Abstract

Es werden feste Vormischungen für Wäscheweichspülmittel beansprucht. Diese Vormischungen werden erhalten, indem die Rohstoffe für Wäscheweichspülmittel der Formeln I-XI aufgeschmolzen werden und in die Schmelze werden andere Tenside gegeben wie in der Beschreibung definiert. Die Schmelze wird abgekühlt und gemahlen.

Description

Gewaschene Textilien, besonders solche aus Naturfasern, weisen nach dem Trocknen eine unangenehme Verhärtung auf. Außerdem ist bei Kunstfasern die elektrostatische Aufladung eine unangenehme Erscheinung. Diese negativen Auswirkungen der Maschinenwäsche können durch eine Nachbehandlung mit sogenannten Wäscheweichspülmitteln, d. h. kationischen Substanzen, die mindestens zwei langkettige aliphatische Reste im Molekül enthalten, im letzten Spülbad beseitigt werden. Auch die Lebensdauer der Textilien wird dadurch nachweislich verlängert. Weiterhin wird durch die Nachbehandlung mit einem Wäscheweichspülmittel die Restfeuchte der Wäsche nach dem Schleudern reduziert und dadurch die Trockenzeit reduziert.
Die marktüblichen Wäscheweichrohstoffe mit sehr guter weichmachender Wirkung liegen ausnahmslos bei Zimmertemperatur in fester Form vor. Zur Herstellung wäßriger Dispersionen ist ein Aufschmelzen dieser Rohstoffe sowie der Einsatz von beheizbaren Kesseln oder Mischaggregaten nötig.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man die Dispergierbarkeit dieser Rohstoffe verbessern kann, wenn man einer Schmelze dieser Rohstoffe bestimmte, im folgenden näher beschriebene Verbindungen zusetzt und die so erhaltene Mischung nach dem Erstarren mahlt.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind feste Vormischungen für Wäscheweichspülmittel, bestehend im wesentlichen aus
  • a) 50 bis 90, vorzugsweise 70 bis 80 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln I bis XI
  • b) wobei R'1 C8-C22-, vorzugsweise C12-C18-Alkyl oder C8-C22-, vorzugsweise C12-C18- Alkenyl, R1 C7-C21-, vorzugsweise C11-C17-Alkyl oder C7-C21-, vorzugsweise C11-C17- Alkenyl, R2 C1-C4-Alkyl, vorzugsweise CH3, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6-, vorzugsweise -C2H4-, n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, vorzugsweise 1 und A ein Anion, wie beispielsweise Chlorid, Bromid, Methosulfat, Methophosphat, Ethosulfat oder Ethophosphat,
  • c) 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 10 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln XII bis XV
    wobei R jeweils C1-C21-Alkyl oder C2-C21-Alkenyl, n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, m eine Zahl von 2 bis 25, l 0, 1 oder 2, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6- und X Wasserstoff oder eine Gruppe RCO- bedeuten,
  • d) 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 10 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln XVI bis XVIII
    wobei R C1-C21-Alkyl oder C2-C21-Alkenyl, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6- bedeuten,
    p und a gleichzeitig 0 sind oder p ist 1 und a ist 1, 2 oder 3, a1 ist 1, 2 oder 3,
    n ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, b ist eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 und n1 und n2 bedeuten zusammen eine Zahl von 2 bis 50, bevorzugt von 2 bis 25,
  • e) 0 bis 20, vorzugsweise 10 bis 15 Gew.-% Ethylenglykol, 1,2-Propandiol, Polyalkylenglykole mit einer Molmasse von 200 bis 4000 oder deren C1-C4- Alkylether, und
  • f) gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer Säuren.
In den obigen Formeln stellen die Reste R, R1, R'1 Alkyl- oder Alkenylreste dar mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 22, insbesondere 12 bis 18 C-Atomen. RCO stellt somit für den Acylrest einen Fettsäure, beispielsweise den Acylrest von Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure oder deren Mischungen. Die als Komponente e) genannten Säuren dienen zur Einstellung des gewünschten pH-Wert und zur Neutralisierung der in den Verbindungen XVI und XVII vorhandenen Aminogruppen und werden in der hierzu benötigten Menge eingesetzt. Bevorzugte Verbindungen unter d) sind Polyethylenglykol, Ethylenglykol, Butyldiglykol und 1,2-Propandiol.
Darüber hinaus können die erfindungsgemäßen festen Vormischungen noch weitere übliche Substanzen und Hilfsmittel wie Glykole, Elektrolyte, Absäuerungsmittel, organische Komplexbildner enthalten. Sie dienen zur Viskositätseinstellung, zur pH- Wert-Regulierung und zur Kältestabilisierung.
Die Herstellung der festen Vormischungen erfolgt durch einfaches Homogenisieren der Einzelkomponenten in geschmolzenem bzw. flüssigen Zustand. Nach dem Abkühlen und Erstarren der Abmischung wird diese zu einem Pulver oder Granulat mit einer Korngröße bis zu 2 mm, bevorzugt 0,2 bis 1 mm, verarbeitet.
Die Herstellung gebrauchsfertiger Wäscheweichspülmittel erfolgt durch Einrühren dieser Pulver oder Granulate in kaltes Wasser. Je nach Bedarf können auf diesem Weg Dispersionen bis 25% Feststoffgehalt hergestellt werden.
Sie verleihen beliebigen Textilmaterialien, besonders solchen aus natürlicher oder regenerierter Cellulose, einen angenehmen und weichen Griff.
Auf die zuvor beschriebene Weise (Aufschmelzen und Mischen der Einzelkomponenten, Homogenisieren, Abkühlen, Mahlen) wurde folgende Produkte hergestellt:
1. Disteaoryldimethylammoniumchlorid 65 Gew.-%
Glycerin-Ethylenglykol-Teilester 10 Gew.-%
Stearylamin + 25 Einheiten Ethylenoxid (EO) 20 Gew.-%
Polyethylenglykol 400 5 Gew.-%
2. Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid 75 Gew.-%
Stearylamin + 25 EO 10 Gew.-%
Talgfettalkohol + 20 EO 15 Gew.-%
3. N-Methyl-triethanolamin-di-stearoylester-Methosulfat 85 Gew.-%
Stearylamin + 25 E0 5 Gew.-%
Talgfettalkohol + 50 EO 5 Gew.-%
Polyethylenglykol 400 5 Gew.-%

Claims (2)

1. Feste Vormischung für Wäscheweichspülmittel, bestehend im wesentlichen aus
  • a) 50 bis 90, vorzugsweise 70 bis 80 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln I bis XI
    wobei R1 C8-C22-, vorzugsweise C12-C18-Alkyl oder C8-C22-, vorzugsweise C12-C18- Alkenyl, R1 C7-C21-, vorzugsweise C11-C17-Alkyl oder C7-C21-, vorzugsweise C11-C17- Alkenyl, R2 C1-C4-Alkyl, vorzugsweise CH3, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6-, vorzugsweise C2H4-, n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, vorzugsweise 1 und A ein Anion, wie beispielsweise Chlorid, Bromid, Methosulfat, Methophosphat, Ethosulfat oder Ethophosphat,
  • b) 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 10 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln XII bis XV
    wobei R jeweils C1-C21-Alkyl oder C2-C21-Alkenyl, n eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, m eine Zahl von 2 bis 25, I 0, 1 oder 2, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6- und X Wasserstoff oder eine Gruppe RCO- bedeuten,
  • c) 1 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 10 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der Formeln XVI bis XVIII
    RCONH-(CH2)b-O-(AO)n-H (XVIII)
    wobei R C1-C21-Alkyl oder C2-C21-Alkenyl, A -C2H4- oder -C3H6- bedeuten,
    p und a gleichzeitig 0 sind oder p ist 1 und a ist 1, 2 oder 3, a1 ist 1, 2 oder 3,
    n ist eine Zahl von 1 bis 5, b ist eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 5 und n1 und n2 bedeuten zusammen eine Zahl von 2 bis 50, bevorzugt von 2 bis 25,
  • d) 0 bis 20, vorzugsweise 10 bis 15 Gew.-% Ethylenglykol, 1,2-Propandiol, Polyalkylenglykole mit einer Molmasse von 200 bis 4000 oder deren C1-C4- Alkylether, und
  • e) gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer Säuren.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der festen Vormischungen für Wäscheweichspülmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die einzelnen Komponenten aufschmilzt, vermischt, homogenisiert, abkühlt und mahlt.
