Description
die Kollektoren des sechsten und des achten Transistors 17 bzw. 26 sind mit der Ausgangsklemme 27 verbunden.
Claims (1)
- Patenunspruch:Operationsverstärker, der als emittergekoppelten Differenzverstärker einen ersten und einen zweiten Transistor (U412) eines ersten Leitungstyps enthält, deren Emitter vom Kollektor eines Stromquellentransistors (13) des ersten Leitungstyps Betriebsstrom empfangen, und der ferner einen dritten, einen vierten, einen fünften und einen sechsten jeweils als Verstärker in Emitterschaltung geschalteten Transistor (14, IS, 16,17) eines zweiten Leitungstyps sowie eine Ausgangsklemme (27) aufweist, an welcher Ausgangssignale als Antwort auf zwischen die Basen des ersten und zweiten Transistors gelegte Eingangssignale erscheinen, wobei folgende Verbindungen bestehen:Gleichstromkopplung der Kollektoren des ersten und dritten Transistors (11,14) miteinander und mit der Bash-<!es fOnfen Transistors (16); GleschstKHnkopplung der Kollektoren des zweiten und vierten Transistors (12, IS) miteinander und mit der Basis des sechsten Transistors (17); Gleichstromkopplung der Emitter des dritten und vierten Transistors (14, IS) mit einem ersten Betriebspotential (24);Gleichstromkopplungen zwischen Kollektor und Basis des dritten Transistors (14) und zwischen Kollektor und Basis des vierten Transistors (IS); Gleichstromkopplung der Emitter des fünften und des sechsten Transistors (16,17) mit dem ersten Betriibspoiential (24); dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basis des dritte» Transistors (14) mit dem Emitter des fünften Transistor (16) und daß die Basis des vierten Transistors (15) mit dem Emitter des sechsten Transistors (17) verbunden ist; daß ein in Durchlaßrichtung gepolter Halbleitergleichrichter (18) die Emitter des fünften und sechsten Transistors (16 und 17) mit dem ersten Betriebspotential koppelt (24);daß ein siebter und ein achter Transistor (25 und 26) vom ersten Leitungstyp jeweils in Emitterschaltung vorgesehen sind, deren Emitter mit einem zweiten Betriebspotential (20) verbunden sind, mit welchem auch der Emitter des Stromquellentransistors (13) verbunden ist, während die Basis des siebten Transistors (25) mit dem Kollektor dieses Transistors und mit der Basis des achten Transistors (26) verbunden ist;daß der Kollektor des fünften Transistors (16) mit der Verbindung zwischen den Basen des siebten und achten Transistors (25,26) verbunden ist; und daß die Kollektoren des sechsten und des achten Transistors (17 und 26) mit der Ausgangsklemme (27) verbunden sind.
