Das Hauptpatent bezieht sich auf eine Sportbeiagsbahn oder -fliese für Freiluftsportstätten bestehend aus mehreren Schichten, wobei
a) als Trittoberschicht ein Vlies aus synthetischen, bevorzugt spinngefärbten und Alterungsschutzmittel enthaltenden Hochpolymer-Fasern von 67 bis 400 dtex, einer Schnittlänge von 50 bis I50 mm und mit Kräuselwerten von 2 bis 6 Bögen/cm verwendet wird, wobei dieses Vlies eine Nadelung aufweist und eine zusätzliche Verfestigung durch Kautschuk- und/oder Kunststoffbinder mit einem Binderanteil von 25 bis 50$ aufweist und eine Höhe von mindestens 8 mm besitzt
b) als Unterschicht eine solche aus einem elastischen, wasserdurchlässigen Material aus Kautschuk oder Kunststoff von mindestens 2 cm Dicke verwendet wird, wobei
c) Trittoberschicht und Unterschicht miteinander durch einen wasserunlöslichen Kleber verbunden sind.

Gemäß dem Hauptpatent findet ein Vlies Verwendung, das eine Nadelung von 5OO bis 1000 Einstichen/dm2 aufweist.
Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß eine solche Sportbelagsbahn nicht für alle Sportarten geeignet ist, da neben dem eigentlichen Zweck, nämlich der Schonung der Sportler, auch auf das Verhalten der Sportgeräte, wie beispielsweise Fußbälle, Handbälle, Tennisbälle, Rücksicht zu nehmen ist. Beläge mit einer Nadeldichte von i)00 bis 1000 Einstichen/dm2, sind insbesondere für Trainingszwecke geeignet.
Es besteht Jedoch auch Bedarf an Sportbelagsbahnen oder -fliesen, die im Wettkampf besonders hohe Leistungen zulassen, auch wenn dieses zum Teil auf Kosten der Sicherheit der Sportler geht, zumal hier durch die Wahl geeigneter Sportschuhe ein Ausgleich möglich ist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung sieht deshalb vor, daß das Nadelvlies eine Nadelung nicht nur im Bereich von 500 bis 1000 Einstichen/dm^ aufweist, sondern darüber hinaus bis zu I5000 Einstichen/dm2. Für die meisten Sportarten reicht Jedoch eine Nadelung bis vorzugsweise 5OOO Einstiche /dm aus.
In einer Zeichnung ist ein AusfUhrungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Sportbelags rein schematisch im Querschnitt dargestellt und nachstehend näher erläutert:
Die Trittoberschicht 1 besteht aus Fasern 2, die durch einen Binder verfestigt sind. Die Nadelstiche sind mit 3 bezeichnet. Die Oberfläche 4 der Oberschicht Lst aufgerauht. Die Unterschicht 5 besteht aus Altgumraischnitzeln (Karkassenrauhmehl) 6, die durch Kleber miteinander verbunden sind. Oberschicht 1 und Unterschicht

Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Sportbelagsbahn oder -fliese für Freiluftsportstätten bestehend aus mehreren Schichten,nach Patentanmeldung P 20 14 784.6, wobei
    a) als Trittobersohicht ein Vlies aus synthetischen, bevorzugt spinngefärbten und Alterungsschutzmittel enthaltenden Hochpolymer-Pasern von 67 bis 400 dtex, einer SchnittlMnge von 50 bis I50 mm und mit Kräuselwerten von 2 bis 6 Bögen/cm verwendet wird, wobei dieses Vlies eine Nadelung aufweist und eine zusätzliche Verfestigung durch Kautschuk- und/oder Kunststoffbinder mit einem Binderanteil von 25 bis 50# aufweist und eine Höhe von mindestens 8 mm besitzt,
    b) als Unterschicht eine solche aus einem elastischen, wasserdurchlässigen Material aus Kautschuk oder Kunststoff von mindestens 2 cm Dicke verwendet wird, wobei
    c) Trittoberschicht und Unterschicht miteinander durch einen wasserunlöslichen Kleber verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies eine Nadelung von 500 bzw. 1000 bis 15000 Einstichen/dm2 aufweist*
