Description
- Fungizide Mittel Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung stickstoffhaltiger Heterocyolen als fungizide Mittel.
- Die bereite in der praktischen Anwendung befindlichen Fungizid-P.räparate enthalten vorwiegend als Wirkstoffe metallorganische Verbindungen auf der Basis von Quecksilber, Zinn und Zink. Besonders häufig werden Dithiocarbamate in der Praxis verwandt. Außerdem besitzen einige Phthalimido-Derivate praktische Bedeutung. Die Mängel dieser Präparate bestehen bei den metallorganischon Verbindungen besonders in der Rückstandsproblematik. Häufig tritt auch eine ungenügende Wirkungsbreite nachteilig in Erscheinung. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die angeführten Nachteile zu. überwinden.
- Es warde gefunden, daß die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel in der R1 = H-, CH3-, C2H5-, C3H7 R2 - O, S R = H-, CH3-, C2H5, CH2=CH-CH2-, CCl3S-, C2HCl4-S-, R4 = O, S R5 = H-, CH3-, C2H5-, C3H7-, C3H7-, CH3-(CH2)3-CH(C2H5)-, CH3-(CH2)3-, (CH3)3-=C-, C6H5-, C6H5-CH2-, C6H5-CHBr-CHBr-, R6 8 R5 sein kann, eine ausgeprägte fungizide Wirkung besitzen.
- Zum Nachweis dieser Wirkung wurden biozide Testungen gegen Phytophthora infestans durchgeführt.
- Die Prüfungen erfolgten a) im Objektträgersporenkeimtest Die Pilzsporangien wurden zwei verschiedenen Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, 0,25 % und 0,01 9 Aktivsubstanz, ausgesetzt. Nach 24 Std. erfolgte die mikroskopische Auswertung der Sporenkeimung.
- b) im Tomatenpflanzentest Tomatenpflanzen wurden mit einer Spritzbrühe (0,2 % Aktivsubstanz) von 5,5-Diphenylhydantoin behandelt und anschließend künstlich mit Phytophthora infestans infiziert. Nach 5 Tagen wurden die Versuche ausgewertet.
- Der prozentuale Anteil der mit Phytophthora befallenen Blattfläche wurde ermittelt.
- c) im Kartoffelpflanzentest Kartoffelpflanzen wurden mit einer Spritzbrühe (0,2 % Aktivsubstanz) von 5,5-Diphenylhydantoin behandelt und anschließend künstlich mit Phytophthora infestans infiziert. Nach 6 Tagen erfolgt die Ausvertung der Versuch@. Der prozentuale Anteil der mit Phytophthora befallenen Blattfläche wurde ermittelt.

Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch: Fungizide Mittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß als Wirkstoff Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel verwendet werden, in der R1 = H-, CH3-, C2H5-, C3H7-, R2 = O, S R3 = H-, CH3. C2H5-, CH2=CH-CH2-, CCl3S-, C2HCl4-S R4 = O, S R5 = H-, CH3-, C2H5-, C3H7-, CH3-(CH2)3-CH(C2H5)-, CH3-(CH2)3-, (CH3)3=C-, C6H5-CH2-, C6H5-CHBr-CHBr-R6 = R5 sein kann.
