Zweitakt-Vergasermotoren ohne Schmierölvorrat werden für gewöhnlich in der Weise geschmiert,
'iß man das öl dem Motorentreibstoff zusetzt
u. ' womöglich in den Zylindern mit verbrennen läßt. Wenn zuwenig öl in der Treibstoff-Öl-Mischung
angewandt wird, tritt übermäßige Motorabnutzung ein. Die Treibstoff-Öl-Mengenverhältnisse, die in
bezug auf Abnutzung zur Verlängerung der Motorlebensdauer ausreichen, erhöhen aber die Gesamtkosten
der zum Motorbetrieb benötigten Erdölkohlenwasserstoffmischung beträchtlich. Außerdem
führt die Verwendung eines vom Abnutzungsstandpunkt zwar ausreichenden niedrigen Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisses
gewöhnlich zu übermäßigen Ablagerungen und infolgedessen drastisch verkürzter Lebensdauer der Zündkerzen am Motor. Wenn
man andererseits das Zündkerzenproblem durch Erhöhung des Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisses zu überwinden
sucht, führt dies wieder zu übermäßiger Motorabnutzung. Bisher war es tatsächlich unmöglich,
Zweitaktmotoren mit weit über 20 : 1 liegendem Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnis zu betreiben,
ohne dabei katastrophal hohe Motorabnutzungsverhältnisse zu schaffen und tatsächlich in die
Gefahr eines Fressens der beweglichen Motorteile zu laufen.
Heutzutage pflegt man bei Zweitaktbetrieb und insbesondere bei Hochleistungs-Außenbordmotoren
verbleite, also mit Alkylbleiantiklopfmitteln versetzte Treibstoffe zu verwenden, um ordentliche
Motorleistung und maximale Kraft zu gewährleisten. Dabei erhöhen aber die bleihaltigen Produkte,
die sich bei der Verbrennung solcher Alkylbleiantiklopfmittel im Motor bilden, das Ausmaß
der vorstehend erörterten, bei hohem Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnis auftretenden Probleme beträchtlich.
Daher bezweckt die Erfindung vor allem die Schaffung einer Treibstoffmischung für den Betrieb
von Zweitaktverbrennungsmotoren unter Verwendung eines wirtschaftlich hohen Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisses
und gleichzeitiger Zurückdrängung der Motorabnutzung auf ein annehmbares Maß.
Die Erfindung besteht demgemäß aus Treibstoffen für Zweitaktbenzinmotoren, die einen Gehalt
von 0,5 bis 6,2 Gewichtsprozent Schmieröl aufweisen und gekennzeichnet sind dadurch, daß sie
— je auf vorhandenes Schmieröl bezogen — etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10 Gewichtsprozent einer öllöslichen,
schwefelhaltigen Organozinnverbindung mit mindestens einer Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung und mindestens
einer nichtionischen Schwefel-Zinn-Bindung und gegebenenfalls 0,5 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent eines
Treibstoffe für Zweitaktbenzinmotoren

Amids der allgemeinen Formel

in der R einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 5 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen und Ri und Ri
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, enthalten.
Die in diesen neuartigen Treibstoffen enthaltenen Zinnverbindungen gestatten die Verwendung viel
höherer Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisse als je zuvor und verringern oder beseitigen sogar jede stärkere
Abnutzung infolge der geringeren öl- im Vergleich zur Treibstoffmenge.
Es sind zwar in der französischen Patentschrift 234 139 schwefelhaltige Organozinnverbindungen
als Zusatz zu Schmiermitteln beschrieben und derartige zinnhaltige Schmiermittel auch als für »Motoren«
geeignet bezeichnet worden. Hierbei handelt es sich aber um Elektromotoren, bei denen die
Erhöhung der elektrischen Leitfähigkeit des Schmieröls durch die Organozinnverbindung ausgenutzt
wird.
Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich demgegenüber aber nicht um ein Lager- oder Kontaktschmieröl
für elektrische Geräte oder Maschinen, wie Unterbrecher, Motoren, Relais oder Generatoren, sondern
um die Kolbenschmierung in Verbrennungsmotoren ohne Schmierölsumpf, nämlich um die Gemischschmierung
von Zweitaktmotoren.
Unter verbleitem Treibstoff wird ein solcher verstanden, der im Liter etwa 0,13 bis etwa 1,6 g
Blei in Form eines Alkylbleiantiklopfmittels, wie etwa Tetraäthylblei, Tetramethylblei, Mischungen
beider sowie durch chemische Rückverteilung solcher Mischungen entstandene Gleichgewichtsmischungen
aus Tetramethylblei, Trimethyläthylblei, Dimethyldiäthylblei, Methyltriäthylblei und Tetraäthylblei usf.,
enthält. Die Ausgangsmischungen können dabei 50 zu 50, 25 zu 75 oder 75 zu 25 Molprozent Mischungen
von Tetraäthylblei und Tetramethylblei sein. Fernerhin sind auch Arylbleiverbindungen, wie beispielsweise
Tetraphenylblei, geeignet.
Wenn auch der wesentliche erfindungsgemäß erzielte Vorteil in der Ermöglichung einer starken
Erhöhung des Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisses liegt, werden erfahrungsgemäß auch noch durch Verwendung
der neuartigen Zusammensetzungen bei Treibstofföl-Verhältnissen
bis zu 15 : 1 herab gute Ergebnisse erzielt. Es muß aber betont werden, daß der wesentlichere
Vorteil der Erfindung darin liegt, daß sie beim Zweitaktbetrieb Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisse anzuwenden
gestattet, die drastisch höher als bisher möglich, und zwar von etwa 30 : 1 bis zu etwa
200 : 1 aufwärts liegen. Derart außergewöhnlich hohe Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisse waren wegen übermäßiger
Abnutzung und starken Fressens der Motorenteile bisher nicht erzielbar.
Dies im Einzelfall anzuwendende Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnis hängt von der Konzentration der angewandten
Organozinnverbindung und der Schwierigkeit des Motorbetriebes ab. Die schwierigeren
Betriebsbedingungen erfordern im allgemeinen niedrigere Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnisse, und bei einem gegebenen
Betriebsschwierigkeitsgrad ändert sich das Verhältnis direkt mit der Konzentration der Organozinnverbindung
im öl und kann das Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnis für ein vorgegebenes Abnutzungsausmaß
um so höher sein, je mehr Organozinnverbindung vorhanden ist.
Die bevorzugten Organozinnverbindungen bestehen aus den Dialkylzinnsulfiden mit der Formel
RaSnS, in der R einen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 3 bis
18 Kohlenstoffatomen einschließlich der Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl- und Arylkohlenwasserstoffreste bedeutet.
Hierzu gehören beispielsweise Dipropylzinnsulfid, die Dibutylzinnsulfide, und zwar das normal-, iso-,
sekundär- oder tertiär-Isomere oder Mischungen derselben, fernerhin Diphenylzinnsulfid, Dilaurylzinnsulfid
oder Dioctadecylzinnsulfid. Man kann auch ungesättigte Reste benutzen, wenngleich auch
die bevorzugten Verbindungen aus gesättigten Kohlenwasserstoffresten aufgebaut sind.
Wegen seiner hervorragenden Wirksamkeit werden vor allem die Dibutylzinnsulfide bevorzugt.
Falls der Alkylrest im Dialkylzinnsulfid aus Methyl oder Äthyl besteht, existiert die entsprechende
Verbindung in einer cyclischen, trimeren Form (R2SnS)3. Derartige Verbindungen, also beispielsweise
trimeres Diäthyl- oder Dimethylzinnsulfid, sind ebenfalls verwendbar.
Weitere Verbindungen umfassen Triorganozinnmonosulfide der Formel (R3Sn^S, in der R einen
Kohlenwasserstoffrest obiger Art mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet. Als Beispiel hierfür seien
Trimethylzinnmonosulfid und Tritolylzinnmonosulfid genannt. Fernerhin sind auch die Triorganozinntrisulfide
mit der Formel (RSn^S3 verwendbar, in der
R wiederum einen Kohlenwasserstoffrest obiger Art mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellt. Hierzu
gehören beispielsweise Tricyclohexylzinntrisulfid und Trixylylzinntrisulfid. Außerdem sind auch noch die
Alkylzinnhydrosulfide der Formel RSn(SH)3 mit R in vorstehend angegebener Bedeutung ausnutzbar.
Dies gilt beispielsweise für Butylzinnhydrosulfid und Decylzinnhydrosulfid.
Zusätzlich zu diesen vorerwähnten Verbindungen läßt sich auch jede sonstige öllösliche, schwefelhaltige
Organozinnverbindung verwenden, die wenigstens eine Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung und mindestens
eine nichtionische Zinn-Schwefel-Bindung aufweist. Verbindungen mit einer ionischen Zinn-Schwefel-Bindung,
wie etwa Organozinnsulfate, sind demgegenüber ohne Nutzen. Ein Grund hierfür besteht dabei darin, daß sie nicht die erforderlichen
Löslichkeitseigenschaften besitzen.
Obwohl man zwar schon gewisse Organozinnverbindungen als Zusatz zu Schmiermittelmischungen
und in ihnen als Obenzylinderschmiermittel vorgeschlagen hat, zeitigen die erfindungsgemäßen
Treibstoffe für Zweitaktbenzinmotoren überraschende Ergebnisse.
Einerseits kann infolge der hohen Verdünnung des Öls durch Treibstoff bei den erfindungsgemäßen
Treibstoffen die Konzentration des wirksamen Zinnbestandteils im fertigen Treibstoff äußerst gering
sein und trotzdem die erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile entstehen lassen. Andererseits dienen die erfindungsgemäßen
Treibstoffe zwei bestimmten Funktionen beim Zweitaktbetrieb. Sie erfüllen dabei nicht nur
die Aufgabe, die Motorenteile zu schmieren, bevor der Treibstoff im Verbrennungsraum verbraucht
ist, sondern dienen auch dazu, während und nach der Treibstoffverbrennung und trotz der Bleiverbrennungsprodukte
und ihres Beitrags zur Schaffung einer abnutzungsfördernden Atmosphäre die Abnutzung
in und nahe dem Verbrennungsraum selbst zu vermindern.
Hinweise zur Herstellung vieler dieser Zinnverbindungen
finden sich in dem Buch von Krause und von Grosse, »Die Chemie der metallorganischen
Verbindungen«, Verlag Edwards Brothers, Inc., Ann Arbor, 1943.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Treibstoffe können dadurch gewonnen werden, daß man entweder ein
Organozinnsulfid-Schmieröl-Gemisch herstellt und dieses dem verbleiten Treibstoff zusetzt oder ein
Organozinnsulfid-verbleites Treibstoffgemisch zubereitet und mit dem Schmieröl vermengt oder
zuerst Schmieröl und Treibstoff zusammenfügt und erst zum Schluß das Organozinnsulfid zugibt.
In ähnlicher Weise kann die Alkylbleiverbindung dem Treibstoff, dem Schmieröl und der Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Kombination
zugesetzt werden. Vorzugsweise gibt man das Organozinnsulfid dem Schmieröl in einer Konzentration von etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10 Gewichtsprozent
zu und verschneidet dann den verbleiten Treibstoff mit diesem Organozinnsulfid-Schmieröl-Gemisch.
Für die erfindungsgemäßen Mischungen verwendet man im allgemeinen ein Schmieröl desselben
Typs, wie es für gewöhnlich zur Kurbelgehäuseschmierung eines Vergasermotors benutzt wird.
Es kann also aus paraffinischem, naphthenischem, asphaltischem oder Mischbasis-Ausgangsmaterial abgeleitet
sein und besitzt im allgemeinen eine im weiten Bereich temperaturabhängige Viskosität. Man
braucht kein reines Schmiermittel mineralischen Ursprungs zu verwenden. Das Schmieröl kann
vielmehr andere Zusätze enthalten und mit anderen ölsorten einschließlich pflanzlicher öle, wie z. B.
Rapssamenöl oder Rizinusöl, oder synthetischer öle, wie polymerisiertem Olefin oder organischen
Polyestern, darunter Dioctylsebacat und Trihexylphosphat, verschnitten sein.
Der verwendete Treibstoff besteht primär aus einem flüssigen, von Erdöl abgeleiteten Kohlenwasserstoff
vom Benzinsiedebereich. Er kann aber auch kleinere Mengen anderer Bestandteile einschließlich nicht
kohlenwasserstoffartiger Treibstoffbestandteile enthalten. Außerdem enthält der Treibstoff stets zwecks
Verbesserung seiner Octaneigenschaften im Liter 0,13 bis etwa 1,72 g Blei in Form eines Alkylbleiantiklopfmittels
vorstehend beschriebener Art. Die Mischungen können fernerhin auch noch ein Organohalogenidspülmittel
oder mehrere davon enthalten, die die Aufgabe haben, das nach der Verbrennung im Verbrennungsraum anwesende Blei in Bleihalogenid
umzuwandeln, das flüchtiger und aus dem Verbrennungsraum leichter als die Bleioxyde abführbar
ist, die bei Abwesenheit eines Spülmittels die normalen Verbrennungsprodukte sind. Das
Spülmittel wird in solcher Menge angewendet, daß — auf die anwesende Bleimenge berechnet —
0,75 bis 2,5 oder noch mehr Einheiten Halogen gemäß Theorie zur Verfügung stehen. Eine theoretische
Halogeneinheit ist dabei diejenige Menge, die zur quantitativen Umwandlung des vorhandenen
Bleis in Bleidihalogenid erforderlich ist. Ein übliches, im Zweitaktbetrieb weitgehend benutztes Antiklopfmittelgemisch
besteht aus Tetraäthylbleiflüssigkeit mit 1,0 theoretischer Einheit Chlor als Äthylendichlorid
und 0,5 theoretischen Einheiten Brom als Äthylendibromid.
Erfahrungsgemäß schafft der Zusatz von Organohalogenidspülmitteln in größerer als normaler Menge
große Vorteile in bezug auf schwächere Verbrennungsraumablagerungen und verlängerte Zündkerzenlebensdauer.
Daher wird erfindungsgemäß der fertigen Mischung so viel Organohalogenidspülmittel oder
eine Mischung davon zugesetzt, daß die gesamte, in der Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Mischung vorhandene
Halogenmenge bis zu 2,5 theoretische Einheiten, auf vorhandenes Blei bezogen, ausmacht. Normales
Benzin enthält selten mehr als 1,5 bis 1,6 Gesamteinheiten Halogen gemäß der Theorie. Diese Zugabe
von »Extra«-Spülmittel läßt sich am bequemsten durch Einmischen des Organohalogenids in das
Schmieröl vor dessen Zugabe zum Treibstoff oder in die fertige Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Mischung oder
in den Treibstoff vor der Schmierölzugabe durchführen. In jedem Fall wird das zusätzliche Spülmittel
in solcher Menge zugesetzt, daß die insgesamt in der endgültigen Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Mischung
enthaltene Menge — auf anwesendes Blei bezogen — etwa 0,75 bis 2,5 theoretische Einheiten
ausmacht.
Für gewöhnlich ist es vorteilhaft, das Organohalogenidspülmittel dem Schmieröl vor seiner Zugabe
zum Treibstoff beizumischen. Im allgemeinen wird so viel Spülmittel zugesetzt, daß es etwa 0,5
bis etwa 7,5 Gewichtsprozent des Schmieröls ausmacht. Daher kann man also ein mineralisches
Schmieröl schaffen, das 0,1 bis 10,0 Gewichtsprozent einer Organozinnverbindung der beschriebenen Art
und so viel Organohalogenidspülmittel enthält, ίο daß die Bildung von Verbrennungsraumablagerungen
wesentlich herabgesetzt und die Zündkerzenlebensdauer im Zweitaktmotor verlängert wird. Diese
Menge an Organohalogenidspülmittel liegt für gewöhnlich zwischen etwa 0,25 und etwa 7,5 und
vorzugsweise zwischen 0,25 und 2,5 Gewichtsprozent des Schmieröls. Erfindungsgemäß werden somit
Treibstoffe für Zweitaktmotoren, die so viel Schmieröl nebst dem oben angegebenen Organozinnsulfid
und Organohalogenidspülmittel enthalten, daß das Treibstoff-Öl-Verhältnis zwischen etwa 15 : 1 und
etwa 200 : 1 und vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 30 : 1 und etwa 200 : 1 liegt, vorgesehen.
Zu den brauchbaren Organohalogenidspülmitteln gehören fernerhin

die einzeln oder in Kombination angewendet werden können. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Bromkohlen-Wasserstoffe
den Chlorkohlenwasserstoffen vorgezogen, weil sie auf die bei Zweitaktmotoren viel
verwendeten Aluminiumteile weniger korrodierend wirken. Die am meisten bevorzugte Verbindung
ist Äthylendibromid, das als Spülmittel vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 0,25 bis 2,0"/o im öl
oder von 0,75 bis 2,5 theoretischen Einheiten in der fertigen Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Mischung angewendet
wird.
Die Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Mischung kann außer der Organozinnverbindung auch noch ein Schlammdispergiermittel
enthalten, weil dadurch wesentlich verbesserte Ergebnisse erzielt werden.
Unter den zahlreichen hierfür geeigneten und zum Teil bekannten Zusätzen dieser Art zeichnen
sich durch besondere Brauchbarkeit Carbonsäureamide der allgemeinen Formel
R —CO-N<
aus, in der R einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 5 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen und Ri und Ro
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten. Der R-Rest ist vorzugsweise
gesättigt, kann aber auch ungesättigt sein. Die Ri- und R2-Reste des sekundären Aminteils besitzen
etwa gleiche Kohlenstoffzahlen und bestehen vorzugsweise aus sekundären aliphatischen Resten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Treibstoffe enthalten also, auf das Gewicht des in ihm enthaltenen Schmieröls
bezogen, etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10% einer Organozinnverbindung früher angegebener Art und etwa 0,25
bis 10 und vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 5n/o Schlammdispergiermittel.
Letzteres muß ersichtlicherweise zumindest in solcher Menge vorhanden sein, daß es die Schlammbildung
im Zweitaktmotor wesentlich herabsetzt.
Der ölgehalt selbst des Treibstoffs wird so bemessen,
daß das Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen etwa 15 : 1 und etwa 200 : 1
und vorzugsweise zwischen etwa 30 : 1 und etwa 200 : 1 liegt.
Das Schmieröl kann außerdem noch so viel Oxydationsschutzmittel enthalten, daß der Treibstoff
und das öl gegen oxydative Zersetzung geschützt werden. Die Schutzmittelmenge liegt für gewöhnlich
zwischen etwa 0,05 und etwa 5 Gewichtsprozent des Schmieröls.
Zu den bevorzugten Oxydationsschutzmittelsorten gehören die Alkylphenole und darunter einringige
Dialkyl- und Trialkylphenole, wie z. B. 2,6-Ditertiärbutylphenol, 2,4,6-Tritertiärbutylphenol und 2,6-Ditertiärbutyl-4-methylphenol.
Verwendbar sind auch mehrringige Phenole, in denen zwei Dialkylphenoleinheiten
über die Ortho- oder Para-Kohlenstoffatome
durch Alkylengruppen oder Schwefelatome gebunden sind. Zu den besonders geeigneten Oxydationsschutzmitteln
gehören die 4,4'-Methylenbis-(2,6-dialkylphenole),
in denen sämtliche Alkylgruppen an die Kohlenstoffatome alpha zum Benzolring angelenkt sind und 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten.
Ein hervorragendes Beispiel ist 4,4'-Methylenbis - (2,6 - ditertiärbutylphenol). Bei Verwendung
solcher Bisphenole liegt ihre bevorzugte Konzentration — auf ölgewicht bezogen — zwischen 0,05
und etwa 2%. Außerdem können Amin- und Aminophenol-Oxydationsschutzmittel
verwendet werden.
Zwecks Nachweises der erfindungsgemäß geschaffenen Vorteile wurden an einem 40-PS-Außenbord-Zweitaktvergasermotor
Versuche durchgeführt. Dieser Motor stellte ein übliches Modell der tatsächlich in Gebrauch befindlichen Außenbordantriebe
dar. Der Versuch wurde über 120 Stunden hinweg durchgeführt, wobei der Motor während 40 Stunden
lief und während 80 Stunden stillgesetzt wurde. Er lief in Perioden von je 8 Stunden und durfte
dann 16 Stunden ausruhen. Er arbeitete in einem großen Wassertank. Zu Beginn der einzelnen Versuche
wurden neue Zündkerzen in den Motor eingebaut und neue, zuvor genau gewogene Kolbenringe
in die einzelnen Zylinder eingesetzt. Nach Versuchsschluß wurden die Kolbenringe herausgenommen
und zurückgewogen, um die Höhe des Kolbenringgewichtsverlustes zu bestimmen, die ein
Maß für die durch den Motorlauf verursachte Abnutzung darstellt.
Bei allen nachfolgend beschriebenen Versuchen bestand das verwendete öl aus einem handeisüblichen,
speziellen Mischschmieröl, das vom Fabrikanten als Zweitakt-Außenbordschmiermittel empfohlen
war. Es besaß eine Viskosität von 857 SUS bei 37.8 C und von 78.4 SUS bei 98,9 C sowie
einen Viskositätsindex von 88,0. Vor Versuchsbeginn besaß das öl einen Schwefelgehalt von 0,2%
und eine Säurezahl von 0,5. Die ölanalyse ergab. daß es kein Barium. Phosphor, Zink und Chlor
und nur Spuren von Calcium enthielt. Der bei diesen Versuchen zum Motorbetrieb benutzte Treibstoff' (i5
bestand aus einem handelsüblichen, regulären Kraftfahneugbenzingemisch.
das 24.5% Aromatika. 3.5" (,
Olefine, 72"/» gesättigte Kohlenwasserstoffe und 0,02% Schwefel enthielt. Sein spezifisches Gewicht
betrug 0,7385 und sein Dampfdruck gemäß ASTM-Methode D-323 0,58 kg/cm2. Sein Anfangssiedepunkt
lag bei 39,4° C und sein Endsiedepunkt bei 207,2° C. Er enthielt im Liter 0,79 ecm Blei in Form
von Tetraäthylblei (als »Motor Mix«) und besaß eine Motoroctanzahl von 100,6 gemäß ASTM-Methode
D-908.
Aus dieser Treibstoff- und Schmierölsorte wurden zahlreiche Ansätze ir.it und ohne erfindungsgemäßen
Organozinnsulfidzusatz in verschiedenen Konzentrationen hergestellt. Diese Treibstoff-Öl-Mischungen
wurden dann nach vorstehend beschriebenem Verfahren bei dem Außenbordmotor angewendet, um
die beachtenswerte Verringerung der Kolbenringabnutzung durch sehr kleine Mengen erfindungsgemäßer
Zinnverbindungen nachzuweisen.
Die Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnisse variierten zwischen 24 : 1 und 100 : 1. Bei dem 100 : 1-Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
wurde die Zinnverbindung in verschiedener Konzentration angewandt. Die je drei Kolbenringe pro Zylinder, also
insgesamt sechs, wurden vor und nach jedem Versuch gewogen, damit der während des Versuchs
durch Abnutzung aufgetretene mittlere Gewichtsverlust festgestellt werden konnte. Dabei ergaben
sich folgende Resultate:
Bei einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis von 100 : 1 ohne Organozinnverbindungszusatz betrug
der mittlere Gewichtsverlust der sechs Kolbenringe in den beiden Zylindern 51,5 mg. Bei Herabsetzung
des Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnisses auf 24 : 1 war die entsprechende Zahl 33,6 mg. Wenn die
Treibstoffmischung ein Organozinnsulfid in einer Menge von 0,25 Gewichtsprozent, auf anwesendes
Schmieröl berechnet, enthielt, war der Gewichtsverlust bei einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
von 100 : 1 nur 43,6 mg. Er ging bei einem Zinnverbindungsgehalt von 0,5 Gewichtsprozent auf
38,3 mg und bei einem solchen von 1,0% auf 36,4 mg herunter.
Wenn man den mittleren Gewichtsverlust pro Zylinder bei einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
von 24 : 1 mit 100% ansetzt, dann tritt ersichtlicherweise bei einer Erhöhung des Treibstoff-Schmieröi-Verhältnisses
auf 100 : 1 ohne Organozinnzusatz eine Erhöhung auf 152% ein. Bleibt man beim gleichen 100 : 1-Verhältnis, gibt aber 0,25% Organozinnsulfid
hinzu, so geht die Abnutzung auf 130% des 24 : 1-Wertes ohne Zusatz herunter, und bei
0,5 und 1,0% Zinnverbindungszusatz sinken die Werte sogar auf 114 bzw. 108%) herab.
Daraus ist deutlich erkennbar, daß die Benutzung der Organozinnverbindung es ermöglicht, ein 100 : 1-Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
anzuwenden und dabei praktisch nur die Abnutzung beizubehalten, die bei einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis von nur
24 : 1 ohne Zinnverbindungszusatz auftritt.
Man kann sogar im Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis bis auf 200 : 1 heraufgehen und immer noch gute
Ergebnisse erzielen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Treibstoffe werden in den nachstehenden Beispielen erläutert, in denen sich
alle Teil- und Prozentangaben auf Gewicht beziehen, soweit nicht etwas anderes ausgesagt ist. Die zur
Gewinnung dieser Mischungen benutzten Schmieröle und Treibstoffe besitzen die in den Tabellen I und II
angegebenen Eigenschaften.

100 Teile Schmieröl D werden mit 5 Teilen Dihexylzinnsulfid
und 0,5 Teilen von 4,4'-Methylenbis - (2,6 - di - tertiärbutylphenol) versetzt. Diese
Mischung wird mit Treibstoff C in einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
von 75 : 1 vermischt, um eine abnutzungsarme Zweitakt - Treibstoffmischung zu schaffen.
100 Teile Schmieröl B werden mit 3 Teilen Tribenzylzinnmonosulfid
und 1 Teil Calciumerdölsulfonat versetzt. Diese Mischung wird mit Treibstoff F in einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis von
200 : 1 versetzt, um eine abnutzungsarme erfindungsgemäße Mischung zu schaffen.
Der Arbeitsweise gemäß Beispiel 3 wird gefolgt, dabei jedoch als Organozinnverbindung Methylzinnhydrosulfid
und als Schlammträger ein Copolymer aus Laurylmethacrylat und Ν,Ν-Dimethylaminoäthylmethacrylat
verwendet.
100 Teile Schmieröl F werden mit 1 Teil Dibutylzinnsulfid, 2,8 Teilen Schlammträger, hergestellt aus
einer Mischung aus Octanoesäure und ihrem Amid mit Sekundäroctylamin, 0,5 Teilen 4,4'-Methylenbis-(2,6-ditertiärbutylphenol)
und 1,7 Teilen Äthylendibromid versetzt. Diese Mischung wird mit Treibstoff B in einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis von
15 : 1 und 30 : 1 versetzt.
100 Teile Schmieröl G werden mit 1,5 Teilen Triphenylzinntrisulfid und 0,5 Teilen Äthylendibromid
versetzt. Diese Mischung wird mit Treibstoff D in einem Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis von 80 : 1
vermischt.

Diese Mischung wird mit Treibstoffe im Treibstoff-Schmieröl-Verhältnis
von 100 : 1 vermischt.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch;Treibstoffe fur Zweitaktbenzinmotoren, die einen Gehalt von 0,5 bis 6,2 Gewichtsprozent20Schmieröl aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie — je auf vorhandenes Schmieröl bezogen — etwa 0,1 bis etwa 10 Gewichtsprozent einer öllöslichen, schwefelhaltigen Organozinnverbindung mit mindestens einer Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung und mindestens einer nichtionischen Schwefel-Zinn-Bindung und gegebenenfalls 0,5 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent eines Amids der allgemeinen Formel-RiR —CO-N<in der R einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 5 bis 9 Kohlenstoffatomen und Ri und R2 aliphatisch« Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeuten, enthalten.In Betracht gezogene Druckschriften:
