Claims (8)

1. Backtopf, umfassend:
ein Gehäuse (10) mit einer Öffnung an seiner Oberseite und einer montierten oberen Abdeckung (17);
einen innerhalb des Gehäuses installierten Innentopf (11);
ein elektrisches Heizrohr/Heizdraht (12), das innerhalb des Innentopfes (11) befestigt ist;
ein Gebläse (13), das innerhalb des Innentopfes (11) installiert und durch eine geeignete Antriebskraft angetrieben ist;
eine luftdurchlässige Schutzplatte (15), die innerhalb des Innentopfes (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die Schutzplatte oberhalb des elektrischen Heizrohres/Heizdrahtes (12) und des Gebläses (13) angeordnet ist; und
einen auf der Schutzplatte (15) angeordneten siebförmigen Topfkörper (16).
2. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei die obere Abdeckung (17) mittels Gelenken (18) drehbar mit dem Gehäuse (10) verbunden ist.
3. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Seite der oberen Abdeckung (17) mit einem Griff zum Öffnen der Abdeckung ausgebildet ist.
4. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei das elektrische Heizrohr/Heizdraht(12) an einem Schalter (21) angeschlossen ist und der Schalter (21) an dem Gehäuse (10) befestigt ist.
5. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei das elektrische Heizrohr/Heizdraht(12) an einem Temperatursteuerknopf (22) angeschlossen ist, und der Temperatursteuerknopf (22) an einer Temperatursteuervorrichtung (27) angeschlossen ist, die an dem Boden des Innentopfes (11) angeordnet ist.
6. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gebläse innerhalb des elektrischen Heizrohres/Heizdrahtes (12) angeordnet ist.
7. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei am Boden des Innentopfes (11) ein Gebläsemotor (14) angeordnet ist und das Gebläse (13) an der dynamischen Abtriebswelle des Gebläsemotors (14) befestigt ist, so dass das Gebläse durch den Gebläsemotor (14) angetrieben wird.
8. Backtopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Mehrzahl an Löchern in der Schutzplatte (15) vorgesehen ist.
