Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται κυρίως σε μία μέθοδο επικάλυψης ενός αγωγού μεταφοράς ή αποθήκευσης ενός ρευστού με μία διάταξη ανίχνευσης διαρροών του ρευστού, η οποία περιλαμβάνει ένα στρώμα από ινώδες μονωτικό υλικό, διαμορφωμένο για να περιβάλλει τον αγωγό, και ένα στρώμα από αγώγιμο υλικό το οποίο εκτείνεται επί του στρώματος μονωτικού υλικού, αποτελούμενο κατά βάσιν το αγώγιμο υλικό από ίνες άνθρακα ή γραφίτη, σύμφωνα με την οποία στερεώνεται το στρώμα μονωτικού υλικού επί του τοιχώματος του σωλήνα, με περιτύλιξη αυτού του στρώματος με συνδέσμους.
