Kurbelwelle (41), die mit dem Verbrennungsmotor (31)
verbunden ist, um dadurch dynamische Energie des
Verbrennungsmotors (31) abzugeben, und ein Gaspedal
enthält, der Antriebsstrang umfasst dabei:
eine steuerbare Generator- und Motoreinheit (32), um in entweder einem Generator-Modus oder einem Motor- Modus zu arbeiten, und die eine Motorwelle (321) besitzt;
eine Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), um elektrische Energie zu speichern;
ein Umformer (33), um die Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) und die Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34) miteinander zu verbinden, um den elektrischen Stromfluss in die und aus der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu steuern;
eine Erfassungseinrichtung (39) zum Erfassen der Restladung in der Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), der Stellung des Gaspedals und des Betriebszustandes des Verbrennungsmotors (31), um davon ein Signal zu erzeugen;
ein Steuergerät (35), das so angepasst ist, um mit der Erfassungseinrichtung (39), dem Verbrennungsmotor (31), der Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), dem Umformer (33) und der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) verbunden zu sein, um den Betrieb des Verbrennungsmotors (31) zu steuern und die Richtung der elektrischen Energie in der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu übertragen gemäß der von der Erfassungseinrichtung (39) empfangenen Signale;
eine schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44);
eine Vorrichtung zur Leistungsverteilung (36), die so angepasst ist, um dynamische Energie des Verbrennungsmotors (31) zu der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) zu übertragen, um die Motorwelle (321) zu drehen und um dynamische Energie von der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) über die Motorwelle (321) zu übertragen; und
eine Kupplungsvorrichtung, enthaltend
eine Kurbelwellen-Riemenscheibe (42), die so angepasst ist, um nichtdrehbar auf die Kurbelwelle geschoben zu werden,
eine drehbare Riemenscheibe (40), die drehbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist,
ein langer Keilriemen (45), der zwischen der Kurbelwellen-Riemenscheibe (42) und der drehbaren Riemenscheibe (40) aufgezogen ist,
ein Stützring (52), der drehbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist, eine hochfeste Schraubenfeder (55), die an der drehbaren Riemenscheibe (40) an ihrem einen Ende und an dem Stützring (52) an ihrem anderen Ende befestigt ist,
ein Gehäuse (51), das unverschiebbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist und den Stützring (52) umgibt, und
eine Vielzahl von Pendelarmen (53), die drehbar mit dem Stützring (52) verbunden sind, wobei jeder der Pendelarme (53) ein freies Ende aufweist, welches mit Zwischenraum vom Gehäuse (51) beabstandet angeordnet ist, wenn die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Stützringes (52) kleiner als eine vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit ist, und welches sich nach außen dreht, um gegen das Gehäuse (51) zu drücken, wenn die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Stützringes (52) größer als eine vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit ist, um so das Gehäuse synchron mit dem Stützring (52) zu drehen, wodurch Drehmoment von der Kurbelwelle (41) auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) übertragen wird.
eine steuerbare Generator- und Motoreinheit (32), um in entweder einem Generator-Modus oder einem Motor- Modus zu arbeiten, und die eine Motorwelle (321) besitzt;
eine Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), um elektrische Energie zu speichern;
ein Umformer (33), um die Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) und die Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34) miteinander zu verbinden, um den elektrischen Stromfluss in die und aus der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu steuern;
eine Erfassungseinrichtung (39) zum Erfassen der Restladung in der Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), der Stellung des Gaspedals und des Betriebszustandes des Verbrennungsmotors (31), um davon ein Signal zu erzeugen;
ein Steuergerät (35), das so angepasst ist, um mit der Erfassungseinrichtung (39), dem Verbrennungsmotor (31), der Speicherbatterie-Einheit (34), dem Umformer (33) und der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) verbunden zu sein, um den Betrieb des Verbrennungsmotors (31) zu steuern und die Richtung der elektrischen Energie in der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu übertragen gemäß der von der Erfassungseinrichtung (39) empfangenen Signale;
eine schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44);
eine Vorrichtung zur Leistungsverteilung (36), die so angepasst ist, um dynamische Energie des Verbrennungsmotors (31) zu der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) zu übertragen, um die Motorwelle (321) zu drehen und um dynamische Energie von der Generator- und Motoreinheit (32) zu der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) über die Motorwelle (321) zu übertragen; und
eine Kupplungsvorrichtung, enthaltend
eine Kurbelwellen-Riemenscheibe (42), die so angepasst ist, um nichtdrehbar auf die Kurbelwelle geschoben zu werden,
eine drehbare Riemenscheibe (40), die drehbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist,
ein langer Keilriemen (45), der zwischen der Kurbelwellen-Riemenscheibe (42) und der drehbaren Riemenscheibe (40) aufgezogen ist,
ein Stützring (52), der drehbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist, eine hochfeste Schraubenfeder (55), die an der drehbaren Riemenscheibe (40) an ihrem einen Ende und an dem Stützring (52) an ihrem anderen Ende befestigt ist,
ein Gehäuse (51), das unverschiebbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) aufgeschoben ist und den Stützring (52) umgibt, und
eine Vielzahl von Pendelarmen (53), die drehbar mit dem Stützring (52) verbunden sind, wobei jeder der Pendelarme (53) ein freies Ende aufweist, welches mit Zwischenraum vom Gehäuse (51) beabstandet angeordnet ist, wenn die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Stützringes (52) kleiner als eine vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit ist, und welches sich nach außen dreht, um gegen das Gehäuse (51) zu drücken, wenn die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Stützringes (52) größer als eine vorgegebene Geschwindigkeit ist, um so das Gehäuse synchron mit dem Stützring (52) zu drehen, wodurch Drehmoment von der Kurbelwelle (41) auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) übertragen wird.
2. Antriebsstrang nach Anspruch 1, wobei die
Vorrichtung zur Leistungsverteilung (36) umfasst:
eine Motor-Riemenscheibe (361), die unverschiebbar auf die Motorwelle (321) geschoben ist;
eine Ausgangs-Riemenscheibe (362), welche unverschiebbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) geschoben ist, und
ein kurzer Keilriemen (363), der zwischen der Motor- Riemenscheibe (361) und der Ausgangs-Riemenscheibe (362) aufgezogen ist, um Drehbewegung zwischen der Motorwelle (321) und der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) zu übertragen.
eine Motor-Riemenscheibe (361), die unverschiebbar auf die Motorwelle (321) geschoben ist;
eine Ausgangs-Riemenscheibe (362), welche unverschiebbar auf die schnell laufende Abtriebswelle (44) geschoben ist, und
ein kurzer Keilriemen (363), der zwischen der Motor- Riemenscheibe (361) und der Ausgangs-Riemenscheibe (362) aufgezogen ist, um Drehbewegung zwischen der Motorwelle (321) und der schnell laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) zu übertragen.
3. Antriebsstrang nach Anspruch 1, wobei die
Vorrichtung zur Leistungsverteilung (36) ein
Verbindungsglied umfasst, um ein Ende der schnell
laufenden Abtriebswelle (44) fest mit einem Ende der
Motorwelle (321) zu verbinden.
