Description

  • Beschreibung der Zahnradpumpe mit Einbaumotor Der bisher übliche elektromotorische Antrieb von Zahnradpumpen geschieht über eine Zwischenkupplung bzw. durch Anflanschen des Motors.
  • Erfindungsgemäss soll nach Zeichnung P ool der Rotor des Antriebsmotors direkt auf der in bekannter Weise gelagerten Pumpenwelle sitzen. Dadurch fallen die üblichen Zwischenelemente wie Kupplung, Flansch usw. weg. Ausserdem kommen die Wälzlager des Motors in Fortfall, weil dieser fliegend auf der Pumpenwelle gelagert ist. Durch diese Anordnung wird grundsätzlich jede Verklemmung zwischen Pumpe und Motor vermieden, so dass das Pumpenaggregat wesentlich ruhiger und schwingungsfrei läuft.

  1. S c h u t z a n s p r ü c h e 1.) Zahnradpumpe mit Einbaumotor nach Zeichnung Pool dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor des Antriebsmotors fliegend auf der Pumpenwelle gelagert ist.
  2. 2.) Zahnradpumpe mit Einbaumotor nach Zeichnung P ool dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass keinerlei Zwischenelemente wie Kupplungen, Flansche, usw. erforderlich sind.
