Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται καινοφανής ένωση η οποία αναστέλλει την αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ της πρωτεΐνης Mdm2 (μυϊκή διπλή μικροσκοπική 2) και της πρωτεΐνης p53 και έχει δραστηριότητα κατά των όγκων. Συγκεκριμένα, αποκαλύπτεται παράγωγο ιμιδαζοθειαζόλης, το οποίο αναπαρίσταται από τον χημικό τύπο (1) και έχει διάφορα υποκατάστατα. Το παράγωγο ιμιδαζοθειαζόλης αναστέλλει την αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ της πρωτεΐνης Mdm2 και της πρωτεΐνης p53, και έχει δραστηριότητα κατά των όγκων. (Στον χημικό τύπο (1), τα R1 , R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, Αr1 και Αr2 καθορίζονται στην περιγραφή).
