また、爆発の衝撃および飛散物衝突により発生する衝撃を外筒に直接に伝えないようにできる。またさらに、外筒との連結部分に過大な力が加わらないため、当該連結部分も損傷しにくくなり、耐圧容器の耐久性を向上させることができる。

Claims (6)
- 有害物質又は爆発物を内部で爆破処理するための耐圧容器であって、爆破処理時に該耐圧容器内を減圧状態又は真空状態にするとともに、爆発時の圧力を保持する防爆構造をとる外筒と、爆発時に飛散する処理対象物の破片を衝突させて受け止めて前記外筒を破片による損傷から保護する内筒と、を備え、前記内筒が前記破片から受けた爆破の衝撃を前記外筒に直接伝えないように、前記内筒と前記外筒との間に寸法的な遊びを設け、前記外筒内で前記内筒が移動可能に、前記内筒と前記外筒とが連結されていることを特徴とする耐圧容器。
- 請求項1に記載の耐圧容器であって、前記内筒は前記外筒の内面のほぼ全体を覆うように構成されていることを特徴とする耐圧容器。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の耐圧容器であって、前記外筒は一端側に耐圧蓋を備え、前記内筒は、前記耐圧蓋に対応する側に内蓋を備えることを特徴とする、耐圧容器。
- 請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の耐圧容器であって、前記内筒は前記外筒に対して着脱可能に設けられていることを特徴とする耐圧容器。
- 請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の耐圧容器を備えることを特徴とする爆破処理施設。
- 有害物質又は爆発物を内部で爆破処理するための耐圧容器であって、爆破処理時に該耐圧容器内を減圧状態又は真空状態にするとともに、爆発時の圧力を保持する防爆構造をとる外筒と、爆発時に飛散する処理対象物の破片を衝突させて受け止めて前記外筒を破片による損傷から保護する内筒と、を備え、前記内筒が前記破片から受けた爆破の衝撃により前記内筒を前記外筒内で移動させるための寸法的な遊びが、前記内筒と前記外筒との間に設けられていることを特徴とする耐圧容器。
