Claims (8)
- 岩石破砕装置(32)であって、
封止された細長くて曲がり易いチューブ(40)と、
チューブ(40)内部にエネルギー物質を有するカートリッジ(74)と、
チューブが液体によって充填されると共に膨張することを許容するための弁構成(50,54,56,64,66,68)と、
カートリッジが液体中に浸漬された際にエネルギー物質に点火するための装置(86)と、を含み、
チューブ(40)は、内部ボア(42)と、封止された反対側の第1端部(44)及び第2端部(48)とを有し、
カートリッジ(74)はボア(42)内に配置され、
弁構成(50,54,56,64,66,68)は、液体をボアに導入することによってボアを加圧し、且つ、その結果、少なくとも半径方向においてチューブを膨張させるための注入口接続(64,66,68)と、空気がそれを通じてボア(42)から流出することができる排出口接続(50,54,56)とを含む装置。 - 注入口接続(64,66,68)は、液体がボアに進入することを許容すると共にボアから流出することを許容しない一方向充填弁(68)を含む請求項1に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- 排出口接続(50,54,56)は抽気弁を含む請求項1又は2に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- 注入口接続(64,66,68)はチューブ(40)の第2端部(48)に存在しており、排出口接続(50,54,56)はチューブの第1端部(44)に存在している請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- 破砕対象の岩石内に形成されたボア孔(20)内においてチューブ(40)を保持するための保持装置(70,72)を含む請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- チューブ(40)は、第2端部(48)から第1端部(44)まで漸進的に弱化した壁(80)を有し、ボアが加圧された際に、任意のその他の位置におけるチューブの半径方向の膨張が発生する前に、第1端部(44)近傍の相対的に弱い前記チューブ(40)の壁(80)の部分から半径方向に膨張可能である請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- チューブ(40)は、カートリッジ(74)及び弁構成(50,54,56,64,66,68)をカプセル状に包むように、成形プロセスにおいて形成される請求項1に記載の岩石破砕装置。
- チューブを少なくともある程度だけ軸方向において硬化するために、ボアの内部に硬化コンポーネントを含む請求項1に記載の岩石破砕装置。
