Gegenstand der Patentanmeldung D 27019 IVa/30h (deutsche Auslegeschrift 1 065 984) sind Hautpflege- und Haarwaschmittel, die Undecylensäuremonoäthanolamid enthalten; dieses Amid hat fungicide Eigenschaften.
Im weiteren Verlauf der Untersuchungen wurde nun überraschend gefunden, daß nicht nur das Monoäthanolamid der Undecylensäure, sondern auch die Amide aus Undecylensäure und einem oder mehreren Mol eines Dialkanolamins, z. B. des Diäthanolamins und Diisopropanolamins ganz ähnliche Eigenschaften besitzen, und daß sie außerdem baktericid wirken. Ebenso zeigen andere Monoalkanolamide der Undecylensäure als das Monoäthanolamid, z. B. das Undecylensäuremonoisopropanolamid die gleichen Eigenschäften.
Die Verwendung von Monoäthanolamiden ungesättigter Fettsäuren in Hautpflegemitteln sowie ihre besonders hautfreundlichen Eigenschaften sind inzwischen bekanntgeworden. Daraus konnte jedoch nicht entnommen werden, daß Undecylensäurealkanolamide allgemein eine fungicide und baktericide Wirkung ausüben.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft daher ein fungicides Hautpflege- und Haarwaschmittel, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es andere Monoalkanolamide der Undecylensäure als das in der Hauptpatentanmeldung unter Schutz gestellte Undecylensäuremonoäthanolamid, Undecylensäuredialkanolamide oder amidartige Kondensationsprodukte aus 1 Mol Undecylensäure und mehr als 1 Mol eines Dialkanolamins enthält.
Da nun das Dialkanolamid der Undecylensäure bei Zimmertemperatur eine Flüssigkeit und die genannten Monoalkanolamide wie das Isopropanolamid leichter löslich sind als das Monoäthanolamid, lassen sie sich in flüssige Hautschutzmittel und in Flüssigkeiten, welche Hautschutzmittel enthalten, besser einbauen als dieses.
Die kosmetische Industrie und die Waschmittel-Industrie gehen mehr und mehr dazu über, an Stelle von Pulvern Flüssigkeiten oder Pasten herzustellen, da diese eine bequemere Anwendung ermöglichen.
Es stellt deshalb einen technischen Fortschritt dar, daß man Amide der Undecylensäure als baktericide und fungicide Mittel verwenden kann, die sich in diese vorteilhafter anzuwendenden Pasten oder Flüssigkeiten ohne Schwierigkeit einbauen lassen.
Die Herstellung von Polydialkanolamiden ist angegeben in Drug and Cosmetic Industry, 1956, S. 186 bis 187, 272 bis 277, und The Journal of the American Oil Chemists' Society, 1958, S. 548 bis 551.

3 Teile Sorbit,
0,3 Teile Parfüm
87,6 Teile Wasser.
Die ersten fünf Bestandteile werden zusammengeschmolzen; dann wird bei 60 bis 700C die wäßrige Sorbitlösung einemulgiert. Nach dem Abkühlen auf bis 450C wird parfümiert.
Beispiel 2 Flüssiges Haarwaschmittel
33,3 Teile Sekundär-Alkylsulfat (100% WAS), 1,85 Teile Undecylensäuremonoisopropanol-
amid,
1,85 Teile Ölsäurepolydiäthanolamid (Kondensationsprodukt aus 1 Mol Säure und 2 Mol Amin),
Rest auf 100 Teile Wasser.

35 Teile Lauryläthersulfat (100%ig),
2 Teile Undecylensäuremonoisopropanolamid,
