Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die katalytische Reformierung von
schweren Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere solchen mit Endsiedepunkt
oberhalb 220 Cf wie gegebenenfalls entschwefeltem
Hausbrandöl, Rohkohlenwasserstoffen, nicht entwchwefeitern
Roherdöl, Paraffindestillaten und Erdölrückstanden. Das reformierte
Gas kann zur Herstellung von Wasserstoff, Ammoniak»

synthesegas, Methanol oder für Oxoynthesen und für Stadtgas
synthesegas, Methanol oder für Oxoynthesen und für Stadtgas
bestimmt sein.
Die bekannten Verfahren zur Vergasung von Kohlenwasserstoffen
machen vor allem von thermischen Prozessen Gebrauch, die unausweichlich die Bildung von Ruß mit sich bringen. Bisher konnte

Kohlenwasserstoffe zu behandeln, wobei eine Vergasung der Beschickung

entspricht·
Die Bauagesohwlndlgicait des Terdampften Kohlenwasserstoffes

und 50 bar arbeiten kann und insbesondere «ur Behandlung von <,
4 bis 5 l/h "bestimmt let, diente eur Verarbeitung von Paraffin-,
destlllaten oder einem anderen schworen Produkt unter 40 bar bei
einer TGapentur der Katalyαatorschicht von 700 bis 90O0O, In der
Zoichnung stellt Pig. 1 ßolieuatisch diese Anlag« dar» die bei
den verschiedenen Verwendungen dos reformierten Gases gebraucht
wurde. Diese Anlage der Pig« 1 besteht in wesentlichen aus drei
Teilen: einer Heiz- und Vordanpfungssas 'für die Reqktioneflüesiglaiten,
einer tfcerhitzungez<me für dl· Miechung und «inen
Reaktlonsgefäß mit Virbelsohiohten.
Das durch leitung 1 ankommende auf 7O0C gebrachte flüssige
Paraffindestillat, das unter Stickstoffdruok eingeführt werden
soll, wird auf selnom Wage durch Leitung 3 mittels eines durch
Leitung 2 ankommenden Stickstoffstromes zum Verdampfer 4 geführt·
Dor Kohlonwasserstoffvordarapfor ist von einen konzentrischen
Vaoaervordatopfer msccsbcn, don flüssiges Wasser duroh Leitung 5

nor !Temperatur nahe 36O0C0 Der Verdampfer umfaßt drei Zonen,
in der Zone 4 A werden die Roaktionsmieoliungen auf etwa 1100O vorerhitzt,
in der mittleren Zone 4 B. werden sie zwischen 110 und 250 C verdampft und in dor unteren Zone 4 0 bia auf 350 ^
bis 36O0C überhitzt. Durch Leitung 6 wird die Mischung «um Überhitzer
7 befördert, der die untere Zone 7 A der «weiten überhitzung
bis auf etwa 4000C und ferner die Zone der dritten überhitzung 7 B bis auf 46O0C umfaßt. Nach Durchgang durch den
Überhitzer 7 tritt die auf 360 bis 4600O überhltate Mieohung von
Wasserdampf, Kohlenwaooorstoff und Stickstoff in das Reformier*
rohr 8 zum Koxfolct mit den Wirbolsohiohten ein. Das Beaktionagefäß
8 enthält Wirbelsdiohtroste 9 und 10, welche die zwei
Wirbelschichten trennen. Die untere Sohioht hat einen Durchmesser von 80 mm und ein Verhältnis von Höhe zu Durchmesser " von
1,5 und enthält 600 ml Katalysator· Die Reaktionaströme von
46O0O treten durch den Virbolsohichtrost 9 ein, der aie übet
die auf einer temperatur von 6600C gehaltene Sohioht verteilt·
Die Reaktioneströme dringen dann duroh den Wirbelschiohtroet 10
in die obere Sohioht vom selben Durchmesser mit einen Verhält- ;
nie von jj von 0,8 ein, die auf 7000O gehalten wird und 320 ml
Katalysator enthält*
Entsprechend der !Formel des behandelten Kohlenwasserstoffe beträgt
die Baumgesohwlndigkeit über die beiden Schichten 10 Grammatome
Kohlenstoff/h/l Katalysator· Die Körnung der Katalysator^»-
se liegt bei 100 bis 630 /u. Die Züsammenaeteung dtβ aua leitung
