Abstract
<p>La presente invención se relaciona con un nuevo cultivo celular y procesos de producción de producto celular y/o derivado de células que tienen ventajas sobre las estrategias de fermentación actualmente existentes. Los procesos y métodos de acuerdo con Ia presente descripción pueden usarse para un suministro eficiente de células eucariotas altamente viables y metabólicamente activas para las plataformas de producción transitoria, como un proceso de producción alternativo con ventajas sobre los procesos actualmente aplicados (estrategias por lotes, alimentación por lotes o perfusion) y para generar biomasa metabólica y altamente activa para el uso subsecuente para los sistemas de expresión transitorios o infección por un virus o pseudovirus o en los sistemas libres de células.</p>
