3. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und
Zecken.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß chlorsubstituierte Benzisoxazolo(thiono)phosphorsäureesler,
wie z. B. der O.O-Dimethyl- bzw. 0,0-Diälhyl-0-(5-chlorbenzisoxa-/ol(3)yl)-thionophosphorsäureester
oder der O,O-Dili ihyl-O-(5-chlorbenzisoxazol(3)y ^-phosphorsäureester,
insektizide Eigenschaften aufweisen (vgl. deutsche Auslegeschrift 12 53713).
Die Erfindung betrifft demgegenüber den in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichneten Gegenstand.
Verwendet man bei der Umsetzung beispielsweise 3-Hydroxy-5-brombenzisoxazol und Ο,Ο-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaklionsablauf durch das folgende
Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) allgemein eindeutig definiert. R und Ri stehen darin
jedoch vorzugsweise für geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylreste mit I bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl,
Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl, n-, iso , see- oder ten.-Butyl,
ferner steht Ri für einen Alkoxyrest mit I bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methoxy, Äthoxy, iso- oder
n-Propoxy, n-, see-, tert.- oder iso-Butoxy. Als Beispiele für die als Ausgangsmaterialien einzusetzenden (Thio

Die als Ausgangsstoffe verwendeten (Thiono)Pliosphor(phosphon-)säureesterhalogenide
sind bekannt oder können nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden, ebenso die bromsubstittiierten
Hydroxybenzisoxazole (s. Chem. Ber. 100, 954-960 [1967]).
Das Herstellungsverlahren wird im allgemeinen unter Mitverwendung geeigneter l.ösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel
durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage. Hierzu
gehören vor allem aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol,
Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther, wie z. B.
Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methyiisopropyi-
und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril oder Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebin-
(Jemiitel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben
sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -melhylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische,
aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Dimethylamin, Dimethylanilin,
Dimelhylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches variiert werden. Im allgemeinen
arbeilet man zwischen 0 und 100° C, vorzugsweise bei 40
bis 600C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruckdurchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt m;>n die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquimolaren Verhältnissen ein.
Ein Überschuß der einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die
Umsetzung wird bevorzugt in Gegenwart eines der obengenannten Lösungsmittel sowie in Anwesenheit
eines Säureakzeptors bei den angegebenen Temperaturen vorgenommen, nach mehrstündigem Rühren —
gegebenenfalls unter Erwärmen — wird das Reaktionsgemisch wie üblich aufgearbeitet. Die heterocyclische
Komponente kann auch in Form ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkalibzw. Ammoniumsalze, wie schon mehrfach erwähnt,
eingesetzt werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser bis schwachgelbgefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher
öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes »Andestillieren«, d. h.
durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen, von den letzten flüchtigen
Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient vor
allem der Brechungsindex. Fallen sie in kristalliner Form an, so werden sie durch den Schmelzpunkt charakterisiert.
Die neuen bromsubstituierten Benzisoxazolo(thiono)phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
zeichnen sich durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit
gegenüber Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen aus. Sie besitzen dabei sowohl eine gute Wirkung
gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben (Acarina). Gleichzeitig weisen sie eine geringe Phytotoxizität
und zum Teil auch nematizide, tickizide und fungizide Eigenschaften auf.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, besonders fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen
sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton
sowie eine gute Alkalistabiliiät auf gekalkten Unterlagen
aus.
]e nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt
werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in an sich
bekannter Weise hergestellt.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen /wischen 0,1 und 95 Gew.-"/» Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,5 und 90%.
Die Wirkstoffkon/.eniiationen in den anwendungsfer-•
igen Zubereitungen können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen
0,0001 und 10%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und i%.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im »Ultra-Low-Volume- Verfahren« (ULV) verwendet,
werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95% oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein auszu
bringen.

55 g (0,256 Mol) 5-Brom-3-hydroxy-benzisoxazol (Böshagen, Bei. 1Ü0, 958 [1967]) werden in 590 ml
Acetonitril gelöst und nach Zugabe von 35 g (0,28 Mol) feingepulvertem Kaliumcarbonat 30 Minuten bei 40 bis
5O0C gerührt. Bei 400C tropft man 45,5 g (0,24 Mol)
O.O-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid zu. Nach
dreistündigem Rühren bei 50 bis 60°C kühlt man ab und
ießt das Reaktionsgemisch in Wasser. Das ausfallende wird in Benzol aufgenommen. Die organische Phase
wäscht man einmal mit 2 η-Natronlauge und schließlich mit Wasser wieder neutral. Nach dem Trocknen über
Natriumsulfat destilliert man das Lösungsmittel ab. Als Rückstand hinterbleiben 74 g des O,O-Diälhyl-O-(5-brombenzisoxazol(3)yl)-thionophosphorsäureesters
als klares gelbes Öl.

Das als Ausgangsprodukt benötigte 3-1 lydroxy-5-brombenzisoxazol
vom Sublimationspunkt 217"C kann — wie in den Chem. Ber. 100, 954-960 (1967) beschrieben
— hergestellt werden.
1.0 Mol der entsprechenden Salicylhydroxamsäure wird in 400 ecm absolutem Tetrahydrofuran suspendiert, unter kraftigem Rühren zwischen 25 und 35"C
langsam 262 g (2,2 Mol) Thionylchlorid zugetropft und bei 35"C so lange nachgerührt, bis alles gelöst ist (15 bis
30 Minuten). Anschließend wird im Vakuum-R-nationsvcrdampfer
(Badtemperatur 35"C) weitgehend eingeengt, der erhaltene Sirup in 400 ecm absolutem
Dioxan aufgenommen und unter kräftigem Rühren und Außenkühlung langsam 303 g (3MoI) Triäthylamin
zugetropft. Nachdem etwa ein Drittel des Triathyliimifis
zugetropft ist, verdickt sich die Reaktionslösung, und die Innentemperatur steigt plötzlich an. Sie darf 30"C nicht
überschreiten. Bei dem weiteren Zutropfcn verflüssigt sich der Kolbeninhait wieder. Zuletzt wird in 3 Liter
Wasser eingetragen, eventuelle ölige Verunreinigungen werden abgetrennt, und dann wird die klare Lösung mit
konzentrierter Salzsäure angesäuert. Man erhält nach der Umkristallisation das gewünschte Produkt in guter
Ausbeute.

- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Ben/.isoxazolo(lhiono)phosphor(phosphon-)säureesler gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich bekannter Weise 3-Hydroxybenzisoxazole der i\ Formel
