Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στη παραγωγή μιας παραλλαγής της ανασυνδυασμένης θρυψίνης με αυξημένη ειδικότητα υποστρώματος για αργινίνη έναντι της λυσίνης σε μη ζωικούς οργανισμούς ξενιστή. Επιπλέον, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια παραλλαγή ανασυνδυασμένης θρυψίνης και τη παραγωγή τους.
