Abstract
Δίδονται ποντικοί οι οποίοι περιλαμβάνουν μία μείωση ή διαγραφή δραστικότητας ADAM6 από μία ενδογενή θέση ADAM6 ή οι οποίοι δεν διαθέτουν μία ενδογενή θέση η οποία κωδικοποιεί μία πρωτεΐνη ποντικού ADAM6, όπου οι ποντικοί περιλαμβάνουν μία αλληλουχία η οποία κωδικοποιεί μία ADAM6 ή ένα ορθόλογο ή ομόλογο ή θραύσμα αυτής που είναι λειτουργική εις έναν αρσενικό ποντικό.
