine wie 4.5-Diaminopyrimidin, 4~Aminopyrimidin,,
5-Aminopyrimidin, 2.4.5-Triaminopyrimidin, 2-Cyanoamino-^-.e-dihydroxypyrimidin
und Aminopyridine.

Die JETüssigkeitszubereitungen dieser Erfindung können,
wenn sie als funktioneile Flüssigkeit verwendet werden, Farbstoffe, Stockpunkterniedriger, Metalldeaktivatoren,
Säurefänger, Antioxidationsmittel, Entschaumungsmittel
in solcher Konzentration, die ausreichend sind, Antischaumeigenschaften
zu verleihen, wie von ungefähr 10 bis ungefähr 100 Teile pro Million, Viskositätsindexverbesserer
wie Polyalkylacrylate, Polyalkylmethacrylate, Polyurethane,
Polyalkylenoxide und Polyester, Schmiermittel und dergleichen enthalten.
Die bevorzugten polymeren Viskositätsindexverbesserer, die in den Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung verwendet werden
können, sind die Polymerisate von Alkylestern der alphabeta ungesättigten Monocarbonsäuren der Formel

worin die Reste R1 und R" unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff
oder eine C^- bis C^Q-Alkylgruppe und R11.1 eine Cjbis
O/jo-Alkylgruppe ist. Beispiele für Alkylgrüppen, die
durch die Reste R1, R" und R"1 innerhalb der oben angegebenen
Definitionen dargestellt werden, sind beispielsweise Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Butyl, t-Butyl, Isopropyl,
2-Xthylhexyl, Hexyl, Decyl, Undecyl, Dodecyl und dergleichen.

Zu diesen Polymerisaten gehören beispielsweise Poly(butylmethacrylate),
PolyChexylmethacrylate) , PolyCoctylacrylate) , PolyCdodecylacrylate) und Polymerisate, worin der Ester
ein Gemisch von Verbindungen ist, das durch Veresterung der otr-ß-ungesättigten Mono carbon säure mit einem Gemisch
von Monoalkoholen mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen erhalten wird.
Die für die Zwecke dieser Erfindung geeigneten Polyalkylmethacrylate
und Acrylate sind im allgemeinen solche, die man aus der Polymerisation von Alkylmethacrylaten oder
Alkylacrylaten erhält, bei denen die Alkylgruppen 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoff atome enthalten. Die Alkylgruppen können
Gemische sein, wie sie aus einem Gemisch von Alkoholen stammen, wobei in diesem lalle sie einige Alkylgruppen
enthalten können, die eine so geringe Zahl wie 2 Kohlenstoffatome und eine hohe Anzahl wie ungefähr 18 Kohlen-)
stoffatome enthalten. Die Anzahl der Kohlenstoffatoae in
den Alkylgruppen sollte vorzugsweise so sein, daß das Polymerisat mit der jeweils verwendeten flüssigkeit verträglich
ist. Gewöhnlich ist. die Alkylgruppe des Methacrylatpolymerisats
zufriedenstellend, wenn sie von ungefähr 4 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatome enthält. Die Alkylgruppe
kann verzweigtkettig oder eine Isoalkylgruppe sein, ist
aber vorzugsweise Normalalkyl. Das Molekulargewicht des polymerisierten Alkylmethacrylats kann von 5OOO bis ungefähr
40 000 betragen. Die Gesamtmenge des in den Zuberei-

tungen der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendeten Viskositätsindexverbesserers
kann im Bereich von ungefähr 2 bis unge^-
fähr 20 Teile pro 100 Teile Gesamtzubereitung liegen«»
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen der weiteren Erläuterung
der Erfindung. Alle Teile beziehen sich auf das Gewicht,
es sei denn, daß dies anders angegeben ist.
Es wurden eine Reihe von Untersuchungen durchgeführt, um
die Überlegenheit der Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung gegenüber Zubereitungen darzulegen, die kein Epoxid enthalten,
sofern man die Zubereitung in einem hydraulischen System
verwendet.
Bei allen Versuchen wurden ungefähr 200 ml der Flüssigkeit
in einen 500 ml Rundkolben eingebracht und eine eng tolerierte
"Nitralloy 135" Ventil-Spulen und Buchsenanordnung wurde dann in die Flüssigkeit eingetaucht. Stickstoff
wurde langsam durch die Flüssigkeit gea?perlt, während sie 2 Stunden lang auf 1500C erhitzt und dann 2 Stunden gekühlt
wurde. Die Anordnung wurde dann aus der Flüssigkeit entfernt und auf Spiel untersucht. Die Anzahl von Abläufen,
die erforderlich waren, um die Bewegung des Ventils zu verhindern, sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle angegeben. In
der Tabelle ist die Flüssigkeit A Phenyl-N-methyl-N-butyl-N'-methyl-N-butylphosphordiamidat.
Die gesamten Epoxidadditive wurden in einer Konzentration von 2,5 Gew.% verwendet.

Die Zubereitungen dieser Erfindung sind brauchbar als
flüssige Wärmeaustauschermedien, als hydraulische Flüssigkeiten, besonders bei hydraulischen Systemen von Flugzeu-»
gen, wo höhere Temperaturen auftreten und eng tolerierte Ventile verwendet werden.
Als Ergebnis der ausgezeichneten Eigenschaften der Flüssigkeiten dieser Erfindung können verbesserte hydraulische
Vorrichtungen hergestellt werden. Diese enthalten in Kombination eine Flüssigkeitskammer und eine in der Kammer
in Bewegung gesetzte Flüssigkeit, wobei die Flüssigkeit ihrerseits die voraus beschriebene Zubereitung ist. In
einem solchen System gehören zu den so geschmierten Teilen die reibenden Oberflächen der Kraftquelle, nämlich die
Pumpe, Ventile, Arbeitskolben und Zylinder, Flüssigkeitsmotoren und in manchen Fällen bei Werkzeugmaschinen, die
Gleitschienen, Tische und Schlitten. Dabei kann das Hydrauliksystem ein Typ mit konstantem oder variablem Volumen
sein.
Die Pumpen können verschiedene Ausführungen haben und es können beispielsweise Zentrifugalpumpen, Strahlpumpen,
Schaufelturbinen, hydropneumatische Kompressoren, Kolbenpumpen,
besonders die mit variablem Hub, die mit variablem Durchfluß oder variabler Verdrängung, radiale und axiale
Kolbenpumpen, in denen ein in Zapfen gelagerter Zylinderblock in verschiedenen WinkelStellungen zum Kolbenaggregat

liegt oder in welchen der Kolbenantriebsmechanismus unter einem justierbaren Winkel an den Zylinderblock angesetzt
ist, Zahnradpumpen, die Stirnrad-, Schneckenrad oder Feilradtypen bzw. Variationen von Innenverzahnungen sein können,
oder Schrauben- oder Schaufelpumpen sein. Zu den Ventilen können gehören Absperrventile, Umkehrventile,
Steuerventile, Drosselventile, Folgeventile, Überdruckventile, Servoventile, Einwegventile, Tellerventile oder
Entlastungsventile. !Flüssigkeitsmotoren sind üblicherweise
Kolbenpumpen für konstanten und variablen Durchfluß, deren Rotation durch den Druck der hydraulischen Flüssigkeit
des Systems mit der von der Pumpenkraftquelle herrührenden Kraft erzeugt wird. Ein solcher Hydraulikmotor kann zusammen
mit einer Pumpe mit variablem Durchfluß zur Herstellung einer Übertragung variabler Geschwindigkeit benutzt
werden. Es ist "daher besonders wichtig, daß die reibenden Teile des Flüssigkeitsmotors, die durch die
funktioneile Flüssigkeit geschmiert werden, vor Schaden bewahrt werden« Ein solcher Schaden kann Festfressen der
reibenden Teile, übermäßige. Abnutzung und vorzeitigen Ersatz der Teile zur Folge haben.

Claims (10)
1. Funktionelle Flüssigkeit gekennzeichnet durch den Gehalt von im wesentlichen
- 60 bis 99,5 Gew.Teilen eines Phosphoramids der Formel

worin Y Sauerstoff oder -N- und Υ,] Sauerstoff oder -N- ist,
jeder der Reste R, Ry,, R2, R^, R^, und Rc voneinander unabhängig
Alkyl, Alkoxyalkyl, Aralkyl, Aroxyalkyl, Aryl,
Aroxyaryl und/oder Alkoxyaryl ist und die angegebenen
Reste weiterhin mit Halogenatomen oder Alkylgruppen mit bis zu 12 Kohlenstoffatomen substituiert sind,

mit wenigstens einer Epoxidgruppe und

3. Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß R Phenyl ist, die Reste R^ und R2 Jeder Alkyl sind, die Reste R^ und Er jeder Alkyl
und die Alkylgruppen gegenüber den Alkylgruppen von R^ und
R2 verschieden sind.
4. Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet
, daß das Phosphoramid Phenyl-N-
* methyl-N-butyl-N'-methyl-N'-butylphosphordiamidat ist.
5· Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet
, daß das organische Epoxid ein epoxidiertes ungesättigtes Fett ist.
6. Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das organische Epoxid ein
Glycidyläther ist.
7. Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet
, daß das organischeEpoxid ein Kohlenwasserstoffepoxid ist.
8. Zubereitung gemäß Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das organische Epoxid ein
