Leichttrennwände werden heute zumeist aus einem Holzgerüst, auf welches dann beidseitig Bauplatten verschiedener Art (auch Faserdämmplatten) angebracht werden, hergestellt.
Die Idee dieses Antrages besteht darin, nichttragende Wände ; aus genügend starken Faserdämmplatten, welche nicht mehr ' .verputzt zu werden brauchen, statt mit Holzgertist, mit Metallbewehrung zu erstellen.
Bei dem Aufbau einer solchenleichttrennwand schafft man zunächst eine "Verbindung zwischen dieser und dem Boäea, "beispielsweise durch das Kantholz (I). Auf dieses"wird unmittelbar die erste Faserdämmplatte (2) geklebt. Geeignete leime wie Klebemilch H der Firma WiIh.Keime, Köln-Ehrenfeld, "GAWO" CC und PP der Deutschen Mineralölwerke Eachf., Bremen-Holzhafen, verbindenFaserdämmplatten unlöslich mit Holz, Stein oder Metall. Weitere Dämmplattenschichten werden dann bis zur gewünschten Höhe der Wand aufgeklebt, indem man die Fugen mit Metalleinlagen bewehrt, welche der Leichttrennwand die nötige Festigkeit geben. Die Abmessungen und Querschnitte der Metalleinlagen müssen den jeweiligen Anforderungen angepasst werden. Im Interesse einer guten Dämmwirkung empfiehlt es sich, die: Metalleinlagen schmaler zu wählen, als die Dämmplatten dick sind.
Die Torteile dieser Leichttrennwand gegenüber anderen ähnlichen, liegen in der Einsparung des Holzgerüstes, der Schnelle des Aufbaus und somit im Preis.

    Aus Faserdämmplatten eine leichttrennwand zu erstellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da,ss in die Fugen Metall eingelegt wird, welches mit den angrenzenden Baukörpern verankert, der Leichttrennwand die notwendige Festigkeit gibt.
    Faserdämmplatten und Metall werden durch ein geeignetes ■klebemittel zu einem Stück unlösbar verbunden.
