Diese scharfe Differenzierung der Kunstctoffe bein Kaltverform«
ja r,ßr insofern nicht iu erwarten, tile eine Reihe der genannten
kunstharze au Lacken verarbeitet werden, die zur Lackierung
von Verpacfcungsblechen vor der formung zu Konservendosen
dienen· £tt handelt sich hierbei offenbar um eine su ech*aehe
Beanspruchung, uic weeentliche Unterschiede ewiechen des einzelnen
Kunstharzen hervortreten su lassen·'
Unter den Celluloseethern haben sich lethy1-, Äthyl-, Oxyllthyl-,
Athylhydroxyäthyl- und Bengylcellulosen als besonders geeignet
erwieeon. Von diesen ist die ilethylcellulose sowohl in kalten
lasser als auch in organiechen Löeungemitteln löslich, während
sich die anderen Äther nur in organischen Lusung&aitteln lüsen.
Als organische Lösungsmittel sich chlorierte iCohlenwasnerstoffe,
wie '^ethylenchlorid, IrI- und lerchloräthylen, Alkohole, later,
Ketone, aroma tische /.ohlenwasaerstoffe und dergleichen geeignet.
Lie chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffe werden wegen ihrer Klchtbrennbarkeit vielfach bevorzugt. UXe Lösungsmittel können,
sowohl für eich allein als auch, «enn gewünscht oder erforderlich,
in i.:ischunden verwendet werden·
Das Kunstharz wird dem Lüeun^aiittcl Torsugsweise in einer
solchen Men^e eugegoben, auß nach Auftrag dor Lösung und/oder

Lieperslon und Verdampfen des Uberschtiseigen Lösungsmittels

1 Mb 15 g/a* ergeben. Geringere Schichtstärken Bind vielfach

Kunstharz In der Kur*Btharalüeung vorliegen muß, um die optimale
Schichtdicke zu erzielen, richtet sich nach der Art &er Aufbringung
der Kunetbarzlüsung auf die Metalloberfläche und
der Viskosität der Kunstharzlb'sung und läßt' sich durch Yor-
>ereuch« einfach ermitteln»
Die Kunstharzlosungen können neben dem Celluloseether noch
andere Zusätze enthalten« Zusätze von Polychloropren, '«eichtaaehcrn,
s« B. Dioctyleebazat und Srichlorätbylphosphat, mit
Fettsäuren modifizierte Alkydharze» Polybutene, Polyäthylen, natürliche und/oder synthetische Äaohse, Fettsäuren, z. B.
Stearinsäure und Kokosölfettsäure, XettBäure&Xkenolamlde,
s.B·.Kokosülfetteäuremonoäthanolamidt tierische und/oder
pflanzliche Fette, ζ. Β· Ϊ3ΐ£, Wollfett und EUböl, PoIyvinylalkylether,
z. B. Polyvinjlieobutylather, einzeln
oder in Gemiech, erhöhen die Ziehfähigkeit· iino Loihe dieaer
Zusätze, vie ζ. B. PolyvinylalkylUther, üeichmacher, fettsauren,
Alkydharze, erhöhen ferner die Haftfestigkeit des

einer Versuchsreihe an Stahlrohren hervor· In diesem Fall
wurden In einer Lösung von «-»thylcelluloee in eines Gemisch
von iietbylenchlorid und .Verchloräthylen (1 Vol· ♦ 1 VoI)
die verschiedenen Zusätze einzeln gelöst baw· diaper^iert·
In die reaultierenden Lesungen wurden, wir echoe ie vorstehenden
Versuch beschrieben» blanke Stahlrohre getaucht und nach des Herausnehmen an der LuXt getrocknet· Das
TrockenfilBgewlcht lag xwiachen 6 und 12 g/a .
Das Ziehprograaa wurde in gleicher I eise wi* bei den der
Tab. 1 zugrundeliegenden Versuchen durchgeführt· Die i-r~
gebniese sind in der Tabelle 2 aufgeführt·

werden Jedoch nur bei äuiierst schweren Verformungen verwendet,
da sie die Kntfernbarkeit dca filmeβ nach de»
Ziehen erschweren und das i-ndziel, nämlich eine absolut
saubere Metalloberfläche nach den Ziehen au erhalten, nur durch £ijQschaltung inteneiver wirkender Eeißigungsoperationen
erreicht wird·
lösungen und/oder Dispersionen werden vorzugsweise bei fiautttemperatur angewendet· Der Auftrag des Bafifilaes
kann nach den Üblichen Lackierverfahren, s» B* d.>rch Tauchen,
fluten, Übergießen, Spritzen und dgl· auf die vorsugswcise
von fett, Staub und Xorrosioceprodukten befreite iietalloberflüobe
erfolgen· Sie Filae werden anschließend bei
fcaumtenperatur oder erhöhter Temperatur getrocknet· Die
Verformung kann wie bei den in den !Tabellen 1*3 angegebenen Versuchen ohne zusätzliche Anwendung eines κ/c hai ermittele
erfolgen· Es gibt jedoch fälle, in denen der Auftrag eines Schmiermittels vor der Yerforaung Vorteil·
bringt· Sio lüeen sich z» B. cit Mineralöl zusätzlich befettete
Teile beim liofziehon leichter vom stempel·
Das erfindungsgestäße Verfahren kann fur alle Metalle Verwendung
finden* Besonders deutlich werden die Vorteile bei

an sieb schwer verformbaren werkstoffen, z. B« Edelstahl,
Kicke 1-ChroRi-Legierungev Titan und Zirkon, sowie bei
schweren Verformungen, wie s· B. dem liohrzug Bit starken
Abzügen, dea Kaltfließpressen, und dta liefziehen alt Wand·
stärkenvertainderung. Aber auch in allen Übrigen fällen hut
das Verfahren gegenüber der Verwendung anderer Überzüge
^ Vorzüge.
Die Entfernung des Überzuges und gegebenenfalls auch des
Schmiermittels nach dem Ziehen ist durch ..eschen der Werkstücke»*.
B. in organische« Lösungsmittel, oder auch viurca Lösungsmitteldampfbehandlung möglich., lilt so gereinigte
Oberflächt zeichnet sich durch absolute Biefenfreiheit
und hervorragende Sauberkeit gegenüber der herko'aualichün
Arbeitsweise aus«

darin, daß bei konsequenter Anwendung der erfindungegemäßen
Arbeitcaethode und ausschließlicher Verwendung or-*
ganischer Lösungsmittel für die Beschichtung und Entfernung der schicht in Kombination alt zunderfreiem üliihtn
der kaltverh :rteten »erkstücke unter Schutzgas la iiertiüOjDßebetrieb

Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Erleichterung der Kaltverformung von Metallen,
V-X dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Verformung auf dlt Metall·
oberfläche aus Lösungen und/oder Dispersionen ein Überzug
aufgebracht wird, der einen oder mehrere Celluloseäther enthält·
2· Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein
überzug aufgebracht v.ird, der ttehr als 20 G«w«>i,
«eise mehr als 35 Gew»?£t Celluloeeäther enthält·
3· Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch daß ein Überzug aufgebracht wird, der kethylcellulos*
und/oder Athylcelluloee und/oder OxyUthylcelluloae und/
oder Äthylhydroxy&thylcelluloso und/oder Bensylctlluloee
enthält·
4· Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bia 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß rue Aufbringen der Überzüge Lusungen und/oder Diaper*
alonen verwendet werden, die zusätzlich Polychloropren
enthalten·
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch ^ekennzeichnet,
daß zum Aufbringen der Überzüge lösungen und/oder Lisper·

daß zum Aufbringen der 'überzüge Lösungen und/oder Dispersionen verwendet werden, die zusätzlich natürlich· und/oder
synthetische Wachse enthalten»
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ZUB Aufbringen der überzüge lösungen und/oder Dispersionen
verwendet werden, die zusätzlich Fettsäuren, wie-κ·
B. Stearinsäure und KokosölfetteUure, enthalten«
