Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μεθόδους για να μειωθεί η πρόσληψη λίπους στο γαστρεντερικό σωλήνα ενός θηλαστικού προκειμένου να αποτραπεί ένα θετικό ενεργειακό ισοζύγιο, αύξηση βάρους, περιττό βάρος και παχυσαρκία, και για να προκληθεί ένα αρνητικό ενεργειακό ισοζύγιο και απώλεια βάρους σε υποκείμενα τα οποία επιθυμούν να μειώσουν το σωματικό τους βάρος. Συγκεκριμένα, συστατικά τροφίμων ή/και ροφημάτων και συμπληρώματα διατροφής της παρούσας εφεύρεσης περιλαμβάνουν λιναρόσπορους χρήσιμους για να αυξηθεί η απέκκριση περιττωματικού λίπους από το γαστρεντερικό σωλήνα.
