Thiaiolo-(thiono)phosphor(phosphon)-säureester, Verfahren
zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide
___ und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Thiazolo-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
welche insektizide, akarizide und fungizide Eigenschaften haben sowie ein Verfahren
zu ihrer Herstellung.
In der Deutschen Auslegeschrift 1.193.953 werden bereits Methylthiadiazo-(thiono)-phosphorsäure-Derivate, z.B.
0,O-Diäthyl-O-_T-methyl-1,2,4-thiadiazol(5)-yl_7-thionophosphor-
und O-Äthyl-O-/T-methyl-1,2,4-thiadiazol-(5)-yl_7~
äthanthionophosphonsäureester beschrieben, welche eine pestizide,
insbesondere insektizide, Wirksamkeit besitzen.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Ihiazolo-(thiono)phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
der Pormel(I)

einen Phenylrest darstellt und X ein Saueretoff- oder Schwefelatom ist »

Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß die Thiazolo-(thiono)phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
der Konstitution (I) erhalten werden, wenn man (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide der

und X die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, während Hai für ein Halogenatom steht, .
in G-egenwart von Säureakzeptoren oder in Form der entsprechenden Salze der Thiazolderivate umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen
Thiazole·-(thiono0phosphor(phosphon)-säureester durch eine
erheblich höhere pestizide, insbesondere insektizide und
akarizide Wirkung aus als die bekannten Methylthiadiazol(thiono)
phosphorsäureester analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe.stellen somit eine
echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man CO-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
und 2-Hydroxy-4-methyl-5-äthylmeΓcapto-thiazol als Ausgangskomponenten, so kann der Reaktionsverlauf durch das folgende

Die für das Herstellungsverfahren zu verwendenden Ausgangsmaterialien
sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III.) eindeutig allgemein definiert.
Vorzugsweise stehen R und R' jedoch für geradkettige oder
verzweigte Alkylreste mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl, n-, iso-, see- oder
tert.-Butyl, außerdem bedeutet R' bevorzugt einen C.-bis
C.-Alkoxyrest, z.B. Methoxy, ithoxy, n- oder iso-Propoxy,
n-, iso-, see- oder' tert .-But oxy, während Hal vorzugsweise
ein Chloratom darstellt.
Als Beispiele für verwendbare (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
seien im einzelnen genannt:
0,0-Dimethyl-, 0,0-Diäthyl-, 0,0-Diisopropyl-, 0,0-Din-butyl-,
0,0-Di-tert.-butyl-, O-Methyl-0-äthyl-, O-Methyl-0-isopropyl-,
O-Methyl-0-n-butyl- und O-Methyl-0-tert.-butylphosphorsäureesterchlorid
bzw. -bromid sowie die entsprechenden Thionoanalogen, ferner O-Methyl-methan-, O-Äthyl-methan-,
O-iso-Propyl-methan-, O-Äthyl-äthan-, O-iso-Propyl-äthan-,
O-Butyl-äthan-, O-Methyl-propan-, O-Äthyl-propan-, 0-Äthylisopropanphosphonsäureesterchlorid
bzw. -bromid und die entsprechenden Thionoverbindungen.
R". steht in Formel (III) vorzugsweise für den Methyl-, Äthyl- oder Phenylrest.

Die als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Säureesterhalogenide (II)
sind bereits in der Literatur beschrieben. Die teilweise· ebenfalls bekannten Thiazolderivate (III) können z.B. hergestellt
werden, indem man 1-Alkyl- bzw. -phenylmercapto-1-chloraceton

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Thiazolo-(thiono)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureesterder
Formel (I) wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel
durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören besonders aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorier
te Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Benzol, Chlorbenzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenk
stoff, Äther, wie Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, z.B. Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl-. und
Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril.
Weiterhin läßt man die Umsetzung. - wie oben bereits erwähnt in
Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren ablaufen. Hierfür können praktisch alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden.
Als besonders geeignet erwiesen haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat

bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder
heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Dimethylamin,
Dime^hylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Statt in G-egenwart von Säureakzeptoren zu arbeiten, ist
es ebensogut möglich, zunächst Salze, bevorzugt die Alkalioder Ammoniumsalze der 2-Hydroxy-4-methyl-5-alkyl[nercapto-
bzw. -S-phenylmercaptothiazöle (III) in Substant herzustellen
und diese mit den (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogeniden
(II) umzusetzen.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren
Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 30 und 100, vorzugsweise bei 60 bis 700C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man äquimolare Verhältnisse
der Ausgangskomponenten in einem der oben genannten lösungsmittel bei den angegebenen Temperaturen in Anwesenheit
eines Säureakzeptors um. Nach mehrstündigem Rühren in der Wärme wird das Reaktionsgemisch in Wasser gegossen,
mit einem Kohlenwasserstoff, vorzugsweise Benzol, aufgenommen und in bekannter Weise aufgearbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser
bis schwach gelb gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen,
jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit
und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer
Charakterisierung dient vor allem der Brechungsindex.

Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen
Produkte durch eine hervorragende Y/irksamkeit gegenüber
Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen, insbesondere gegen saugende und beißende Insekten sowie Milben aus.
Sie besitzen gleichzeitig fungizide und bakterizide Eigenschaften bei nur geringer Phytotoxizität. Die pestizide
Wirkung'setzt schnell ein und hält länger an. ,_■■'.,
Aus diesen Gründen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen
mit Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel im Pflanzenschutz und Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor
eingesetzt. . ■ ■ .

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Saralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartofellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcua maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wanzen,
beispielsweise die Rüben- (Fiesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner
Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
: ei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), G-oldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Prostspanner (Gheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta
padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella) und große Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den "beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)
z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Oalandra granaria), Kartoffel- (Leptiaotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa
viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen-(Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck- (Dermestes
frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarium), rotbrauner Reismehl-(Tribolium
castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilüs zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio molitor)
und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z.B. Drahtv/ürmer (Agriotes spec.) und
Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (Blatella germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana).,
Madeira- (laucophaea oder Rhyparobia madeirae), Orientalische (Blatta prientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze
Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoütedenia flexivitta;
ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und
Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis),
Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie, den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans);
ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles

Je nach ihrem Anwenduhgszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die
üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe
mit Streckmitteln, d.h. flüssigen lösungsmitteln und/
oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln also Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z.B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel
gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel
kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten (z.B. Xylol, Benzol), chlorierte Aromaten (z.B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine
(z.B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Butanol),
stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd
sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z.B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und
synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z.B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Silikate); als Emulgiermittel: nichtionogene und anionische
Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Ä'ther,
z.B. Alkylarylpolyglykoläther, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin,
Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen
in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel
und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln,
Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den enwendungsfertigen Zube-,
reitungen können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %. -
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Voiume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen
bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.
Die hervorragende pestizide, insbesondere insektizide
und akarizide Wirkung der neuen Produkte geht aus den folgenden Versuchsergebnissen hervor:

Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter

Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgräd in $
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen getötet
wurden, während 0 % angibt, daß keine Raupen getötet wurden.

3) Insektizide-, akarizide und fungizide Mittel gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Thiazolo-(thiono)- .
phosphor-(phosphon)säureestern gemäß Anspruch 1.
4) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und
•phytopathogenen Pilzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
man Thiazolo(thiono)phosphor(phonphon)säureester gemäß
Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und/oder Milben und/oder phytopathogene Pilze bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken laßt.
5) Verwendung von Thiazolo(thiono)phosphor(phosphon)säureestern gemäß Anspruch 1 ■ zur Bekämpfung von Insekten,
Milben und phytopathogenen Pilzen.
6) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden, akariziden
und fungiziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thiazolo(thiono)phosphor(phosphon)säureester gemäß
Anspruch 1 mit Streck- und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln mischt. ;
