Abstract
Eine Prozessanlage umfasst ein Sicherheitssystem, das physikalisch und logisch derart in ein Prozesssteuerungssystem eingegliedert ist, dass das Sicherheits- und das Prozesssteuerungssystem eine gemeinsame Hard- und Software für Kommunikation und Konfiguration in der Prozessanlage verwenden können, während gleichzeitig immer noch eine funktionale Entkopplung zwischen den Sicherheitssystemsteuerungen und den Prozesssteuerungssystemsteuerungen vorgesehen ist. Dieses integrierte Prozesssteuerungs- und Sicherheitssystem verwendet eine gemeinsame Datenkommunikationsstruktur für sowohl das Sicherheits- als auch das Prozesssteuerungssystem, so dass die Konfigurationsanwendung Daten auf dieselbe Weise an Geräte in jedem System schicken oder von diesen empfangen kann, beispielsweise, indem dieselbe Kommunikationshardware und -software verwendet wird. Die gemeinsame Datenkommunikationsstruktur ist jedoch so aufgebaut, dass sie Prozessteuerungssystem- von Sicherheitssystemgeräten unterscheidet, indem sie Identifizierungskennzeichen, Adressen oder andere Felder in den an die Geräte geschickten oder von diesen eingegangenen Nachrichten verwendet, welche es ermöglichen, dass mit dem Prozesssteuerungssystem zusammenhängende Daten von mit dem Sicherheitssystem zusammenhängenden Daten unterschieden werden können, wodurch eine Konfigurationsanwendung in einer Benutzeroberfläche in die Lage versetzt wird, die Daten automatisch, je nach der Herkunft (oder Bestimmung) der Daten, ...
