- O - (α - cyanobenzaldoxim) - thionophosphorsäureester, und Dialkyl-!1,2-dialkoxycarbonylalkyl)-dithiophosphate,
wiez. B.der O,O-Diimethyl-S-( 1,2-dicarbäthoxyäthyl)-dithiophosphorsäureesler,
eine insektizide Wirkung aufweisen (vgl. deutsche Auslegeschriften
12 38 902 und 10 09 181).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Thionophosphor(phosphon) - säureesterformaldoxime der
Formel (I)
in welcher R, R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden
sein können und für einen geraden oder verzweigten Alkylrest mit I bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen und
R1 außerdem für einen Alkoxyrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen
steht.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thionophosphor(phosphon) - säureesterformaldoximen, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß man Thionophosphor-(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
der Formel

Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß man die neuen Thionophosphoriphosphonl-säurcc&terformaldoxime
der Konstitution (1) erhält, wenn man Thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
der Formel (II)

angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai für ein Halogen-, vorzugsweise Chloratom, steht, in Form
ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze oder in Gegenwart von Säurebindemilteln umsetzt.
2. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch I zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Thionophosphor(phosphon)
- säurceslerformaldoxime, welche eine insektizide und akarizide Wirkung aufweisen,
sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekanntgeworden, daß Thionophos-HO-N-C

in welchen Formeln R, R1 und R2 die oben angegebene
Bedeutung haben und Hai für ein Halogen-, vorzugsweise Chloratom, steht, in Form ihrer Alkali-,
Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze oder in Gegenwart von Säurebindemitteln umsetzt.
überraschenderweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Thionophosphor(phosphon) - säureesterformaldoxime
eine wesentlich bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten Thionophosphorsäureesterbenzaldoxime
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung; außerdem sind sie
auch dem bekannten O,O-Dimethyl-S-(l,2-dicarbäthoxyäthyl)
- dithiophcsphorsäureester wirkungsmäßig
überlegen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der T«chnik dar.
Verwendet man Ο,Ο-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
und 1 -Cyano-1 - methylmercaptoformaldoxim als Ausgangsstoffe, so kann der Reaktions-
ablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) allgemein eindeutig definiert.
Vorzugsweise stehen R, R1 und R2 für einen Alkylrest
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z. B. für Methyl, Äthyl, n- oder iso-Propyl, n-, see-, tert.- oder iso-Butyl,
während R1 außerdem bevorzugt für einen Alkoxyrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Als Beispiele für die verwendbaren Thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
seien im einzelnen genannt:

O-Methyl-äthan-, O-Äthyl-äthan-,
O-Propyl-methan-, O-Butyl-äthan-, O-Methylbutan-,
O-Äthyl-iso-propan-, O-Butyl-iso-propan-
oder O-Butyl-butan-thionophosphonsäureesterchlorid.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Thionophosphor(phosphon)-säureesterhalogenide
sind bekannt und können ebenso wie die I-Cyano-formaldoxime nach üblichen Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Letztere kann man z. B. aus Alkylmercaptanen in Gegenwart von Alkalialkoholaten und Chloracetonitril
und anschließende Oximierung mit Äthylnitrit gewinnen.
Das Herstellungsverfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel
durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien in Frage.
Hierzu gehören vor allem aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe,
wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol,
Äther, wie z. B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton, Methyläthyl-,
Methyl-iso-propyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem
Nitrile, wie Acetonitril und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren kommen alle üblichen Säurebindemittel in Frage. Besonders bewährt haben sich
Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische,
aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triethylamin, Dimethylamin,. Dimethylanilin,
Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches variiert werden. Im allgemeinen
arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 120 C, vorzugsweise bei 40 bis 55' C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquimolaren Verhältnissen
ein. Ein Überschuß der einen oder anderen Reaktions-
i-> komponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die
Umsetzung wird bevorzugt in Gegenwart eines der obengenannten Lösungsmittel sowie in Anwesenheit
eines Säureakzeptors bei den angegebenen Temperaturen vorgenommen, nach mehrstündigem Rühren
2(i wird das Reaktionsgemisch wie üblich aufgearbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser oder gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher
öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes »Andestillieren«, d. h. durch
r> längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen, von den letzten flüchtigen
Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können.

Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen Thionophosphor(phosphon) - säureesterformaldoxime
durch eine hervorragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit gegenüber Pflanzen-, Hygiene-
r> und Vorratsschädlingen aus. Sie besitzen dabei sowohl
eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben (Acarina). Gleichzeitig
weisen sie eine geringe Phytotoxität und fungizide Eigenschaften, vor allem gegen phytopathogene
4Ii Bodenpilze, auf.
Aus diesen Gründen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
im Pflanzen- und Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor eingesetzt.
αϊ Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen
Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae), die schwarze Bohnen-(Doralis
fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen-(Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
ίο solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus
korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen- (Hyalopterus arundinis) und
schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z. B. die Efeu-
vi schild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus); Blasenfuße (Thysanoptera) wie
Hercinothrips fermoralis und Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll- (Dysdercus
ho intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub- (Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobalus und Nephotettix
bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu
bi nennen Schmetterlingsraupen (Lepidoptera) wie die
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea)
und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling
(Pieris brassicae), kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer-(Laphygma frugiperda) und ägyptische Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst- (Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella) und
große Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella).
Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z. B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria), Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata),
Ampfer- (Gastrophysa viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz- (Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen- (Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestes frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma grananum),
rotbrauner Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais-(Calandra oder Sitophilus zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium
paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrn molitor) und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), aber
auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B. Drahtwürmer (Agriotes spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (Blatella germanica),
Amerikanische (Periplaneta americana), Madeira-(Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia madeirae), Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus)
und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z. B.
das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren
wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau- (Drosophila melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica),
kleine Stuben- (Fannia canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora erythrocepha-
Ia) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z. B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber-

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius = Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus
urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe (Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulms), Gallmilben, z. B.
die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe (Hemitarsonemus
latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus); schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke
(Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge, besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen
sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton
sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.
Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt
werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden
in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, d. h. flüssigen Lösungsmitteln
und/oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln also
Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z. B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel
gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in Frage:
Aromaten (z. B. Xylol, Benzol), Chlorierte Aromalen (z. B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z. B. Erdölfraktionon).
Alkohole (z. B. Methanol, Butanol), stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd
sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle (z. B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum,
Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z. B. hoch-
Hi disperse Kieselsäure, Silikate); als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,

und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B.
Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methy!cellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten
Wirkstoffen vorliegen.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwisehen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90%.

Vergasen. Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen
Zubereitungen können in größeren Bereiehen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen
0,(KX)I und 10%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 1%.

Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren (ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95%
oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein auszubringen.

39 g (0,3 Mol) l-Cyano-l-äthylmercaptoform- Benzolphase wird gewaschen, getrocknet und das
aldoxim in 300 ecm Acetonitril und 45 g Kalium- Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wird durch
carbonat werden mit 57 g 0,0-Diäthylthionophos- sogenanntes »Andcstillicrcn« gereinigt. So werden
phorsäureesterchlorid versetzt, wobei die Temperatur ir>
69 g (81% der Theorie) des gewünschten O1O-Di-
auf 48"C ansteigt. Anschließend wird bei Raum- äthyl - O -(I -cyano - I -äthylmcrcaptoformaldoxim)-
temperatur über Nacht gerührt, in 300 ecm Wasser thionophosphorsäurcesters vom Brechungsindex n":
gegossen und mit 400 ecm Benzol ausgeschüttelt. Die 1,5058 erhalten.

Die verwendeten Ausgangsprodukte können nach der folgenden Vorschrift hergestellt werden:

Analog werden die folgenden Ausgangsprodukte gewonnen:
Konstitution
NOH
62 g (1 Mol) Äthylrnercaptan in 300 ecm Acetonitril werden unter Kühlem mit 1 Mol Natriummethylat
versetzt und anschließend bei 10 bis 15°C 76 g Chloracetonitril
hinzugefügt. Anschließend wird 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt, nochmals 1 Mol
Natriummethylat zugesetzt und bei 0 bis 5° C mit 80 g Äthylnitrit oximiert. Nach zweitägigem Rühren bei
Raumtemperatur wird die Flüssigkeit abdestilliert und der Rückstand in 250 ecm Wasser gelöst. Nach
dem Klären mit Kohle wird mit Salzsäure gefällt und das ausfallende öl in Benzol aufgenommen. Die Benzolphasc
wird mit Wasser gewaschen, getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der Rückstand wird
durch sogenanntes »Andestillieren« gereinigt. Es werden 90 g (69% der Theorie) des gewünschten 1-Cyano-1-äthylmercaptoformaldoxims
vom Brechungsindex n'i: 1,5260 erhalten.
