Abstract
Νέα παράγωγα 4-αμινο-πυριμιδίνης ως ισχυροί ανταγωνιστές του A2a υποδοχέα αδενοσίνης του τύπου (I). Η εφεύρεση παρέχει επίσης μέθοδο για την παρασκευή τέτοιων ενώσεων, φαρμακευτικών συνθέσεων που περιέχουν αποτελεσματική ποσότητα αυτών των ενώσεων και τη χρήση τέτοιων ενώσεων στην κατασκευή φαρμάκου για τη θεραπευτική αγωγή παθήσεων που μπορούν να βελτιωθούν μέσω ανταγωνισμού του A2a υποδοχέα αδενοσίνης.
