Abstract

The brake has a caliper (1) overlapping the brake disc (3) and an actuating device for the brake linings (5,7). The actuating device has a turning lever (19) pref. operated by a piston rod. The lever has an aperture at one end to accommodate one end of the piston rod, and two further apertures in the outsides of the other end. Cap-shaped bearing shells and/or spherical bearing elements for the lever are fitted into the apertures, to hold the lever on the caliper and on at least one pressure piece to move the brake lining towards the brake disc.

Claims (10)

1. Pneumatisch und/oder elektromechanisch betätigte Scheibenbremse für Nutz­ fahrzeuge, mit
  • a) einem eine Bremsscheibe (3) übergreifenden Bremssattel (1),
  • b) einer im Bremssattel angeordneten Zuspanneinrichtung (13) zum Zu­ spannen von Bremsbelägen (5, 7) beidseits der Bremsscheibe (3) in Richtung derselben;
  • c) sowie wenigstens einem im Bremssattel angeordneten Nachstellsystem zum Ausgleich von Bremsbelag- und/oder Scheibenverschleiß durch Verstellen des Abstandes zwischen Bremsbelag (7) und Bremsscheibe (3),
  • d) wobei das Nachstellsystem vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Nachsteller- Einrichtung aufweist, insbesondere eine Nachsteller-Dreheinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • e) beidseits der Bremsscheibe (3) jeweils eine der Zuspanneinrichtungen (13, 17) zum Zuspannen der Bremsbeläge (5, 7) angeordnet ist,
  • f) der Bremssattel (1) relativ zum Achsflansch (11) unverschiebbar als Festsattel ausgelegt ist.

  • a) a brake caliper ( 1 ) spanning a brake disc ( 3 ),
  • b) an application device ( 13 ) arranged in the brake caliper for tensioning brake linings ( 5 , 7 ) on both sides of the brake disc ( 3 ) in the direction thereof;
  • c) and at least one adjusting system arranged in the brake caliper to compensate for brake lining and / or disc wear by adjusting the distance between the brake lining ( 7 ) and brake disc ( 3 ),
  • d) the adjusting system preferably having at least one adjusting device, in particular an adjusting rotating device, characterized in that
  • e) one of the application devices ( 13 , 17 ) for applying the brake pads ( 5 , 7 ) is arranged on each side of the brake disc ( 3 ),
  • f) the brake caliper ( 1 ) is designed to be non-displaceable relative to the axle flange ( 11 ) as a fixed caliper.

Scheibenbremse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuspann­ einrichtungen (13, 17) auf den beiden Seiten der Bremsscheibe (3) über eine Kopplungseinrichtung derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, daß sie ausschließlich synchron bewegbar sind.2.
