Abstract
Μέθοδος για την καταστολή της εκτίναξης των βολιδοφόρων σφαιριδίων που είναι εγγενή της καταστροφής θραυσματικών και βολιδοφόρων πυρομαχικών. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση χρησιμοποιεί μέθοδο ενδόρρηξης εκρηκτικής ύλης μέσων εναύσεως (7) επάνω στη διάταξη πυρομαχικού δια της οποίας η διάταξη πυρομαχικού ανατινάζεται. Η μέθοδος έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την εξισορρόπηση της έκρηξης και της ενδόρρηξης, ελέγχοντας και μειώνοντας σημαντικά έτσι την ποσότητα, την ταχύτητα και την κινητική ενέργεια της εκτίναξης βολιδοφόρων σφαιριδίων που προκύπτει. Σε εναλλακτική εφαρμογή της παρούσας εφεύρεσης χρησιμοποιείται συνδυασμός κυλινδρικού περιέκτη (8) με τη διάταξη τυλιγμένου πυρομαχικού (1). Η διάταξη πυρομαχικού που πρόκειται να καταστραφεί τυλίγεται με εύκαμπτο εκρηκτικό υλικό (7) και τοποθετείται στο εσωτερικό του κυλινδρικού περιέκτη και ο κενός χώρος που σχηματίζεται μεταξύ των τοιχωμάτων του περιέκτη και του πυρομαχικού πληρώνεται με χύδην ή ρευστό εκρηκτικό υλικό (6). Κατά την ανατίναξη του εύκαμπτου εκρηκτικού υλικού και του ρευστού εκρηκτικού υλικού, γίνεται ενδόρρηξη και ταυτόχρονη αλυσιδωτή αντίδραση, δια της οποίας ανατινάζεται η ίδια η διάταξη πυρομαχικού. Η ενδόρρηξη που προκύπτει καταστρέφει πλήρως τη διάταξη πυρομαχικού και καταργεί την ανάγκη για περαιτέρω χειροκίνητη αποσυναρμολόγηση.
