Abstract
Procedimiento para la purificacion o la deteccion de una proteína diana presente en una solucion, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento, previamente a la realizacion de la etapa de deteccion o de purificacion propiamente dicha, una etapa de puesta en contacto de dicha solucion con un aptámero ADN inmovilizado sobre un soporte solido, que se liga específicamente con dicha proteína diana, no ligándose dicho aptámero con una proteína homologa de dicha proteína diana susceptible de estar también presente en solucion. Reivindicacion 4: Procedimiento segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque dicha proteína diana es un factor de la coagulacion seleccionado de entre el factor VII (FVII), el factor VIII (FVIII), el factor X (FX), el factor IX (Factor IX), el factor XI (FXI), el factor XII (FXII), el factor XIII (FXIII), el factor II (TROMBINA), la antitrombina III (AT III), el cofactor II de la heparina (HCII), la proteína C (PC), la trombomodulina (TM), la proteína S (PS), el factor V (FV), el factor de Willerbrand (FvW) y el inhibidor de la ví del factor tisular (TFPI).
