S-Triazolopyridinmethyl-thiolo(thion)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als
Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue S-Triazolopyridinmethy1-thiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß Benzotriazindithiophosphorsäureester,
z.B. 0,0-Dimethyl- bzw. 0,0-Diäthyl-S- [4-oxo-benzotriazin(3)yl—methylj-thionothiolphosphorsäureester,
und 0,0-Dimethyl-S-(äthylthioäthyl)-thiolophosphorsäureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben (vergleiche US-Patentschrift 2.758.115 und 2.791.599).
Es wurde gefunden, daß die neuen S-Triazolopyridinmethylthiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester

bzw. -esteramide der Konstitution (I) erhalten werden, wenn man Thiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide

Ueberraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen S-Iriazolopyridinmethyl-thiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide eine bessere insektizide, bodeninsektizide und akarizide Wirkung als vorbekannte Verbindungen.analoger Konstitution
und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik
dar.
Verwendet man beispielsweise das Kaliumsalz des O-Aethyl-N-äthyl-thiolothionphosphorsäureesteramids
und 2-Ghlormethyl-3-oxo-triazolo(4,3-cCr)-pyridin
als Ausgangsmaterialien, so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema

Die als Ausgangsstoffe verwendbaren Thiolo(Thion)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide und das 2-Halogenmethyl-3-oxo-triazoldpyridin
sind durch die Formeln (II) und (ill) eindeutig allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise stehen in
der Formel (II) jedoch:
R für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 4 und
R' für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl bzw. Alkoxy mit 1 bis 41 Mono- bzw. Dialkylamino mit jeweils 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen

Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Thiolo(thiono^phosphor
(phosphon) -säureester bzw. -esteramide (II) sind aus der Literatur bekannt und können nach allgemein üblichen Verfahren
hergestellt werden, ebenso wie das 2-Halogenmethyl-3-oxotriazolo(4,3-cC)-pyridin,
das man aus dem bekannten 3-Hydroxytriazolo(4,3- *£)-pyridin jjrergleiche Chemische Berichte J39
(1966) S. 2593-2597] durch Umsetzung mit Formaldehyd über die Hydroxymethyl-Verbindung und Halogenierung derselben,
z.B. mit Thionylchlorid, herstellt.
Als Beispiele hierfür seien im einzelnen genannt: Die 3alze von

üus Herstellungsverfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendun^
i-'ieeii'.neter l.ösungs- und Verdünnung ami tte J durchgerührt. Alß
solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen üolveritien
infrage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphaticehe und aromatische, gegebenenfalls- chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie
Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Aether, z.B. Diäthyl-
und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, bei.spielüweiae Aceton,
Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon,
außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und 1ropionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittei
Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat,
-methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische
oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen
0 und 12o°G, vorzugsweise bei 15 bis 5o°C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens wird die salzartige Komponente
im allgemeinen in einem 15- bis 2o$igen Ueberschuß eingesetzt und die Reaktionskomponenten meist in einem der angegebenen
Lösungsmittel ein bis mehrere Stunden bei den angegebenen Temperaturen erhitzt. Die Aufarbeitung erfolgt dann wie üblich
z.B. durch Filtration, Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels,

Lösen des Rückstandes in Wasser und Aussalzen desselhen oder
durch Eingießen der Reaktionsmischung in Wasser, Absaugen des sich ausscheidenden, erstarrenden Oeles.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen z.T. in Form von Oelen an,
die sich meist nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres
Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf
diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Gharakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex. Einige Verbindungen fallen in kristalliner
Form mit scharfem Schmelzpunkt an.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen S-Triazolopyridinmethyl-thiolo(thion)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide durch eine hervorragende insektizide, auch bodeninsektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit
aus. Sie wirken gegen Blatt- und Boden-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge. Sie besitzen bei geringer irhytotoxizität
sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben, außerdem weisen einige Verbindungen auch
eine fungizide Wirkung, z.B. gegen Pellicularia sasakii, auf.
Aus diesem Grunde können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit Erfolg im Pflanzenschutz sowie auf dem Hygiene- und Vorratsschutzsektor
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel eingesetzt werden.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und
Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter

auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln,
unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Falle der
Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden.
Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in— frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alky!naphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon,
Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dirnethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe,
z.B. Freon; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz,
Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Diatomeenerde und synthetische
Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende
Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen
in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

In den folgenden Anwendungsbeispielen A-ID wurden die erfindungsgemäßen
Wirkstoffe hinsichtlich ihrer Wirksamkeit
gegen eine Reihe von Pflanzenschädlingen im Vergleich zu den bekannten 0,0-Dimethyl- bzw. OrO-Diäthyl_S-[4-oxo-benzotriazol(3)yl—methylj-thionothiolphosphorsäureester,
die in den nachfolgenden Tests mit (A) bzw. (B) bezeichnet werden, und
zu OrO-Dimethyl-S-(äthylthioäthyl)-thiolphosphonsäureester (C),
getestet. Die neuen geprüften Substanzen werden in den verschiedenen
Tests durch die Jeweils in Klammer gesetzte Ziffer bezeichnetj· die den fortlaufenden Hummern der Herstellungsbeispiele entspricht.

Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.

Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Vicia faba), die stark von der schwarzen Bohnenlaus (Doralis fabae)
befallen sind, angegossen, so daß die Wirkstoffzubereitung
in den Boden eindringt, ohne die Blätter der Bohnenpflanzen zu benetzen. Der Wirkstoff wird von den Bohnenpflanzen aus
dem Boden aufgenommen und gelangt so zu den befallenen Blättern.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird' die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und

Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 bis 30 cm haben,
tropfnaß besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen
Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe oder Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden; 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet
wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator
zu und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit dem Boden vermischt.
Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung
praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffgewichtsmenge pro Volumeneinheit Boden, welche
in ppm (= mg/1) angegeben wird. Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe und läßt diese bei Raumtemperatur stehen.
Nach 24 Stunden werden die Testtiere in den behandelten Boden gegeben und nach weiteren 2 bis 7 Tagen wird der Wirkungsgrad
des Wirkstoffs durch Auszählen der toten und lebenden Testinsekten in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist
100 %, wenn alle Testinsekten abgetötet worden sind, er
ist 0 %, wenn noch genau so viele Testinsekten leben wie bei der unbehandelten Kontrolle.

Beispiel 1; (11-C3H7 O)2 P-S-CH2
Zu 77,5 g (o,36 Mol) des Ammoniumsalzes vom 0,0-Di-n-propylthiolphosphorsäurediester
in 3oo ml Aceton gibt man 55 g (o,3 Mol) 2-Chlormethyl-3-oxo-triazol(4,3—l)-pyridin, wobei eine
schwache Wärmetönung auftritt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird bei Raumtemperatur über Nacht gerührt, anschließend 1 Stunde
bei 4o-5o°C nachgerührt, abgekühlt und filtriert. Das Lösungsmittel
wird abdestilliert und das zurückbleibende OeI in Toluol aufgenommen. Die organische Phase wird mit Wasser und
Natriumbicarbonat-Lösung neutral gewaschen, getrocknet und
das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält 73 g (7o,5 f° der
Theorie) OjO-Di-n-propyl-S-fjJ-oxo-triazolo^^- *O-pyridin(2)-ylmethyl^j-thiolphosphorsäureester
als orangefarbenes OeI mit dem Brechungsindex rxV- : 1,5466.
Beispiel 2: (CH3O)2P-S-CH2 -
Zu 63 g (o,36 Mol) des Ammoniumsalzes vom 0,0-Dimethyl-thionothiolphosphorsäurediester
in 25o ml Aceton gibt man 55 g (o,3 Mol) 2-Chlormethyl-3-oxo-triazolo(4,3-«O-pyridin, wobei eine
leichte Wärmetönung auftritt. Nachdem über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt wurde, wurde die Reaktionsmischung in
Wasser gegossen. Das sich ausscheidende OeI erstarrte, wurde
abgesaugt, getrocknet und aus einem Benzol-Ligroin-G-emisch

umkristallisiert. Man erhält 64 g (7o % der Theorie) 0,0-Diniethyl-S-[3-oxo-triazol(4,3-X
)-pyridin(2)ylmethyl] -thiolothionphosphorsäureester
mit einem Schmelzpunkt von lo7°C.
Beispiel 3: H2N \ ° 1—3

Zu 48 g (o,24 Mol) des Natriumsalzes vom O-Aethylthiolphosphorsäureesteramid
in 3oo ml Aceton gibt man 37 g (o,2 Mol) 2-Chlormethyl-3-oxo-triazolopyridin
und rührt 2 Stunden bei 5o°G, saugt die warme Reaktionsmischung ab und destilliert
das Lösungsmittel ab. Der Rückstand wird in Wasser gelöst,
mit Natriumsulfat ausgesalzen und mit Methylenchlorid ausgeschüttelt. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet, das Lösungsmittel
abdestilliert und das zurückbleibende OeI mit Aether
angerieben. Das OeI kristallisiert.· durch und wird aus Acetonitril
umkristallisiert. Man erhält 35 g (60,5 5*>
der'Theorie) 0-Aethyl-S-Q3-oxo-triazolopyridin(2)ylmethyl]-thiolphosphorsäureesteramid
mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 142°C.

dickwerdender Brei, während bei 9o°C nahezu eine klare lösung vorliegt. Man läßt 1 Stunde stehen, kühlt ab und saugt

den sich ausscheidenden Niederschlag ab. Nach dem Waschen und Trocknen desselben erhält man I08 g (82 $>. der Theorie)
2-Hydroxymethyl-3-oxo-triazolo(4,3-X.)-pyriäin in Form feiner,
blaßgelber Kristalle mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 2o9°C (Z,).
al) Cl-CH2-:
Zu einer Mischung aus 165 g (l Mol) der unter a) beschriebenen
gewonnenen Verbindung in 1 1 Methylenchlorid und 3 ml Dimethylformamid
gibt man 143 g (l>2 Mol) Thionylchlorid, wobei eine leichte Wärmetönung verzeichnet wird. Nach ca. 1 Stunde
liegt eine klare Lösung vor, die langsam kristallisiert. Man gießt die Reaktionsmischung in 1 1 Wasser, stellt mit
Natriumbi.earbonat neutral und trennt die Phasen. Die organische Phase wird getrocknet, das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert
und der Rückstand kristallisiert. Man erhält I6o g (87 $>
der Theorie) 2-Ghlormethyl-3-oxo-triazolo(4,3- «£)-pyridin in Form
feiner, gelber Kristalle mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 129°C.

- Patentansprüche <lUy S-Triazolpyridinmethyl-thiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. esteramide der allgemeinen FormelR0\ l H^pSCHN <Ky (ι)in welcherR für Alkyl mit 1 Ms 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, R1 für Amino oder Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylamino mitjeweils 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und X für ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom stehen.
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von S-Triazolopyridinmethyl-thiolo (thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureestern bzw. -esteramiden, gemäß Formel (I) in Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thiolo(thion)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide der FormelR0\!^P-S-M (II)R1in welcherR, R1 und X die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben undM für Wasserstoff oder ein Alkali-, Erdalkalibzw. - 5. Verwendung von S-Triazolpyridinmethyl-thiolo(thion)-phosphor (phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide gemäß Formel (I) in Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
- 6.
