Abstract
<p>La presente invención a un método [sic] para expresar un gen exógeno específicamente en células del epitelio pigmentario retinal de un primate, este método comprende el paso de administrar una molécula de ácido nucleico aislada que comprende, o consiste en, la secuencia de ácido nucleico de SEQ ID NO:1, o que consiste en una secuencia de ácido nucleico de al menos 400 bp que tiene al menos 80 % de identidad general con dicha secuencia de SEQ ID NO:1, a células del epitelio pigmentario retinal de dicho primate, donde dicha molécula de ácido nucleico aislada específicamente lleva a la expresión de un gen exógeno en células del epitelio pigmentario retinal de primates cuando una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica para dicho gen exógeno está enlazada operativamente con esta molécula de ácido nucleico aislada.</p>
